I was hungry as usual and saw one of my favorite places to eat; so decided to go to Wingstop. The restaurant was clean and didn't have a big crowd. The place its self had some good roomy areas to eat in. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with the spicy Korean flavor. Y'all know that French fries are my weakness & theirs are hand cut. My meal was delicious but as you can see in the picture my bun was a little scorched on both sides. We ordered the 20 piece boneless wings with fries and two dipping sauces. The wings were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for two days and reheated. The garlic parmesan wings had zero garlic. The mild tasted like plain chicken that once had sauce, but was rinsed with water and had no flavor left. The only flavor that was decent was spicy Korean Q. All 20 wings were not fresh and were hard. Some were big and others were tiny. The fries were good but soggy and cold. Definitely a waste of money. We moved into the area in October, we have ordered 4 times now via web order to be ready at a certain time (7:15pm) every-time. It has only been ready on time 1/4 of the times. The other 3 we waited 20+ minutes for the food. We even had missing food 2/4 times. The workers just don't care. When i called a manager after the 3rd time she was nice and apologetic gave a refund and free wings on the next visit which was our 4th time. It's not worth the aggravation. When the order is accurate and food is fresh - it's amazing here!!! Sometimes service is slow and when they say the time to pick up your food it's not ready. More hit or miss. I highly recommend NEVER dining at this location or possibly any other. I placed an order online for pickup. They seal up and staple your bag shut. Which instilled me with confidence that my order would be correct and accurate. I thought to myself no need to open the bag and check before leaving the restaurant. We ordered 30 wings, 3 ranches, two fries, and a 2 cheese sauces online via their website for delivery. It came with no ranch and no cheese sauces. We called to ask if the sauces could be delivered and they said no. This is after calling back multiple times since they hung up on us. We then asked if the cheese sauce could be refunded since we didn't get it and they said they would have to talk to their managers. If a company wants to use doordash for delivery then they should hold the liability if the delivery is messed up, not the consumer. Waited in front lobby for 15 mins while 3-4 employees were chit chatting and cleaning finally one of them asked if I was placing an order and I said yes.
