New to the ROC area where we have some good chicken wing options. They do have an app where you can order ahead of time which I did. I placed an order for 12 and it was ready at 12. Not sure how prompt they are at busier times. Their prices are in line with other spots in town. I liked their flavor options & you can modify in the app to request a longer cook on your wings too. Everything was packed well. They also pack the celery and carrot sticks separately from the wings so they stayed cold. I really enjoyed the Cajun corn (which I got instead of fries) They have a couple of small tables inside but this is clearly meant to be a pick up and go thing. I heard all of the complaints after this place opened about orders taking forever. I figured I'd wait a month so they could work the kinks out. Placed an order at 7pm for the Bills game starting at 8:20pm. Their website said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up an hour later. Order not ready, they said 10 more minutes. It wasn't overly busy, and with 8 people working...nobody seemed to be in charge here, and employees looked confused. I didn't get my order until 8:45pm. I ordered their 20 piece boneless special with fries. Yes, I know they're glorified chicken nuggets, but my child won't eat normal wings. I picked Cajun, Louisiana Dry Rub, Garlic Parm, and Mild. All 4 flavors were actually pretty good. Be warned, fans of spicy, but the Cajun aren't very spicy at all. The fries were mediocre and clearly suffered from not being made in fresh oil. So I had to wait 45min for my wings as it was still in the first month when I tried Wingstop. During this time they weren't taking online orders or phone orders because they were so overwhelmed with the amount of people wanting to try it. It was definitely worth the wait time. The wings are delicious. The "hot" sauce is more like a mild but I still very much enjoyed them. I also tried their Cajun sauce, which is pretty much their "hot" sauce with Cajun seasoning. Lemon pepper was pretty good too...a dry rub. Of the 3 sauces, the Cajun is by far my favorite. All the workers were very polite and helpful. Seating is reminiscent of Moes the way it's laid out. If there is one thing I don't like about Wingstop it's that they don't include dips with the wings...I can see how some might not care about this given the prices are more reasonable than B-Dubs. read more

While the food always tastes amazing, the employees are very rude. I asked for a side of sauce that I was missing and rather than them showing that I just missed it in the bag kindly, she gave me a lot of attitude pulling it out of the bag and slamming it back into the bag while rolling her eyes. Unfortunately this will be my first and last visit to this wingstop. I was extremely excited to try it. When I opened my sandwich, the top bun was missing. The chicken was also splotchy with sauce and not completely covered as in the pictures. The chicken is cold as well as the fries, even though my order was not ready on time. This place wasn't ready to open to the public, yes i know it's new in the rochester area, the food takes forever to come out, attitudes on every face there. I run social media accounts for 32 restaurants in the US 7 here in rochester and I've never seen anything like this when i visit my stores in person. I swear the only thing on all my food was salt. Like dunked then rubbed then spray painted with salt. It was so salty it burned throat after having like two tenders. I got Louisiana rub and my friend got hot honey, but it should just be called southern salt and sweet salt because they tasted the same. It was actually so salty that it gave me a tension headache that lasted for 4 days after because all the salt sucked the water out of my system. My eyes were swollen shut the next morning and my friend's fingers were so swollen she couldn't get her rings off. I am still recovering. Why did we keep eating if it was so salty? I really love how the Cashiers do their Job and there's one with the two little curls she's got and she's very nice and told us all the options we could chose and we didn't even know we could chose those options so she was extremely helpful but once she rung up our order we waited for such a long time, she did warn us about the wait time but we didn't think it would be that long they took so much longer and they used so much fowl language over in the cooking area I see a lot of messing around more than working.
