Taking away 2 stars for their rudeness. We wanted to use them for a large party we were hosting, so I call them up 5 days before the party to place my order. Usually with big orders, I like to place them in advance to give the business time to prepare. I was really surprised by the rude and demeaning attitude of the person who answered. He asked why am I calling already if the party isn't for 5 days later in a very demeaning way. I say ok, I'll call again the day of. Then I asked if they have party trays of their chicken wings. He asked, what's a party tray as if scolding me for asking. He said, "You can order as many wings as you like as long as you pay." I called in my order for two pizzas. I thought I would try this establishment because it would be well suited for a couple of large pizzas for my team at work. I couldn't figure out how to place my order online for 1/2 and 1/2 topping pizzas. I was charged $39 for a 2 1/2 topping large pizza. Online showed $3.49 per topping and I was charged $3.99 per topping, for a total of three toppings. I also had to argue over a $3.00 coupon for the second pizza. The pizza itself was very mediocre. This is the 1st time trying Spicy Indian. It has tandoori garlic sauce & chicken, curry, and other veggies of your liking. It's the BEST pizza I've ever tasted and I don't want anything else other than the Spicy Indian pizza. It's a must try!! I'm craving some more. The place is very neat and clean. I like the sports vibe. The manager told us they will pay for pay-per-view games/fights. I can't wait for that. I know where we'll be going! if you want to get ripped off on delivery, order from this place! we ordered three pizzas, the XL (most expensive) was delivered as a personal pizza, smallest possible size instead of the XL. when we called, we were told we could come pick it up that they would not deliver or refund for their error. This place is small with no salad bar and soda fountain. They make your salad for you and drinks are from bottles. Pizza is over baked with skimpy toppings and sauce. Tried to watch football but signal kept freezing the game AND affected payment system. We love the Straw Hat in Brentwood but unfortunately not all franchise locations are created equal lol. This Straw Hat just opened up and has some pretty unique pizzas (ones that can't be found at other Straw Hat Pizza's). We tried the works (my favorite) and the garlic chicken pizza. The crust on both wasn't too thick or too thin (just right) and the overall customer service during our ordering experience was great. The pies came out HOT and fresh and we literally had to wait for them to cool down in order to devour them. Do ask them about the ranch that they make from scratch! They are also super cheap, they will refuse to give you napkins on pick up orders, they skimp on toppings and the parmesan cheese packets are so old it's yellow-brown inside. My wife and I ordered a medium combination pizza and an order of cheesy bread sticks. The cheesy bread sticks came out quickly with hand made ranch sauce. The mozzarella on the bread sticks was tasty. There was more than the 2 of us could eat. The combination pizza was great with all the flavors you'd want on a pizza: Olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, lots of cheese. The crust was just right, not to thin, not too thick. A big plus is that they take your order seriously! If you tell them to add or remove something they will make sure your order is prepared as ordered! What came out was a big bread loaf, 6 big pieces of lettuce, 3 small tomato slices, ... and LITERALLY less than 1 ounce of (8 THIN) slices of "meat." Potato wedges were equivalent to 2 SMALL !! potatoes cut up. No real roast beef sandwich for $11. The garlic sticks - another single slice of small loaf cut into 6 pieces 2 inch x 2 inch for $6. This was total BS - and won't go back - and screw these people with this absolutely intended evil for $20+ (with a forced tip on their sale screens).
