    Order confirmation
    John H.

I'm not local to the area and we're visiting family. Searched for a pizza place around the area and found Pizza Hub. Seems to have good reviews so I called in an order. Spoke to Ai instead of a real person. Asked about their special and was told a managers special, 2 pizza, breadsticks, 2 cans of soda for $37. I asked what size pizza and they said large. I ordered the special and upgraded to cheesy garlic bread. Came in to pickup and they gave me 2 medium pizza instead of 2 large, total was $58. I told them my order was a large and showed them the text that confirms it was 2 large. They said it was a mistake on the Ai part. I told them that's not my fault. Pizza Hub decided to use a service that was incorrect. They should take responsibility if that service makes a mistake. If anything, call or text me that the order had an incorrect item. We did an upgrade to cheesy garlic bread, they decided to charge use separately for it but didn't include the breadsticks that came with the original manger's special. At that point I was ok to pay the $58 because we're from out of town and the pizza was already ordered and made. At least give us 2 large pizza and not 2 medium or a discount. I asked them if they could give me a discount for the mistake and they made it seem like I was the hassle for their mistake with the bait and switch. In the end they gave me $5 off. If I didn't speak up they would have sold me 2 medium 1 topping basic pizza and cheesy garlic bread with 2 personal can of soda for $58. Basic to the point you could go to Litttle Caesar and get the same combo for much cheaper. They also said they have a recording. I said ok. I asked for 2 mediums at first but when I ask about their other special I was given the managers special with the 2 large. I even asked in the recording what size pizza in the manager's special and was told a large. That's why I ordered the manager's special because it was going to be cheaper and with a bigger size pizza. Pizza (bread) has a good margin and you could easily give a discount especially for your mistake and lack of communication. All I wanted was it to be closer to $40.

Got a taste of this place from a yelp event and the pizza was so tasty! The flavors are so rich and the ingredients taste fresh. The wings are super saucy and juicy(if you're okay with a little oil and cheese). They also have a giant King Kong pizza we want to try next time we have friends over.

Customer service is on point. Ask for Ahmed if you have issues with service, he makes things right! Oh my goodness the King King pizzas are huge...perfect for school parties. Bon Appetit!

This place is solid! Great portions, reasonable prices, and vast menu selection. What stood out to me about the pizzas here are the amount of toppings. They do not skimp! Both the Indian Specialty pizza and the Buffalo Chicken Bacon Pizza had huge chunks of chicken. The flavors were on point; I enjoyed the Indian Specialty pizza the most. The chicken alfredo pasta was drowning in cheesy goodness. A bit too greasy but great flavor. First time trying a calzone and I was shocked at the size! I overall enjoyed it, but wish the chicken tikka one had less bell peppers (could just be personal preference). Chicken wings here were great! Didn't taste frozen like the usual pizza-shop wings. And saving the best for last, the meatball parmesan sandwich! Warm, juicy, cheesy, and so well seasoned. It is a must! Service was pretty good! Even with such a large order, they were able to get it out fairly quickly. One of the workers helped pack our leftovers too. Very casual ambiance but decent amount of seating. If you're in Fremont looking for good Halal pizza, (or just good pizza), this is a good option!

Plenty of parking and in the same lot as the bank, small and cute, bright, family/kid friendly. Okayish service with reasonable portions and size. Im pretty sure I ordered a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich... what I got was a chicken club sandwich (Italian style). I confronted the worker if I got the right order cause chicken parm is usually crusted and not cubed, he said 'yea that's a breaded sandwich'. (See pic to understand my confusion). Maybe the description on the menu doesn't match the actual food they serve (which seems to be a mix of whatever ingredients they have in the kitchen). The food: This was probably the WORST sandwiches I've ever had, the chicken was cubed (not parm) had a stale/old taste, under seasoned (maybe they just boiled it and threw a dash of Italian seasoning for flavor), the marinara sauce was definitely watered down that my bread became soggy 5'minutes in and they added ton of cheese to mask the flavors, with a side of EXPIRED lays chips. Maybe they had a bad day, but overall I'd likely never go back here and recommend you to try another halal spot for pizzaria if you must! PS the sign says 'The first and only Halal Pizzeria in the Bay' - pretty big claim and I'm sure bay area has had other halal pizzerias in the past.

This is our first time trying Pizza Hub and it didn't disappoint! We ordered online and it took ~25 minutes for 2 personal pizzas. The highlight of the meal was definitely the crust. I've never had a crust that was crispy yet so soft on the inside. I had the Meat Lovers and it was overly greasy and the oil was soaking through the box which didn't look appetizing. The menu is extensive so you'll likely find something that suits your taste. They do charge for sauces (eg. Ranch which is a must for me). Overall, the price is competitive and the food is good.

Definitely worth the visit! It's a small spot with just the right amount of seating. Hands down, some of the best and friendliest service I've experienced. The King Kong size was massive -- it fed 10 of us! The Meat Lover was especially delicious.

    Afghani Special Pizza

So me and my friends we came back to give pizza hub another shot after last time the crust was a bit off. We got a chance to meet with the owner and my friend had a long in depth convo about pizza and its techniques and styles. The pizza this time was amazing مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ, the crust was so crispy and perfectly made. It was better than via mia or krusties or any other pizza place i had in a long time. The chicken tikka pizza was good, the afghani one was a unique flavor. The wings were fresh, not like frozen chicken wings heated but legit fresh chicken wings and they were steaming from the inside fresh. The cheesy bread was solid and The sauce they had it taste good. Best pizza in the fremont area and even santa clara . Its the first halal branch of their pizzeria restaurant chain and was great Will be back for pizza next time إن شاء الله Support the brother, great place

    Chicken Tikka Pizza

I ordered the chicken tikka medium size 12" (12 slices) and it was great! It had grilled chicken, green onions, bell peppers, buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese.  The inside is a small space but it's a great spot to order for take out! To save some time I recommend ordering over the phone and pick it up to reduce the wait time.  The service was also friendly and welcoming.  The location is a bit hidden but definitely worth checking out! And there's parking spots conveniently close by.

Delicious halal pizza, really nicely done and great service as well. I came for a Yelp event in November and also hosted a get-together here with some folks. Pizza is definitely good, and enjoyed their spinach salad as well!

    Brochure pricing.

Second attempt at this spot and I will say, I think I'm 100% done here. Won't be coming here again. First time I was already not happy but the manager made it up. This time , this situation kind of rub me the wrong way... I came into the store to order an All Meat 12" pizza. On their jumbo screen and brochure state 12" All Meat $22.99. Looking at me receipt it says $23.99. $1 more. I didn't catch the discrepancy until I was ready to head back and pick up my pizza. When I asked the gentlemen at the cashier he said it was tax but that was not the case , tax is below the subtotal. Another gentlemen pop up and said " give him a ranch" and apologized for the discrepancy and they will change their screen. If I wanted a ranch I would have purchased one. I know it's only $1 but for others who don't carefully look at the receipt how many times has this been happening? I appreciate that you gave me a ranch for the mistake but I didn't want ranch nor did this solve the problem. 8 min drive to my house and already the pizza looked like cardboard. Just negatives on top of another...Disappointed to know the one pizza spot that is not a huge franchise I tries to support local business has failed me...

    Chicken Alfredo pasta

Was pretty disappointed with my overall experience ordering delivery from this place. We stayed a hotel 10 min away and our order took 2 hours to be delivered. They claimed they went to the hotel but didn't have the room number (we obviously provided a room number). So they went back to their shop. We had to call and ask where are order was for them to say they are gonna the delivery driver back. They told us they called when they were here but they never even asked for our number. Very strange. Our order was also missing ranch & marinara sauce that we paid for. Overall bad experience, the pizza was okay, the Alfredo pasta was not.

Afghan pizza - no olives or jalapeños
    Cin-Yee S.

Affordable and tasty halal pizza spot in Fremont! Love the friendly service and great eats. Pizza features generous toppings on a delicious crust, wings were very saucy, and the spinach salad (which I only ordered in a feeble attempt to be semi-healthy and eat some greens) turned out to be my favorite item (the bacon in it was so delightfully crispy - and most likely more than undoing any healthy benefits of spinach). Love Afghan pizza and now do not have to drive to New York Pizza & Kabob in Union City for it.

My family and I, two adults and two young children, came here during Ramadan for iftaar. Before arriving, I specifically called ahead to ask whether we needed to come early because I understood restaurants can become very busy during iftaar time. I was told that arriving 10 to 15 minutes before iftaar would be perfectly fine and that our food would be ready around the time of breaking fast. Based on that reassurance, we came about 20 minutes before iftaar expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the moment we walked in, it felt like we were invisible. The restaurant was crowded but not chaotic. We sat down and waited while servers walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us. Eventually, I had to flag someone down myself just to place an order. I even asked directly how long the food would take because we were fasting all day and had two small children with us. The server confidently assured us the food would arrive around iftaar time. That never happened. When iftaar finally arrived, all we received were dates and water. No appetizers, no main dishes, nothing. We continued waiting while table after table around us received their food. Meanwhile, our children became increasingly upset and hungry. Anyone with young kids knows that after a full day of fasting, asking them to wait another 20, 30, even 50 minutes is nearly impossible. Our kids were crying, exhausted, and confused as they watched other families eat while we sat there with empty plates. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of honesty and accountability. Every time we asked about our order, we were told, "It's coming soon." Then eventually the server disappeared entirely for nearly 20 minutes and avoided us altogether. A woman later approached us, but instead of apologizing or taking our concerns seriously, she became dismissive and defensive. By this point, nearly 50 minutes had passed since we ordered, and she still insisted we "shouldn't complain" (in Farsi) because the food would come "soon." That response was honestly more upsetting than the delay itself. A simple apology, honesty, or basic compassion toward a fasting family with small children would have gone a long way. We eventually left the restaurant feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. What saddened me most is that this happened during Ramadan, a month centered around patience, generosity, hospitality, and good character. In Afghan culture and Islamic ethics, guests are supposed to be treated with dignity and care, especially during iftaar. Halal is not only about the food being permissible. Halal is also about honesty, fairness, respect, and how people are treated. Sadly, this restaurant failed in all of those areas. We will never return, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a welcoming family environment.

I've been wanting to try Chinese takeout places and I find this quite unique because they serve Chinese food in halal style. They also have a prayer room at the right side of the restaurant. My only concern is the Orange Chicken because it looses its texture and gets very slimy. In other words, coating falls apart. This would have been one of the best Chinese restaurants I would go for takeouts but they only have 2-3 weeks left before they permanently close it.
