The store is clean. The food had a good taste and was delivered to us quickly. We had some communication issues because I had difficulty understanding the employee's accent, but we overcame the issues. If you think of this place as what it is likely trying to be (i.e., quick, corporate, basic Middle Eastern fast food) then you will not be disappointed. If you think of it as some kind of "exotic" date night spot, then you probably will not get what you are hoping to get.

The food wear prepared well, everything was clean, the employees were helpful after I told them it was my first time trying the food chain. I loved the different flavors I was able to try within one meal! It was affordable and I'd like to return to try more off the menu. I recommend their couscous, falafel, naf pickles.

This place!!!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Got a plate full of food with a warm pita on the side for $14. I ate twice and was stuffed both times. This place reminds of Garbanzo that is in Denver. Pretty much like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Food was very VERY flavorful! Highly recommend!

I ordered the bowl with hummus base and chicken with ALL the toppings. I also ordered 1 falafel to try and a cup of lentil soup. Everything was delicious.

Just got back from Naf Naf. The food is excellent. However, employees that I encountered were less than friendly.

I've been here just once, but I was really impressed. There's a large menu with typical staples…read morelike gyros and burgers, but also some interesting items like a huge fried chicken sandwich, a Greek "quesadilla" made between two pitas, and (my favorite) a bowl that you can customize Chipotle-style with your choice of meats/rice/toppings/sauces. If you don't feel like a pita, you should absolutely try their bowls. The base is typically a flavorful, lightly-seasoned long grain rice, but you can skip the rice if you'd rather focus on lettuce/veggies. There are several different protein/meat options, such as gyros, chicken "yeero" (stacked boneless chicken which slow-cooks on a spit), falafel, and a few others. When your bowl is ready to be topped, they'll call you back for you to pick your toppings (nice assortment of veggies, pickled things, cheeses, and sauces). Then they top the bowl with a toasted pita. Not exactly low carb if you get both the pita and the rice, but it's so delicious. One of their featured items is called the Athens Chicken Sandwich. Kind of a confusing name, as it's a fried chicken breast dipped in buffalo sauce, topped with cole slaw and pickles. But the chicken itself was outstanding. Crispy, dark exterior but super juicy inside. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Their fries are hand-cut, fried when you order. I'm not the biggest fan of hand-cut fries, but these were great, and topped with a light seasoning (kinda curly-fry-ish). They also have greek fries, which looked interesting -- not just the typical feta and herbs, but also some sort of creamy sauce. I could dock them a star for being a little slow, but they're new, so I'll cut them some slack for the time being. The people in there with me who were just trying the gyros got served pretty quickly. But I had three things to my order and, instead of starting everything at once, the cook made things one-by-one. I ended up having to wait over 15 minutes for my takeout order. But I think they'll get into a groove here.

I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting, but the gyro tasted like any gyro sandwich I could have…read moreanywhere. The portion size was pretty good, but their Greek Style fries were insane! They were absolutely delicious, I couldn't stop eating them. I would definitely be back again for those fries because I can't stop thinking about them now.

Absolutely delicious; a must try if you like fast casual, mediterranean food!…read more STAFF are crazy friendly, accommodating, and helpful if you are between dishes. Even if they do not write down your order (such as my son's chicken dinner plate), they'll remember and bring it out to you when it's ready. The FOOD is delicious. You can tell they carefully season and layer chicken and lamb on the vertical rotisserie, despite the efficient electric 'shaver' that they use to carve the meat. Contrary to Yelper Cheryl P's experience, our lamb was tender and tasty. Falafel was beautiful and has a solid crust on the outside (that their plasticware struggles to get through). You can't go wrong with the Loukoumades to conclude. Delish! One Yelper suggested this is a Middle East subway? A better categorization is fast casual as there is some cooking, customization, and table delivery. Yes there's a line with the sliced vegetables, prepared sauces, etc. In a traditional, sit-down restaurant, that's still happening (you just can't see into the kitchen). NOTE: I do agree with Yelper, Steve M., prices are higher than most. I would argue it's A) the quality of ingredients, B) the made to order dishes, and C) environmental packaging for bowls (...although the rest are styrofoam). Feels like the norm these days if you want a solid meal. Believe me, I do and Covo delivers.

This spot has had a few places in the same space that don't last long. I was happy to see a…read moreMediterranean place back in the spot. I stopped for a take out lunch. The usual, salad, gyro meat and toppings. I do not think they get a lot of business as it was quiet when i was there during lunch and only one other customer on this day at least. The woman who took my order was nice. She even tried to make sure I didn't get the dried out meat by cutting a lot of the outside to get to better offerings but unfortunately, it was still at least half. So tried removing the dry pieces as I went which quickly got old. The garlic sauce was okay. A bit watery to me which diluted the flavor. I will say the feta was delicious.

I got food here on a roadtrip from Chicago to Columbus. If you thought Chipotle was the king of…read moresparse portions, you haven't been to this place . I love Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food so I thought this would be a good choice, not too heavy or greasy so my stomach wouldn't be upset on the road trip. I wanted to try the crispy chicken advertised on the website (and also on the banners around the location) but when I got inside, they said they didn't have any so that was one strike. I ended up getting the chicken Shawarma. I wish there was the couscous was seasoned the way they do the basmati rice because plain couscous is kind of disappointing. The amount of chicken I got was a complete joke! And I'm not even a huge meat eater but to give someone 1.5 cups of couscous and seven or eight sliver bites of chicken is crazy. I need some protein to stay satisfied so I asked for more and of course they charged me $4 for a few more slivers. Highway robbery! But anyway, the onions were really good and the chicken that I did get was seasoned though, but I could make this better at home for 4 people and the same price. Something told me to walk away when they said they didn't have the crispy chicken but I didn't listen so I ended up spending just under $20 for a bowl of couscous with a sprinkle of chicken and got charged extra for hummus I guess this was better on the road than going to Taco Bell?
