Some can be grungy, but this one looks well-maintained. They have a modern-day juke box which was cool. I also seen a sign that they have a karaoke night for those who like that sort of thing. When we came there were only like 6-7 people there...all at the bar. There is additional seating. Plenty of TVs to watch sports on the walls. Like another reviewer mentioned, this is definitely a bar first and eatery second. Keep that in mind if this spot is bookmarked. I'm not trying to hang out here, so next time I'll order ahead of time and pick up quickly. I'd like to try a burger. I'm just not the bar type, ya know.

To make matters worse, Jasmine transferred our table to two different waitresses throughout the night and never once came back to check on us, offer drink refills, or apologize for the delay. There was absolutely no communication or concern for the customers. The food we eventually did receive was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time before it was brought out. The manager, James, spent most of the time sitting behind the bar watching everything unfold. Despite seeing customers waiting excessive amounts of time and the confusion with our order, he never came over to check on us or attempt to make the situation right. When he finally addressed the issue, he said he would discount the food we did receive. After all of that, the "discount" ended up being only $2, which felt more insulting than helpful. On top of the terrible service, the restaurant itself was very dirty and unclean, making the overall experience even worse. Poor communication, poor management, cold food, long wait times, and an unclean restaurant. I understand restaurants can get busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
