He told me I needed to mention the special on the phone to receive the advertised price. I explained that nothing on the website states that requirement, and I genuinely believed I was ordering the advertised special. His response was basically, "Sorry, you already paid. I could have changed it before, but now it's too late." Voiding and re-running a payment is a pretty standard cashier function, especially when the pricing confusion comes from unclear advertising. The few dollars wasn't the issue -- it was the poor customer service and unwillingness to make things right. Definitely left disappointed.
