Ok, I'll start by saying I'm not a wing stop fan in general. Mainly based on previous experiences with super slow service and merely "decent" wings. However, todays experience was the exact opposite. Wings were fresh, crispy, hot and ready! As were the fries, even though they were delectably drenched in cheese! Then to top it off, the voodoo corn was slappin!! Overall, this was a great lunch and pleasant surprise. I'd def return to this location and recommend it to others. No complaints my wings were amazing. I got the lemon pepper as well as the lemon garlic although it was a bit too oily. I still enjoyed it. Wing stop is typically wing stop however, the differentiator is typically the experience/service you recieve. upon walking in there was not one at the register to take my order. there was only one guy in the kitchen cooking so I waited. finally he peeks his head to the back of the store an found another worker and told him there is someone waiting. finally the other worker that was in the back comes and takes my order and then disappears again. other customers came in at this time so he had to come back to take their order then he went right to the back. because he left only one guy in the kitchen to make everything the wait for our food took almost an hour. Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavor whatsoever. I go here often because it is conveniently across the street from my work and I crave wings. It's a really small place, so I wouldn't come with friends or family here. The staff is nice and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. Sometimes several of the drink options have run out, which can annoy me. The actual wings are okay but nothing fancy. I love salty food but I still find that some of their flavors, such as Louisiana Dry Rub, is too salty. I also feel like the boneless wings are pricey for their 2-bite size. If you're looking for really spicy wings, you wouldn't find them here since I can easily handle the flavors with 4 flames and not even need water. My favorite flavors are Spicy Korean Q since it has a unique blend of spices and Lemon Pepper for having a good balance between the 2 flavors. If this WingStop was any further from where it is located now, then I doubt I would keep coming back here. I am content with what I order, but I'm never ecstatic about the wings. read more

First time and the last time I will be at this place. Customer service was very horrible! Not even one person smiled, they all seemed annoyed to be working there. I went with a special deal instead for boneless wings they offer on Mondays and Tuesdays. Great deal- 25 boneless wings with 3 flavors for under $20. Then I was able to check out as a guest. Order time said ready in 18 minutes. I did teriyaki, honey bbq and original hot. I didn't love the flavor of any, which is a shame because the chicken was nice and crispy, and both the ranch and blue cheese dip were awesome. When I got to the store I threw in fries and baked beans. The large order of fries is really small, barely shareable, but the large beans could feed 4 people. They need to get those portion sizes better controlled. Fries were ok, I asked for Cajun seasoning and didn't really taste any. Beans were a bit sweet, but cooked well. Overall, not bad. There is always growing pains at new chains, but these guys seem to know what they are doing. I'll go back in a month or so. read more

I ordered them on UberEats only for half of the order not to show up especially drinks which was really unfortunate because my wings were so salty that I would need at least three bottles of water to get it all down. Unfortunately my friend was really angry so she decides to go up to the store and ask for a replacement of wings. She's still up there at this moment hopefully it goes well and her replacement is sufficient. Those of us lazy folks who use UberEats are comfortable paying these stupid prices for the convenience, but there was absolutely nothing convenient about ordering from this location. Stopped in today for a second try. Had a medium bone in wing combo, with fries and a drink. I asked for the wings well-done as the last time they were undercooked and not at all crisp. This time, they were nicely cooked, with crisp skin. There was good flavor to the spicy Korean BBQ sauce, but I was unimpressed with the mango habanero. There were plenty of fries included, and they were pretty good. The real turn-off here is the lack of cleanliness. They seem to mop from the kitchen out, and spread the grease around, as you can skate on the floors. All trays have a similar coating of grease on them. I felt like I needed a shower after lunch. Wow-yuck. I love wings and based on the ads I was really excited to try. I'm not a snob or a purist for wings-I'm really happy w Buffalo Wild Wings though it is a bit out of the way. This place is sad. It's a month or so old-long enough to get the kinks out. The food is just not good. The original hot were flavorless-no tang and very little heat. The mango habanero (my fav at BWW) was all sweet and no heat. The Korean bbq tasted like 'Chinese' food from my neighbors in the 1970s. I have no idea why this was Korean. Again-just sugar. This is a takeout place so I expected the packaging to keep the skin from getting rubbery -I was mistaken. You have to pay separately for veggies-really. Stupid. The blue cheese dressing was boring-watered down mayo w a little bit of chunks-maybe they were cheese-idk. Fries were fine. Never again.
