The Service was pretty crap, it's honestly always crap but it's the closest wingstop to me. I placed my order and this is the time stamp it gave me. I even waited a little bit longer and when I came in this lady with a blonde wig told me my order would be another 45 mins ON TOP of the 20 I already waited which is insane asf! I told her that's insane and id like to cancel my order and receive a refund , she informed me she can give my information to her GM who was not on site and that I could come back tomorrow for him to push it through and the refund would take 7-10 business days (Absolutely insane) I informed her they told me this before and acted oblivious when I came the next day, thankfully I recorded the conversation so they had no choice but to proceed with my refund. But I let her know I don't trust that and the fact there isn't a manager on site is extremely unprofessional! I've worked in the food industry all my life and have NEVER worked a shift early or late without a manager ON SITE ! Just trifling, as I'm trying to think ahead walks away and starts speaking to another guest as if I'm not there . Honestly this was my last straw with this location and I have no choice but to wait since I already spent my money but this will be the last time I mess with this location ever. The rebrand they attempted FAILED tremendously. It's nowhere to sit and it's over 20 people in this small location who also placed their orders long ago the ambiance is hectic and PACKED. Whether your order is ready on time or not, and it usually is NOT, the cashier won't make the effort to make sure the order that is ready is yours even if you've been waiting for 30 minutes in the store. The 5 minute drive ordering at the new Forney Wingstop on 476 S FM or 10 minutes to the Rockwall Wingstop will save you at least 30 minutes of waiting. If you get screwed over by this shop you will never be able to contact them to get whatever they promised you to make up for it, so don't even bother with it. read more

A+ service from the manager. Made an order, got slightly pink tenders, and missed our veggie sticks. Called in and they offered to remake the full order even though we ate a few pieces. Came back in, they took the pink chicken and gave us extra crispy tenders. Left and I myself forgot the veggie sticks so I walked in and she remade the fries too!
