Well, they are barely living up to their 2 star rating on Google. The time estimate when I ordered was 25 to 30 minutes... at other Wingstop locations it's never more than 20, and they usually beat their estimate... not the Forney location... we're going on 45 minutes and still no wings. The kids running this place seem like they are moving through liquid, their movements are all slow and relaxed, no evidence of urgency at all... prolly won't come back to this location, and the folks working here prolly don't care. read more

The second time my food was one time and fine so I thought id give it another shot. Just ordered tonight online and was told it was a 45 minute wait but since my wife wanted it I decided to just wait. The Wingstop in Forney is super busy but there are a few good employees that do care and the customer service was good. I was greeted when I came in the door by the cashier (Orin) and my order was correct. It did take awhile waiting for the food but what I noticed most was that they are overloaded with orders. A few customers were rude upon arrival. They are understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. I do not understand why a business that has that many orders doesn't have more people working to help speed things up. I was acknowledged multiple times with an apology or time estimate. The cashier made the rounds several times checking on people's names and calling orders out. He was the only person working the front end but even one guy from the kitchen came out to help get orders to people. I heard someone call him Chris. I will be back. Occasionally, you'll get fresh wings covered in sauce, which results in making future orders, but MOST of the time, the wings are OLD, overcooked, with NO sauce. Probably the worst wing stop I have ever been to. I ordered food on a busy day and they told me it would be an hour and a half wait, I said no problem. Arrived to pick up my food and they said they did not make it and it would be a other 7 minutes. Had to wait another 15 mins for my order. There was a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing, but the one that did decide to step up and help was helpful so kudos to her, the rest of the employees looked like they did not want to be there and under managed. After getting home I discovered the order was incorrect. Ordered wings with the sauce on the side and they left out the sauce, so now I have just plain wings 2.5 hours later. When I got there the employee told me I was "10 min early" I was actually 10 min late. I got there at 7:43. When I asked how long I'd be waiting they said "not long". I asked how long "not long" was, they said 10 min. So I said my food is 20'min later than what I was told. I don't usually care if they are behind or make me wait a little while but don't put it on the customer. Don't tell me I'm early when your late. I've NEVER gone to that location and gotten my food on time. I've never gotten it within 10'min of my pickup time. I hate writing bad reviews but after multiple times I have to tell people that you should probably wait about 30 min before you go pick up your food so that you aren't disappointed or upset. Out of the numerous times I've given this location a "2nd chance" I am still met with dissatisfaction ever single time. Between all the times my orders have been wrong and missing items, all the times I was given a time that my order would be complete just for me to show up and still have to wait an additional 30+ minutes, all the times I was flat out given the wrong order, all the times i was told they ran out of a certain item and would not be refunded for that item, all the times I would go to pick up my order and they would be closed due to staff shortage and would not be receiving my food order till the following day.
