On Thursday 10/16/2025 for lunch my co-work and I ordered Wingstop to be delivered. I got there combo 10 wings with fries and a 20oz drink for $18.00. This was my first time trying Wingstop. The parmesan garlic wings was delicious and the fries traveled very well. When i i got to the 4th wing I started to itch all over. Then I went into a full allergic reaction, my throat started to close and I started to wheezing. I had to take benadryl and use my pump. Once It got better, I called wingstop to ask what do they fry chicken and fries in. The girl who answered the phone said soybean oil. I never used this oil before so I didn't know I was allergic to it. For people who have food allergies among other allergies make sure you carry benadryl, epi pen or asthma pump with you at all times. Be safe and take care of yourself. read more

Couldn't agree more with the other 2 star reviews. I ordered for carryout on their website- 20 wings (garlic parmesan & mango habanero), 4 pc crispy tenders (hot honey rub) and a seasoned fries. Although the service was friendly & the food was ready when I arrived, everything tasted blah. The wings were very hard & dry as well as the tenders. Mango habanero flavor was good but too bad I only got 5. The garlic parmesan flavor was underwhelming & bland- I had to add my own sea salt, was struggling to eat them. Worst Wingstop I've ever come across.. They're always getting my order wrong and when I do call them, they can never get in contact with the person who delivered the food in the first place. So I never get the order I want and there's no other option than to get a refund. I'm unable to pick it up myself due to mobility issues so delivery is my only option at the moment. Garlic Parmesan 3/5 The Garlic Parmesan had the least flavor for me. It was mostly grated parmesan cheese over plain chicken. I wouldn't recommend getting it if you like more flavorful wings. Lemon Pepper 4.5/5 The Lemon Pepper was seasoned very well. The combination of the black pepper and the acid from the chicken was very flavorful. It was not spicy but the chicken was a bit drying. Would get again. Louisiana Rub 5/5 The Louisiana Rub is the best out of the three. I highly recommend this flavor if you like crispy dry rub with a hint of garlic and Cajun. This is a medium-heat spice with a ton of flavor. Extra Family combo was - $33.49. Came with 3 dips, 6 veg sticks, and large fries. The wait time was around 20 min. read more

Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14 p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I want to get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn't sweet tea and very light. There's only one girl at the count and she seems overwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. I have to waiting an incredibly long time for my food now I have to wait for them to fix the machine. Well I guess I don't have to. I'm going to leave. FYI: the new chicken sandwich is wack. Ordered 10 piece - spicy Korean and original hot. The flavor on wings was ok, celery sticks were ok. But the wings are small and dried out inside, and the fries were cold and soggy. I'm writing this review so I never make the mistake of ordering from them again. read more

We walked in ordered a 15 piece combo for two. We split the order to be boneless and classic and it was supposed to come with an order of french fries and two drinks. When we got home we had The chicken wings which boneless was was supposed to be honey barbecue but they were hot barbecue. We didn't get the french fries we got veggie sticks instead of french fries. When we called them they said oh well nothing they could do because you got celery sticks and carrots. I guess you're not allowed to have both veggies and ff. They would Not make it right. It was a terrible experience, I received my food very cold. It was as if it were sitting there from a previous order and they just gave it to me. When I told them about this politely and asked if they could remake the fries , they told me no and that it's my fault the food is cold. They also proceeded to tell me that I'm not entitled to a refund. The manager started to speak in another language and they employees started to laugh. Unfortunately, this made me really uncomfortable and I felt like I was being discriminated against. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. They do not offer refunds and if there is an issue with your order they also will not remake it or even reheat it up for you. Please be mindful of this! read more

Ordered an 8 piece wing combo and an 8 piece order of wings only. Opened the bag after arriving home to only find a combo not the eight piece order of wings. I took the order back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager Jessica who was very rude. Told Jessica I wanted the combo remade due to the food being cold. Jessica stated I would have to wait over 20 minutes for fresh food or if I want to just give her all the food back she would refund my money. I returned to the restaurant unbeknownst to Jessica who is now in the back laughing and talking about me with the Hispanic employees. Apparently Jessica and her fellow Hispanic employees find it comical to miss treat African-American customers. I overheard Jessica laughing at the way she treated me to the employees including telling me I had to wait 20 minutes for food and the food was prepared without a 20 minute wait!!
