Food this crappy shouldn't take this long. Sucks for the following reasons: 1. Chicken wings were so over cooked I thought I had bought chicken wing jerky from Buckees. 2. The fries were all the edges of the potatoes and we're so small and misshaped that it was like eating crunchy sticks of grease. 3. The ranch was so watery that it wouldn't coat the wing when dipped. 4. The wings were served in a paper co Rainer with a half inch of grease in the bottom. 5. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THEM TO PREPARE MY FOOD. 8 wings and an order of fries shouldn't take 30 minutes to make. And, it wasn't like they were busy. There were only 2 orders in front of mine. 6. Customer service is just a thought at this location. Had to make multiple calls to bring resolution to a issue I did not cause myself. After ordering food and never receiving it, I was told to call DoorDash even though I ordered through Wingstop.com. After calling DoorDash, I was put back on the phone with the same manager I spoke to in the first place whom didn't seem to interested in solving my problem. I was then told a refund would be issued only to find out 6 days later that she never processed the refund. Now I must wait another 3-7 days. 14 days on a refund on a order I never received and no apologies and no effort to resolve this only the inconvenience of making multiple calls in order to fix myself. This location lacks leadership and needs customer service training pronto. read more

This by far is the worst location I have ever been to. Staff is rude they lie about your times for waiting 2 hours for chicken! Then to add insult to injury the staff nickname customers because you shouldn't have a problem if you quoted one time and you come back and it's still not ready instead of them telling you upfront it's going to be about an hour's wait hell 2 hours wait! A couple of days after I submitted my Yelp! review to Wing Stop corporate HQ, I was called by the store owner (let's call him "C"). C was very "Friendly" and apologetic for the food and service I had been given. I pointed out to him that the lady who I had talked with on the phone was the nicest person she could be given the circumstances. C gave me a credit for my entire previous order and hoped I would come back to give them another chance. Well the Family did just that on Friday 9/06/2013. Alrighty then, lets get to the review. 09/06/2013: Take Out Phone Order Number Ordered: 30 Regular (bone-in) wings Flavor: 30 medium Sides: 1 Large Seasoned Fries Dips: 3 Bleu cheese dips (came with the order) Veggie Sticks: Celery and Carrots (came with the order) Wings: Juicier than last time and definitely more flavor. Still a considerable amount of grease at the bottom of container but not as much as before. They were cooked through. RATING: A WING PASS French Fries: Much better than last batch and the kids ate them up more heartily this time. RATING: PASS Bleu Cheese: It was a little on the sweeter side for me but decent enough. I went to Wing Stop this evening. I wanted to add three wings to my order of a ten piece meal. The staff member taking my order, sternly told me "you can't do that! " I've always added wings in the past and after much confusion on her part, she told me I could add five extra wings but not three. I ordered the 15 piece meal and when I went to pay, it was over $40. I questioned the amount and she said, you ordered the 10 piece meal and a 15 piece meal. I requested she cancel the 10 piece and she rolled her eyes. I paid for the meal and was instructed to wait in my car, as they would bring my order to me. I asked how long it would take, the staff member said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes, my food never came. As I was sitting in my car, I saw one of the staff place a bagged order on the counter, but no one came to get it. As I walked into the store to check on my order, they handed me the bag that had been sitting on the counter for well over 15 minutes. I asked if they could please replace the french fries, and one of the staff actually had the nerve to tell me she personally just finished bagging my food and it was fresh. I informed her, I had been sitting in my car and had a good view of where the bag was sitting. She did not reply and walked away.The staff who I place my order with, opened the bag and pulled out the cold and limp French fries and then pulled out the wings. She handed the wings to me with irritation, and rudely said, "see if these will work for you!" As she handed me the wings, they felt barely warm. I ordered a few months ago when there was a Cowboys game on and got delivery. Waited two hours but it worked out because my husband worked late and our food would get to us and be ready when he got home. After getting my order I noticed I didn't get my drinks. Called the restaurant, they told me they gave them to the driver. Called the driver, he told me he didn't get any drinks. Call them back, seriously told me the driver must have stole them. What? They told me I would have a credit for the next time I call to order. Ok fine. We made due for the night. Here we are tonight. Not quite sure who runs this place but you need to get it together. I ordered tonight for the Cowboys playoff game knowing it would be crazy and expected to have to wait. I did have to wait for an additional 30 minutes from when they said my order would be done. My main concern about this establishment is the immaturity of the staff and the disorganization. As I was sitting and waiting for my food, an employee showed up for their shift with no shoes on. She proceeded to walk behind the counter with no shoes on... absolutely unsanitary. I also didn't see a single employee wearing gloves. I'm very well aware it's impossible to prevent all types of contamination, but a little effort makes all the difference. My food was okay... I've definitely had better Wingstop from other locations, and they surprisingly did get my order correct. However, the fact that the employees think it's acceptable behavior to show up not wearing shoes and proceed to walk back into a food preparation area will keep me from eating here again. read more

I placed an online order for 24 wings. I picked up my order and when I got home, noticed I was missing 10 wings. I took my order back up and spoke with manager Kayla. She pointed out that the bag had the wrong name on it and it was from the AM shift, this was at 6:00pm. I could have got sick from the order! I love wingstop, probably my favorite place to get wings but this location lacks so much. For starters, they take forever to answer the phones and then put you on hold as soon as they answer. I usually stay on hold for at least 3-5 minutes which is unacceptable by food services standards. Then once the order is placed, they tell me it will be about 20 min which is cool with me. I even give them another 5 min and then I get there and order is still not ready. I always end up waiting another 5-10 min for an order I placed over the phone nearly 45 min ahead of time, unacceptable. Then you have some of the employees that work there that look like they hate being there and have no sense of customer service. I get it, you guys get busy especially on Sunday's for football games but how is that the customers issue? Management really needs to step up and provide these guys some more help or consider making this location bigger with more employees and registers.
