I order food after I've been standing on my feet working all day around 10:30pm, arrived to pick it up at about 11pm.. I stay right behind the building. I go to pick up my food, get home, and find that the fries had NO seasoning, they were cold to touch, and there was no ranch in the bag, AND THE WINGS WERE UNDER COOKED! I go back to the building around 11:50pm and I tell the manager, CHOLE, what was going on with my order, instead of MANAGING she has complete disregard of her mistakes and offers a refund that would take 3-5 business days to arrive. I have no money, that was my last $40. She didn't care.. THANKFULLY, Antitta a cook walks up to the counter and offers us a remake, which is what we was asking for to begin with! Amazing!!! We ordered 30 minutes before we arrived, we did have to wait maybe 10 more minutes to get our food but we did order a lot. The food was very fresh and the restaurant was very clean. They were very flavorful and well worth the money and wait. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

Disclaimer this location just opened. I called to place an order and I was put on hold for 5 minutes. That should have been my first red flag. I hung up and placed the orders on line. After placing the order it told me 43-48 minutes. I drove there with about 5 min to spare. This location is in a strip mall. It looks like your other Wing stops. I do like that they have the glass that you can see in the kitchen. The place was packed so you hear me. Not everyone had a mask. This was before the GOV mandate too. The phones were ringing off the hook and they kept taking more phone orders. (I didn't understand why) I went to the sign that say pick and a young lady asked my name and order I gave it to her and paid. The order was not ready. One lady said she had been waiting there 1.5 hours for Ana order she placed on line. The manager was helping in the kitchen. I assume he was the manager because they called him to refund an order. Ppl were asking about orders and this guy was looking for them on the stand and they were not there. It was chaos..... I think they need a little bit more training. Like when you are that behind, don't take any more phone orders. Also there were 2 ppl at the counter. The guy wasn't doing much of anything to be honest. He could have washed his hands and helped push ordered out. He could have bagged if he hasn't been trained to cook. The young lady started sorting receipts. While I get that is important she too could have helped push orders out. Good thing is my wings were fresh and hot. I personally waited about 10 min max. It was hot, there were flies everywhere. The cashier seemed to be drunk or on something because he was off balance and you can barely understand what he's saying. No one was wearing gloves. Food was ok. Definitely had better but this is a chain wing restaurant I wasn't expecting 5 star wings. They cooked our food but only put 1/2 the items in the bag. Literally like everyone else, if I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is fucking ratchet. Diamond, the manager, knocked my phone out of my hand and broke it lol. I literally called the cops and pressed charges on her while she was on the clock lmao. She went inside and finished her shift after the police left, and her regional manager said he wasn't firing her. Been to this location twice now! Both times with just terrible attitudes, even with the manager today, and extremely long wait times. I can deal with the wait, but the attitude and lack of any kind of customer service is just unacceptable. Oh, and on top of that, make sure to check your orders before leaving, because neither one of ours were correct. Sure, we could go back and ask for the items that we didn't get, but that will definitely come with a side of attitude and another hour wait. Didnt welcome us, or show any cares that we couldn't be waited on and might leave. No apologies. I will start with a positive, the wings had a good flavor and were at least warm. I think that if zombies didn't work there service might would improve. A morgue has more emotion than the employees working there. The fry's where cold, and the corn was cold and dry. 6 of the drink choices were out. One word, Ratchet. I was so unimpressed by this location. I've always enjoyed the Baton Rouge locations and expect a lot more. They haven't been open that long so I can only assume there is a lot of hiring and training opportunities. The cashier didn't know what she was doing, the floors were greasy which made our chairs keep sliding (my son fell out of his chair, it was hard to keep the chair from moving around.) The grease trap needs to be changed, the fries were horrible. I asked for a new batch bc they were over cooked and she said "no they just came out" and I said "well they're over cooked can I please have some new ones?" She was nice about it and accommodated that for me. I wanted fries for my kids and they wouldn't touch them (ok they probably ate 5 fries but for kids, that's surprising.) They did love the rolls. My family pack came with wings, fries and veggies. The veggies had 6 carrot sticks and maybe 7 or 8 celery. I thought that was very small for a family pack, but I already complained about the fries I was trying not to be so difficult so I let that go (i love the veggie sticks though.) Also, they were out of corn. I didn't like how the tv was VERY loud, but maybe that's their thing, loud sports and wings. If i was more distracted by how good the food was, I probably wouldn't have cared, but it was underwhelming. I love the drink machine at wingstop, so that's a plus. The wait time wasn't so bad. As far as the wings go: They varied in sizes so i had a lot of small overcooked wings and then some larger really nicely cooked ones. Flavors: Korean - really good Cajun- good (I've had before and normally better.) Garlic Parmesan - could barely taste the sauce. I won't rush back here any time soon, but I'll give them another shot. Ordered for the first time from here tonight. We did delivery to our house in Walker, and the delivery was timed to the T, the delivery driver was wonderful (even offered to help my sister carry it in- we had a 6 person order), the food was still piping hot when it made it to our house, and the tenders, voodoo fries, cheese fries, chicken sandwiches and boneless bites were thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family! They had only 3 workers, took 30 minutes to get our food which is fine i don't mind waiting but what i do mind is when we finally got our food. My boyfriend chicken sandwich wasn't even fully cooked on the inside. The people in there were rude especially the manager because when i tried to talk to her she stayed talking on her Iphone. First time I went here it was ok. The second time I went it was awful. There's this young guy that works there. He already had wings done and threw sauce on them to serve me. They were horrible. I know for a fact they are supposed to be cooked to order. I knew a manager and he told me that Wingstop has strict standards for the temperature they are supposed to be served at.
