Many people enjoy wings from Wings Stop and understandingly so. They have had some real success with their recipes regarding their various flavors. I don't frequent Wing Stop for one reason and one reason only. They do not fry their wings hard. Whenever we go to Wingstop, we put them in the oven at home to get that nice hard cooked through taste we like. On fried chicken I do not enjoy soft skin. That is a major turn off. On the other hand I love the lemon pepper after I take it out the oven or the habanero wings. They as the kids be smacking! I just think if they made a minor adjustment to fix the issue of soft skin coming off the wings I could see myself popping in more. Those flavors tho are incredible. Thanks read more

This location is always so terrible, waited 30 mins for them to START our order today and it wasn't busy at all. This isn't the first time it happens either, last time we waited an hour. When I approached the counter to ask if there was anything wrong, the cooks were just messing around with each other and our order ticket was posted there untouched. We finally get our food after 40 mins and the fries are completely brown and cold, and not only did they mess up my flavors but they all are burnt and taste terrible, like the sink water they probably used to rinse the dishes. The soda machine also probably isn't connected right because everything tastes like club soda. Asked to speak with the manager and they couldn't event come directly, they sent other employees back and forth, and only wanted to refund the food we "hadn't touched". Came in on a Sunday night, my bf and I ordered two medium combos dine in (as stated on our receipts). Being in the food industry we were patient when they said our food would take 20 to 30 min. The employee was very rude stating my order had been ready and when I asked her if she called it out for dine in she stayed silent. We ate our cold Togo packed up food that was supposed to be for dine in and no one seemed to care. After letting the online service know about the experience We were offered fries. This was the worst experience I've had as far and ordering to-go. I ordered pretty fast (mind the fact that all they sell are wings and fries, so my order couldn't be far off from anyone else's). So my wife was craving wings after a long week at work and selected this place. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes so there we go again. So we enter the establishment and place our order and are informed it will be about 25-30 minutes which we are ok with because at least they informed us this time. So time goes by and we receive our order. Everything is going ok until I get a wing from a new flavor batch and take a bite and spit it out, the dang wing is COLD. I get another one and it's cold as well. I'm like WTH is going on. So I then get a wing from another flavor batch and those were Luke warm at best. Now I'm really upset because these wings should be hot, they just came out of the kitchen! So I go and kindly advise the girls at the counter of what's going on and they tell me they'll replace them. They don't tell me how long it will be or anything until my wife goes to ask and they tell her they'll be out shortly. I used to really like Wing Stop, but my order yesterday made me so frustrated that it will take a lot of bring me back in as a customer. I ordered wings, boneless wings, fries, and drinks. The staff was friendly, which was the only reason they get 2 stars. I got my order home, opened the sealed bag, and discovered they failed to include my traditional wings and the dipping sauce. The boneless wings were sloppy and the fries were bland. I immediately tried to call the store, was put on hold twice for a total of 10 minutes, tried calling more and the phone just rang over and over. Finally, I returned to the store, a 15 minute drive for me, and demanded a refund, to which they obliged. Missed my normal lunch time and decided to go into establishment around 1p on 5/22 and whomever was cooking the wings that particular day and timeframe must have actually followed the establishments procedures because the wings were not under seasoned when it came to the lemon pepper sauce, nor under cooked with regards to the crispiness. Went here when my sister visited from MA and I was pretty disappointed. The table we were seated at was still dirty. The service was friendly and somewhat attentive. I ordered regular buffalo wings and they brought me fried buffalo shrimp. Kind of a big difference but they got me the right meal eventually.
