I recommend saving yourself the trouble and NEVER placing a delivery order through their website (which is listed as the business's preference). It comes with no customer service. I'd rather pay an extra dollar and have the customer service of GrubHub/Doordash. Although Wingstop sends orders out through these services anyway, they supposedly have NO contact with them and cannot rectify any mistakes. Our order arrived half missing (driver only picked up 1 of 2 bags). It was not enough food for our family's meal. The staff member who answered the phone at the restaurant was pleasant and polite, as was the manager, but the manager was absolutely useless when it came to fixing the situation. They offered a partial refund in 7-10 days (a dollar amount which they could not calculate at that moment because of the combo meals) but claimed that it was NOT possible to send the rest of the order by delivery. We had to go pick it up from the restaurant, and they would not even refund the delivery fee! It was absolutely ridiculous. Any manager who cares about keeping a customer could have solved this situation in multiple ways (refund what was missing and waive a delivery fee so we could have just placed a new order for the missing items; send it out via a new delivery and cover the fee; offer a full refund or voucher or something to make it worth our time, etc). I don't know if this manager just didn't care, or they lacked the common sense to find a solution, but they have definitely lost a customer. read more

Ordered for pickup and it went pretty easy. The many parking spots and the large screen with the upcoming orders makes it an easy in & out situation. Service was quick & the food was freshly made. The seasoned fries were crispy & very salty. The boneless chicken pieces had a great crunch & juicy meat inside along with the sandwich. Came by for the first time today. We ordered for pickup 6:00, app says 15-20 minutes, the order will be ready. 30 minutes later, we go in and ask about our order only to wait another 30 minutes inside. They said that we never ordered, and then magically came out with the cold food. Spare yourself the headache and disappointment. I've been a huge Wingstop fan for many years. This was the first time the food was inedible. The carrots seemed old and moldy. Plus the wings were dry and tremendously unflavored! Dry rubs you can usually see the seasonings but these wings were old, oily and unflavored. I called and was told to drive back (30+ minutes) to return the food or to exchange the food. Mind you it's raining and I have a newborn.
