I ordered a group pack online for my family for dinner to be delivered. It was delivered missing half the food. I called to let them know and the employee I spoke to said that they were out of rolls, but because I didn't answer my phone (I didn't have a missed call), she went ahead and charged me for them anyway. On top of that, she told me that they weren't going to have another driver deliver the rest of my food, nor were they going to refund me for the missing food. She said that they could give me a credit for the missing items on a future order, which she said she meant she would add the missing items on for free, which isn't free since I was charged for the items already. I'm not sure why they would assume I would ever be ordering from them again, after the horrific customer service. I just wish I could have my money back. read more

First time to this location. Very busy when I went in. Took my order immediately. Had my order in about 5 minutes. Great fast service. Got 20 wings bone in, mango habanero. They put on extra sauce like I requested. Wings were tender and juicy, not over cooked and dried out. Fries nice and fresh, tender. Like the seasoning salt they use. You guys did an awesome job. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I phoned in my order and was told about 20 minutes, only to have to wait an additional 20 more minutes for my food. When I paid the girl jasmine seemed so lost at what she was doing. It took her a few minutes to I guess figure out how to take a payment. I along with several other customers were frustrated at the wait time. Once I received my food I waited nearly 40 minutes for it was cold and not what I ordered. If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 15 wings a few months back and after getting all the way home I discovered I was short 5 wings. I called and spoke with the manager Rebecca and she said that they could not refund me the difference but that the next time I ordered that my 15 wings would be free. I called this past weekend to order and get my free wings and was told that I needed to have the exact date that I placed my last order. I didn't so the girl went through the paper book to see if she could find my "note". Wings are always good. They are just very very slow. I always call in my order because I work in the shopping center across the way. They normally quote me anywhere from 14-20 minutes. I always show up 30-40 min later because I know it won't be done. I don't mind if it is going to be a long time but don't start my wings until i get there and pay. Upon arrival was greeted by an exceptional customer service focused employee. He then asked if it was a to go order and I replied no. He Informed me a cashier would be right with me. He went back into the kitchen and began calling out orders, ticket times, and motivating the other employees to work faster to get the orders out. Literally the worst wingstop I have been to and have given them multiple tries. A few times that I have called in I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then when I go in the restaurant it is empty. One time the register was down and the kid on the phone didn't even bother to tell me that or that they will only be taking cash or that they were cutting huge stake fries. So when I get there I had to go get cash and then I didn't even want the fries that way. Most of the workers just have poor customer service skills. If it wasn't the only wingstop in the vicinity I wouldn't bother. read more

I just left wing stop about 3 minutes ago and I was extremely mad. When my boyfriend and I walked in no one greeted us the 3 workers looked up at us and went right back to whatever they are doing. We stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes if the phone wouldn't have rang then she would have never approached us. She not only answered the phone rudely but she still didn't greet us she just said are you ordering bone in. After we ordered she walked to the back leaving the customer on hold until another customer came in to pickup his online order that still wasn't ready. And when my order was ready she threw the bag on the counter and mumbled the order I couldn't even hear her so I double checked my order. The wings are great and the manager Rebecca is always very sweet and polite although I cant say the same for other manager who they call Virgil He is very rude to his employees in front of customers. I have never seen him greet a customer as they walk in or treat customers or employees with respect.
