I've been to at least 5 different locations and this one has to be the worst Wingstop. Came in on a Thursday night and they were very disorganized. Cashier seemed as if she didn't know how to do her job or was just recently trained. Stood in front of her while she took a phone order for over 10 minutes. A man came up to the counter to pick up his order after his name was called and employees were walking backing and forth ignoring him. He stood there patiently for 7 minutes until they addressed him. Like I said, disorganized. When my order came, the fries were undercooked and the chicken was not fresh. Tasted as if they cooked the chicken in bulk and just tossed in sauce after they've been sitting out cold for a very long time. Terrible location. Avoid if possible. read more

This wingstop is the worst fucking wingstop I have ever been to.Every time I come here,All I see are employees jokeing and mess around too much.They are too busy singing to music, girls hudding in a small group talking,people standing and sitting Eating !!!...the girl employees by the name cynthia,andrea,diana spend more time talking in spanish..probably about people infront of the registers while other customers are standing there,as if nobody else speaks spanish. This wingstop feels like a Tijauna taco shop with all the spanish talking.The music is way to loud.All I see is the employees walk around in the kitchen while on phones,laugh and talk.They tell everybody it takes 20 mins to make classic chicken...bullshit, I've been to other wing stops and they told me the correct time is 14 minutes ONLY & Boneless chicken takes 5mins only to cook. So y'all are bullshitting people and making us customers waiting way longer then we should be.The cashiers are so rude and full of attitude...rolling their eyes,slouching while taking orders.The older tall guys who work at night are always Cussing yelling Bad words in a extremely loud tone..customers can hear them over the music.My mom went in there a few days ago and said the employes were sick and sneezing everywhere....she walked out.The owner should not allow sick employees to work...it is against restaurants policies.Disgusting.customers feel so bad so for the employees in there during summer....it gets so hot.the employees say the owner knows the AC is broken but won't install a new one. I came first time was the first in the long line but the last to pick up my order. I came ask but all they say is 'wait, it's coming' they didn't even check my order number to see how long would it come. People keeps come and go but I stay there until the store empty. Customer service was great here. Even with rude guests who don't understand that rolls aren't considered a large side because they don't come in sizes, they come in quantity. Employees kept their cool the whole time and were respectful even sympathizing with the guest. Food on point as always and quick service. Just had the worst customer service ever! I've placed an order using the wing stop app that I thought was pretty cool at first. Despite that it had asked for an hour for pick I was ok with that. When I had went to pick up my order I was literally the only person at the counter and all 4 employees didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in or least say they'll be right with me. Every employee had made eye contact with me too which was must annoying about it. I've literally waited 10min before I was told anything, then when finally help and told them I've made an order thru the app the guy had looked thru their paper and found my order. In the end after placing an order an hour before pick up they never even started my order and didn't even have the guts to tell me to my face, I had to say something to the guy for him to tell me that they didn't even started. The food taste great every time I come but the issue I have with this location is the rude customer service that I repeatedly keep having. The mistake I keep making is coming to this location rather than the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. Waited nearly 40 minutes for 13 wings and an order of fries. After finally getting home with the wings, I noticed they were very dry and barely had any sauce on them. The fries also seemed overlooked and I was just very disappointed with the meal that took this long to make in the first place .Going to have to drive to a little further for a better wing stop location. read more

Of course I got the LONG version but it was so similar to the synopsis you gave. I also have been told of numerous times of dis-satisfaction. Reading the previous reviews, I had an idea of what to expect and developed a game plan. Decided not to put in an order online or call ahead. We just showed up and decided to wait it out early on New Year's Eve. This place was packed! But of course that was to be expected. When we ordered they told us it would be a half hour wait, but we still decided to go ahead with it. This place is a fast food wing place. Think McDonald's but for wings. The place is small, as is their staff. I just don't think they have the infrastructure to support the size of their clientele, which in turn affects their customer service. Our order was done within the time frame. We brought the food home and it was delish. Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and hot wings were off the chain. But the hot could have been way hotter! The wings are a bit small, but the skin was nice and crispy. The fries were ok for me, but my family really enjoyed them. They had a slight sweetness in their seasoning. Will stick to my game plan next time and walk in to wait for my order. read more

I visited the place for the first and last time. The cashier taking my order had major attitude. She was not polite and acted as if I was bothering her just to place my order. Then when it was time to pay, I took out my debit card and was ready to put my pin in and she said I needed my ID to use my card. I did not have my ID on me and was unable to purchase $8 of food. What a day. I was on hold for over 9 minutes, waiting for them to answer. I walked in the door, when they finally asked what I would like. The phones, stopped working when I was there. The computers quit working. Writing orders on paper slips. Manager(?) was on phone whole time I was there. Messed up everybodys order while I was waiting. When I asked about my order,(7 tenders) after 20 minutes. said the order did not drop. Were going to start it now. Already been waiting , over 30 minutes. said nope, had your chance, give me my money back. Took way too long to get money back. People in back, standing around, 3 girls up front, nobody doing anything. Manager still on phone. Just said to give money back. Will have to think about going back there. Great place to go eat, the remodel is very nice. And our server Lenny was helpful and never kept us waiting.

We have eaten here since they opened, they almost never get the order right. It is tiring. In the beginning we thought it was newer and they would work the problems out. After this amount time they almost always, get it wrong .wings are not cooked fully, not seasoned properly and or wrong amount. I would never have givin another place so many chances, but its conveint being accross the street. Every other wing stop we have tried has gotten it right.
