Sat down to eat my wings and there was no celery so I went to the counter to get it and was told that they charge extra for celery? Huh??!?!! The owner argued with me when I ordered yesterday and called my request 'ridiculous' when asked for the number for the corporate office because of his lack of service. They are slow and are not versed in how the Wingstop brand operates. The few times I have been here, the experience was lousy and the owner continues to try to charge me for all flats. The worst restaurant experience ever, the customer service was simply horrible. I would suggest no one ever go to this Wingstop, EVER. They left items off of my order and when I called the "Shift Leader" simply yelled back to someone at the restaurant and then came back to me on the phone and said "they put the items in your bag". Been here 3 times in about 2 weeks. The place is very clean and well put together. It's a bit small, so it's not where you'd bring your football viewing party, but it's cozy for a simple date night. The food and service is great! Since the wings are cooked fresh, they don't arrive fast but they taste more delicious that way. They have at least 10 flavors for a nice variety and they give you a big tub of dipping sauce. I really want to write this review because of what happened yesterday when I visited. I ordered a 10pc boneless and when it came out, the guy working told me that the wings were unusually small so he would make me another batch but he let me keep the 10 already cooked! It was such a nice and pleasant gesture! I assume the guy might have been the manager, he had tan skin and white rimmed glasses. Me and my family were visiting from Savannah where there are no Wing Stops. I read all of the reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Well, I called, no answer, like most commenters stated. I called back, the phone rang about 7 times, someone answered and placed me on hold. Three mins passed and I began to think the commenters were right. I was about to hang up and find another wing place, when I heard a friendly voice state,"I'm sorry for the hold, how may I help you?" Each order I place, she kindly repeated it. She used the phrases, "Okay sweetie, is that correct sweetheart, I gotcha, I gotcha!" She told me my order would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived, she greeted us! She asked for my name, I told her, she said, give me less than 10 mins to complete your order. She finished in 7. She was so very kind! I also noticed that she was the employee I saw in the store! I wish I remember her name, but I don't. It was Saturday. December 4 between 4-6:30 p.m. she had a tattoo behind her ear and a Beautiful smile! This place is good! I really like the wings because it has a nice crispy feel. Not super crispy like how you would get at Gus's Chicken (which by the way is my favorite fried chicken in the Atlanta area). The house hot wings has a nice balanced flavor where it is not too vinegary like how you sometimes get at other buffalo wing places. But it's also not that spicy which is fine with me actually since the flavor is balanced. The ranch dressing dip is also pretty good with a nice creamy feel and has a nice mild flavor. The fries are above average. This place gets a lot of bad reviews but this place is always busy and popular. So they can't please everyone and sometimes they can get the orders incorrect so keep an eye out for that. Obviously either I'm crazy or people have never experienced a truly good meal in there life. Certain things must be taken in account in the food industry business when you ask for wings a certain way for instance fried hard doesn't mean fried to "death". Seasoning on the wings were terrible in regards to the "Cajun" wing may as well called it salt with red sauce. The "garlic Parmesan" wing forget about it, covered with some flavorless dust truly disappointing. The fries soggy and mind you they are served in an open tray so the condensation form a closed container cannot be taken into account. Lastly "roaches" on the floor now mind you even if a certain amount of red flags are allowed when a establishment is rated don't have the "flag" at the the entrance dead on the floor. I love wings and have tried them at dozens of places around Atlanta / Duluth / Marietta and Decatur. I am convinced Wing Stop's Cajun Wings are the Holy Grail of wings. There simply are none better to be found, period.... the wings themselves seem to be a cut above most places in quality to begin with, and Wing Stop cooks them perfectly - crispy skin and tender meat - pure wing perfection! Couple this with the best tasting sauce I have ever had on a wing (the Cajun is my personal favorite), add in delicious fries, and then throw in a drink for $5 @ lunch and you simply cant go wrong! They seasoning & sauces were spot on. I had lemon pepper & mild. I don't do spicy. I've had mild wings other places that were actually quite hot & Ive had lemon pepper other places that don't taste like lemon pepper. Crispy skin & tender meat exactly how they're supposed to be. I've been here twice now and the first time was just ok service, but this second visit was really cool. I think the two guys there were maybe the owners and we're both very friendly. One was getting the order of a customer in front of me and the other came from the back to try and help me which I thought was very nice considering usually there is always just one person doing register. I attempted to place an order here by phone 3x on my way home from work; the first time they put me on hold and then it disconnected, the second attempt they hung up on me and the third attempt they never answer the phone this all happen within 15 minutes of each other.
