I just ordered online and took it to-go, but I had the same problem with nobody really being at the window when I got there. Luckily someone must have seen me standing outside and told the person inside. The smashburger was decent, and the fries that came as a side were perfectly cooked - they are the battered homestyle fry variety, but not too greasy or oily. I think the food here is good, I just think the posted hours could use some clarity. We did an upgrade to cheesy garlic bread, they decided to charge use separately for it but didn't include the breadsticks that came with the original manger's special. At that point I was ok to pay the $58 because we're from out of town and the pizza was already ordered and made. At least give us 2 large pizza and not 2 medium or a discount. I asked them if they could give me a discount for the mistake and they made it seem like I was the hassle for their mistake with the bait and switch. In the end they gave me $5 off. If I didn't speak up they would have sold me 2 medium 1 topping basic pizza and cheesy garlic bread with 2 personal can of soda for $58.
