Very very slow. Even if you order online for a specific time, expect your order to be about 10 mins late. I've been here 4 times now so the slowness is consistent. The staff isn't very friendly. I ordered online and was giving an estimated time of 63 mins. After 35 mins, I called the store to see if my order would be ready sooner. No one ever answered the phone, I was in hold for nine mins! I headed to the store anyway and my order was ready, the fries were ice cold and were not seasoned as I ordered. Ordered wings, chicken tenders and sides online. Went in and picked up the order. The store was completely empty of customers. Got home and there was no wings. After 45 minutes on hold with no answer spending $30 with out receiving wings. The food we did get was good but overall a very poor experience. If I don't get refunded for the wings I never got. Friendly and fast service. Although they were having technical difficulties the manager jumped in and was extremely helpful.

Where do I begin. I called to place an order and before I went in, I called to make sure my order was ready since it looked full inside. I was told my order was ready so I proceeded to go in. As soon as I walked in I heard them saying my name I told the girl at the front that it was me and she laughed at me and she had her face mask off! And proceeded to lick her fingers (no joke!) she didn't even sanitize or wash after she continued to find my order and asked the other girl if she knew where my order was. I was told I ordered at the wrong location and I was in shock! I called them in advanced to ask if my food was ready I get told yes, when I walk in they are saying my name, and then I get told it wasn't ordered that I never placed an order I specifically told them 100x (since they kept asking me what my order was) I got BONELESS mild Wings and they start to open up orders and they find. They hand me the bag and my cups and I'm standing there ready to pay and they act like "why is she still standing here for" and I'm like "I have to pay" I could've walked out with the food. There was nothing special about these wings. My garlic parm wings were basically just naked fried wings. Bbq wings were just extra saucy wings. Didn't have much flavor or freshness and restaurant was really dirty. read more

This is a new restaurant so I believe they need time to work out there routines. We ordered the combo family meal which we thought was wings, strips, and fries. Once we got home we realized that we got boneless wings which ate glorified chicken nuggets. Twas not like the picture that is for sure. We were very disappointed. We did an online order thru the Wingstop app delivery. The store failed to put a third of the wings we ordered in the bag. We called and asked for them to deliver the wings and Anthony their "lead" refused to have the wings delivered since I used Wingstop app to order and they have door dash deliver it. He said I would have to come in and pickup the wings. When I talked to the first person who answered the phone she said we could either come in or get a refund. I told Anthony that they were punishing us for their mistake making us come in to get the wings they failed to have delivered. He got upset and said "you're punishing yourself if you don't come get the wings". He then kept talking about how the general manager and would tell me the same things. He just kept going off and I told him to stop talking so I could get a refund. He told me not to tell him to stop talking and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a refund. The very disrespectful Anthony told me he would not give me a refund and I would have to come in to get a refund. He then said for us not to call store anymore. We order all the time from Wingstop but no more. They screwed up and no apology at all and how dare a customer be frustrated with their mistake and want to get the food we paid for get delivered. It took a while for my food to be made, i waited about 45 minutes from the time i ordered it. When i got the food the chicken was dry, under seasoned and kind of small but it was still tasty (ish). 3 stars is being generous because they just opened and i feel like improvements can be made over time. read more

Ordered a meal online at 6:30pm and it is now 9:30 pm and they still haven't given us the food or acknowledged the customers inside.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !! My husband went to pick us up food and had to wait ONE HOUR while our food was sitting on the counter due to the cashier and " manager " stating that he did not pay for the food . ( Mind you the food is cold now )First off he had his receipt and the money came out of our account. The cashier kept telling him his card declined which it did not . They proceeded to charge his account $1.61 which we have no idea what for and that went through as well .I'm a store manager so I know how it is to work in customer service but they were just straight up awful and rude ! You dont treat your customers like shit period . I DONT GIVE A FUCK IF YOUR TIRED AND FED UP WITH YOUR JOB . Get another job then . I will be calling corporate in the morning . They were also turning people away stating they are only taking online orders because the cashier did not want to ring more people up . This location needs to be shut down untill they can get more people in there that actually have customer service skills and learn how to treat people . The manager does not need to be employed there as well since he just wanted to be nasty and spiteful. Absolutely Horrible place... and I love wingstop food, having eaten at many across the US. This one is very poorly run with shift leaders who have issues. I have encountered a couple, since I like the food and kept trying. I was excited when they opened close by! And when first starting up a new place it takes time to work out the kinks. But, the leaders are terrible. Last time I waited more than an hour and they were not busy... but others came in after and left with their food. Me and one other gentleman waited and extensive amoiunt of time (we had a similar characteristic that the shift leader apparently didn't like)... never spoke with her, but she just stared at us with such a hateful look. Very toxic leader. Employees seemed fine, trying to provide actual customer service. I have also heard similar story from others... so, it won't be long before the novelty wears off, people grow tired of the attitude, and sales here tank. But until this place changes out leadership, I won't be going back and recommend others stay away... read more
