I just noticed this newer Wingstop in my town. I don't eat Wingstop often like once every 2-3 years. Even though I love chicken wings (usually while watching a game/drinking beers), I never really loved Wingstop's versions. I think they are okay but I find many of their flavors to be way too salty and processed-tasting. Upon discovering this nice and clean location, I also discovered these chicken tender deals they got going on. For $10 you can get a 3 chicken tender meal with a side and drink, which is spectacular for these days and times. So hard to find a meal for $10 or less these days, when just 8 years ago on down, it was super easy, that we took it for granted. Don't think we'll ever go back in time price wise. Garlic Parmesan Tender Meal ($10/3.5*) The tenders are big and juicy. So big that I think that the 3 tenders are close to a half pound of protein. I'll do a light 1 tender meal with some fries, then I'll chop up the other tenders to put on a salad or rice bowl. Great work lunches and I can spread out the salt intake. The garlic parm is mixed with a butter/oil so as it coats the chicken, it isn't a super thick sauce. It coats but you can still see and taste the crunch from the fried tenders. Too rich and too strong eating it as is, but if eaten with salad or a proper starch, then this can work for me. Cajun Tender Meal ($10/4*) I liked this better than the Garlic Parm but you will lose more of the crisp factor, as this sauce seems more wet and soaks into the crisp exterior. This is very tangy which I like and seems kinda like a blend of traditional hot sauce versions but with a cajun spice kick, which works for me. Their fries are decent but I'm sure it comes from a frozen product. The good is they fry it to order so it is always piping hot, where there is a slight crisp with still a potato-y center, instead of being hollow. They season it aggressively with a seasoned salt, which I don't love but will eat a few. I try and give the fries to others who like fries more than me. Not sure if sides are interchangeable here as they also have some fried corn side, which sounds interesting, but haven't tried yet. Wingstop you got me with your awesome deal...and I ain't mad at that one bit. Throw me a promo every now and then, and I'll respond with a timely visit. read more

I'm a fan of this Wingstop. It has Solid wings, and door dash deals are a plus! It may have the Best fast food ranch ever? Maybe! I've also went in to order and have received some Friendly service. It's a nice Clean restaurant. One demerit it Can be really busy and affect order times even after you call in a pick up and they tell you 15-20 minutes but it ends up 30-40 minutes. As of lately their customer service sucks. My family and I always place our order online and the orders are never on time upon arrival. You end up waiting and they are not welcoming at all. The fries for the past 3 orders have hardly any seasoning and one of the orders was undercooked. I decided to take advantage of their 20 for 20 and boy you get what pay for. The instructions were to have the wings fried well but they didn't bother frying them to the normal crisp I'm assuming because they closed in 20 minutes and they didn't care to care. The wings weren't even tossed in the bowl, to avoid having to clean them again so the guy just pour the sauce on the wings in the to go container. I saw it while I walked in but assume that it was extra or something but nope you could see the wings were not tossed. If you like to waste your money please do come here. P.S the wings here were 2 out of 10 the lack of being cooked fully made me gag and the smell of the chicken was putrid again because of the lack of cooking you can smell the chicken -- if you know you know. Wingstop opened up this location closer to me and it's been great. Right in across from Applebees on Farwell Dr. in Fremont. Parking is not bad, I always feel there is a parking spot available for me. Food has always been cooked well, no complaints on that. The staff has been nice, just doing their job at a fast food spot. I've had lunch here and never had an issue. Give it a few points down because sometimes the bathroom isn't fully clean or stocked up with supplies. read more

I can't imagine there's a worse Wingstop in the Bay Area. Maybe even California. I usually do really enjoy their food. The last one I would order from in San Ramon and then San Jose before that were great. But since I've lived in Fremont it's really making me not ever want to eat at a Wingstop again. The worst customer service I've experienced in many years. I ordered a $20 for 20 deal that is PROMINENTLY displayed on their website, yelp, and on google. Ended up being charged $36 for the $20 meal. I was told to come back the following day to get a refund. Came back the next day, spoke with the manager, who openly lied to me about the deal, said it was "online only", and that she couldn't help me. No offer to make it right. My wings always come out super crispy and delicious here. They do not skimp on any of the sauce/ toppings. Other wingstops I go to don't usually put lots of cheese on their garlic parm, but they're not shy to sauce it up at this location. The woman working with red hair is insanely rude. Worst service ever, placed an order online and asked for a side of extra fry seasoning because I forgot to put extra seasoning online (it's free to do). She gave me the most rude and disgusting look and said "um I can give you some" and proceeded to give me barely any at all. I always ask because this wing stop always forgets seasoning on my fries. Then I used my free for doing a survey, I asked for well done and she told me she is only supposed to give them normally (it's also free when ordering to ask for well done).
