The Service was pretty crap, it's honestly always crap but it's the closest wingstop to me. I placed my order and this is the time stamp it gave me. I even waited a little bit longer and when I came in this lady with a blonde wig told me my order would be another 45 mins ON TOP of the 20 I already waited which is insane asf! I told her that's insane and id like to cancel my order and receive a refund , she informed me she can give my information to her GM who was not on site and that I could come back tomorrow for him to push it through and the refund would take 7-10 business days (Absolutely insane) I informed her they told me this before and acted oblivious when I came the next day, thankfully I recorded the conversation so they had no choice but to proceed with my refund. But I let her know I don't trust that and the fact there isn't a manager on site is extremely unprofessional! I've worked in the food industry all my life and have NEVER worked a shift early or late without a manager ON SITE ! Just trifling, as I'm trying to think ahead walks away and starts speaking to another guest as if I'm not there .
