Got the mango habanero and lemon pepper (dry rub) traditional wings, a side of onion rings, and a chicken caesar salad. The taste was as expected, juicy wings, good seasoning, and I like getting the lemon pepper sauce on the side too. The mango habenero wings weren't spicy at all (though my bf still ate them). The flavor of the chicken in the salad was slightly lacking. The onion rings were cooked just right, my favorite side here. The restaurant setting is great. No shortage of seating in the bar area on a Monday evening. And there are plenty of TV's for watching sports. I like this about BWW in general, though not all locations are as competent and accommodating to customers' preferred sports viewing when multiple games are occurring at the same time. I didn't encounter any such problems at the Fremont location during my recent visit. Then again, there was just a single game going on, so Warriors were on all the screens, as viewers cheered them on to another victory. Unfortunately, service was incredibly slow. I mean, I'm understanding toward slow service, especially when a place is busy and full of enthusiastic sports fans, but staff was SUPER slow and inattentive to customers' needs (ie. a whole game quarter passes before an employee comes by to offer help). That to me is problematic and a bit annoying, especially when I'm paying such a high cost for the wings here (yes, $15 for 6 wings). I do like to think that I'm paying for the lively atmosphere too, but that's only if coming to BWW to watch sports.

Esteban was a great server! He was prompt, helpful, nice, and had a good attitude. Came on a Tuesday for their bottomless apps and the bogo 50% off wings. What a deal! The appetizers were really good and some of the wings were drenched in sauce. It wasn't too busy inside but service was a bit slow. But Esteban did great managing his area. He serviced 6 tables the whole time himself and did great! He deserves a raise!

Dine in special! Perfect for daughter and me date

Sunday lunch time outing before shopping. Large shared Parking lot . A lot of Seating choices available from booths to tables & bar area. When we walked in, no signs at front & no one to guide us if open seating so stood there waiting for a while. Employees at the bar area did not wave or mention anything . Other location closer to home is wait to be seated so thought was similar. Although upon sitting, when we sat down, the service was quick, menu given right away, Ordered a dine in special which was great for only $22.04 total. Ordered burger and tots while daughter ordered wings & fries. Drinks included. Great service by our server. Bea checked on us several times.

The location isn't good. We ordered on the App to pick up by a certain time. It was for a weekday dinner time so not busy at all. It took almost 50 minutes more to get our food. Why have a pick up time? There were more than enough workers. No manager was there. We only ordered wings so not a hard order to make. There were multiple pick up orders that were not done it seemed. Some pick ups customers just started yelling, I didn't but I understand the frustration. Everyone who ordered on the app just got wing sets, nothing crazy.. And the waiting chairs were sticky.. Please get it together. I like your flavored wings but this is just nonsense. Service is bad.. Private lot in front though!

This review is for primarily for this specific location. I've gone to this BWW on 2 separate locations, and each time was a disappointment. The first time was on a basketball game day. As expected, it was crowded, and it took some time for us to get our order in, which was fine given it was game day. However, by the time we ordered, there were some regular items that they ran out of, which made no sense to me since we came early in the evening. The server was nice, but obviously handling too many tables at one time. This experience definitely deterred me from coming on game days. The second time I came was for their endless boneless wings promotion. I specifically came with a friend on a random weekday hoping that it would be more empty. It was, but despite how empty it was it took forever for someone to take our order. More than half the restaurant was empty and there were at least 3 servers for about 4-5 tables from what I saw, so I honestly don't know what took so long. Also, it was during a normal evening dinner time. We almost had left because it took so long. No one even gave us a menu when we got seated, so we just grabbed ones left on another table. FYI - I wasn't a huge fan of how BWW does the promotion in general. If I recall correctly, you had to order 12 wings with a max of 2 flavors only first and then the subsequent wings were in batches of 6 with one flavor. I wish you could split the wings up a little more, so you could try more flavors. These boneless wings were terrible. I couldn't really finish my first 12 since the sauce coating was more like a thick roux? It's like they purposefully make it thick and ridiculously salty (instead of thinning out to a normal sauce consistency and salt level) to prevent you from eating more. I had maybe a couple of each flavor, and they were all the same. It was basically inedible in my eyes, and I'm the type of person to like saltier foods. On top of that, the "boneless wing" barely had any chicken to it and was basically all batter. My friend was kind enough to finish whatever remained. I honestly wasn't expecting much from a chain wing place, but I felt like both experiences were varied situations but both disappointing. I'd probably avoid going to this location if I can help it

I normally don't go to low reviewed places myself but I attended for a special bday promotion? I have to be direct, the service here is too long? Barely any people eating here and I ended up waiting much longer than usual for a simple order. My issue lies with the.... Wings... I got a garlic flavor and it ended up stinging my mouth? How odd? I have a good tolerance for spicy stuff, it wasn't spicy but it hurt my mouth while eating? I don't really understand it myself but the issue lies with the flavoring. It's... unusual

We decided to come here after a movie. The person I was with never had it so she wanted to try it. I think it was mostly self seating with minimal wait staff. I get it, I wont knock them for that. They have phone ordering and physical menus. I've been to a few BWW, I dont come here for the service and I try to avoid it if I can. I am super neutral with this review. There were no bad experiences or good ones. The food was decent and is expected, a little steep for what is offered. The workers are doing the best with they can. I get it, it comes from higher up. Even when it was empty they looked stressed. Get them some help or increase their pay or something.

I'm not sure if all BWW are like this but at this location it was self seating which was cool. It was weird though because we had to wait until another table was done ordering to get the menu (even though there wasn't many people at the restaurant). And it was interesting trying to get the server's attention in the beginning. Our food was so good, the house sampler (& the hatch queso that is not pictured) was filling for two of us. The only thing I would say is that our hatch queso came out a little colder than we expected. But other than that it everything was great!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for nearly ten years, frequently coming here with friends. Sadly, after our most recent visit, I won't be returning. We had one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a Buffalo wings restaurant. We arrived and waited for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged or served, even though other guests who arrived after us were attended to promptly. Eventually, we politely waved to a nearby server to get some attention. Instead of helping us, the server--whose name is Mariah--approached us and said loudly, "You guys are not in good manner by waving to me, I don't appreciate it." Her tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. We spoke to the manager, Alex, to share our experience. Unfortunately, rather than taking any meaningful action or showing concern, he simply told us the incident would be "reviewed internally" and there would be no follow-up. It's extremely disappointing to see such poor customer service from a place we once enjoyed so much. This visit has completely changed our perception, and we won't be coming back.

Fried Pickles habanero and bbq and fries

Buffalo wild wings use to be a favorite wing place for me in college. I stopped by during the week. The location was clean. We were seated quickly but the service was so slow the food was okay. I ordered the boneless habanero and bbq and a side of fries they were okay. Our salad was missing the croutons. The fried pickles were good. Our waiter went on break while we were eating and it would have been nice to know as the other waiter was busy.

This is more of a chicken toe than a wing...

It reminds me of Hart of Dixie's, Rammer Jammer Restaurant, where all the locals go to have their beer fix with a meal or two with other locals! Except, its for 21 year olds and up patrons only. We came for their Wednesday night Karaoke and Prime Rib night. Except, we got there a wee bit too early to experience Karaoke but we did enjoy our shared prime rib meal! Although we asked for medium rare, it was more medium well. I ate the medium well sections and my friend ate the medium rare-ish parts. But overall, the meal was very good. We loved the fresh roasted veggies and little potato pops! As for Karaoke, we'll have to experience that some other time. After we ate, we played a game of pool. There's much needed improvements... both tables are wonky. We put in our $2 and only 3 balls came out. So, the staff put $2 into the other pool table and a few more came out. We just combined both ball sets to play and tried our best to memorize which balls belongs to whom. Beware that if you scratch, you will never see that white ball again!! We made the most out of our games and still felt joy. However, it does need to be fixed! I can't say enough about the staff. The lady waitress who served and helped us was so wonderful. She came back several times to check on us and even convinced us to order dessert which we did enjoy! Going to try other theme nights, its that fun there!

Our server Sam was the best!! He was super sweet and accommodating to our table. He ensured we were well taken care of at all times. Thank you again Sam! Ordering is a little different here! You're given a paper at your table and you mark the items you'd like to order by quantity. Everything is pretty much à la carte. We began with the raw oysters and typically I'm skeptical about cheap seafood because I start to question the quality. However, you can tell upon first glance that these oysters were really fresh! They smelled great and tasted even better. We also ordered a variety of their skewers, pork belly, fried rice and noodles. We were very happy with everything we ordered! The Grapefruit Beer here is really good. I was skeptical the first time I tried it, but it totally won me over. It's super refreshing, especially on a hot day. A little sweet, but really easy to drink, and I pretty much get one (or 3 lol) every time I'm here. Our favorite food item is the chicken skin skewers. Definitely worth ordering. They also have $1 raw oysters. Are they the best oysters you'll ever have? No. But for a buck each, they're a pretty good deal and hard to complain about. They have a decent number of different Yakitori/skewers to choose from and some Asian Bar food (fried rice, noodles etc..) Overall, it's a decent neighborhood spot. Nothing that really blows you away, but it's a fun place for drinks, snacks, and watching a game with friends. Been there many times over the years and I'll be back.
