I mistakenly left my celery sticks at the soft drink fountain. I walked out and later discovered I had left them by mistake. I returned 7 minutes later to pick them up, but Sonia threw them away even after I called her and told her I would return. She refused to retrieve them from the trash and said I had to pay again, so I did. It cost me an additional $3.51 for 2 ranch sauces. I was so upset. Really wanted to like this place because I love Wingstop and it's sooooo close to my house.. but just like "joanna b's" experience, I had a very very similar experience much like hers. I ordered online ahead, went to the store a few minutes past the designated ready time. Firstly, seemed like they just starting making it as soon as I said my name.. then when I got home, they missed a complete set of wings I had on my order. Went back, they looked confused and talked to each other and said they'll make it real quick.. took at least 10 minutes to get like 5-6 pieces of boneless. I waited so long I ordered a drink. It would've made my day a bit more if they at least offered to give the free beverage or maybe carrots and celery, this would have been a 3 or maybe 4. Anyways, since it's so close and still football season, I'm going to give them a few more tries and hopefully update my rating to a better one. Rooting for you guys, you can do better :) read more

Really disappointing Wingstop compared to others I've been to. I've ordered from here two times and both times I was missing items or given the wrong size/order. Who packs the order and does not double check the receipt? How is there so many mess ups at the store? Are the employees being trained correctly? Ridiculous! I also called and reached out to get a refund but there's never a manager there to assist with the refund. I even emailed one of the manager's and they still have not gotten back to my email or call. Very good location. Really like how quick they make their wings here. You order and they beat their own estimated time of when the food will be ready. They let you order ahead of time if you call to place your order too! Perfect spot to have lunch as you can lounge inside or outside depending on your preference. I was so thrilled to try the Wingstop located on Farwell because it was so close to my house. What was supposed to be a great experience quickly turned into the opposite. You could imagine my disgust when we saw the employee who was handling and packaging the cooked food eating and sucking on her fingers. She was also picking at her teeth and scratching all sorts of her body parts all WITHOUT ANY GLOVES ON! We had to bring this to the manager's attention and his response was "Sorry, but she's new." The fact that she is new does not excuse any of her gross behavior. Compensation at this point wouldn't be enough to risk going back. So disappointed in the entire experience especially with the manager's response and that they did nothing about it.
