The pork chop was a bit dry for my taste but the apple chutney that was served with it helped to give it flavor. Even though I was full, I always make room for dessert and the tiramisu was the only thing I finished. It was ok, but nothing spectacular. I would give our server 5 stars, she was warm and funny and showed us how to get a discount on our bill using the Inkind app. The manager also comp'd an appetizer of our choice because they were no longer offering the drink special that we wanted to order that evening, so we appreciated that. What kind of bullshit is this I come for a 6 peice wing combo I pay my money and I'm looking at the Chinese lady yelling out random names like there isn't a line of people waiting then I go to fill my cup up with a drink and I almost buss my ass on those wet ass floors I see behind the kitchen a bunch of smoke coming out then a lady back there dropped a bun and picked it up instead of throwing it in the trash where it belongs she throws it to the side like it's nothing after that I go to put my drink in the car i come back in and I literally witnessed a lady in her cozy pj's and Tory Burch slides almost bust her ass and fall face from just for a plate of wings. Then you got these workers leaving in and out the store doing nothing and almost busting their ass in their restaurant then me and my family took the liberty of moving the wet floor sign from the back not being used to the actual area people are slipping As I'm watching the short worker sliding back and fourth in the puddle of water and yelling at his workers instead cleaning up the water that's flooding the restaurant . ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I cannot imagine people wanting to go to this place. I know multiple people who have gone here and have had awful experiences. I waited 3 fucking hours for some fucking mid ass wings that costed 78 dollars and when I went to get a refund they said no. Who the fuck takes 3 hours to make wings the fuck? Great wings! I have tasted wings in Germany, China, and Madagascar, and none come close to Wingstop. I also bought some underpants in France and they are quite nice. But who cares about that, were talking wings! If I had a girlfriend I would bring her to Wingstop but I don't so I just go alone. That's not necessarily bad because I eat her wings! Some people say I'm a big fat slob, but I disagree. Everything at Wingstop is delicious. If you don't go there you will regret it every day and people will scoff at you when you walk down the street. Juicy, meaty, succulent, delicious. Wait, that's my girlfriend. The wings? Just as good. I love them more than anything. I ordered spicy but not too spicy and that's just how they came. That's really…read morewhat keeps bringing us back--our group consistently orders grilled, and the food itself has always been satisfying. We haven't explored the fried items or much else on the menu, so we can only speak to that side, but in that regard, no complaints. That said, the overall experience as a customer especially when you're unfamiliar with the area or just stopping in between meetings or on a lunch break--needs improvement. After ordering and paying, being directed to leave the line, drive around multiple corners and blocks, and then return just to find parking (which can take 30+ minutes) is frustrating and impractical. It turns what should be a quick and convenient stop into a time-consuming hassle. Another ongoing issue is consistency with the grilled group option. Even though it's listed (and often stapled to the menu), we find ourselves having to ask about it almost every visit. Many times it's unavailable--they've run out, it's not being offered that day, or there's some other reason it can't be ordered. That kind of uncertainty makes it difficult to plan, especially when that's the main reason we choose to come here. From a business standpoint, there should be a more efficient system in place for handling customer flow and parking, along with better consistency and communication around menu availability. The food keeps us interested, but the logistics and unpredictability make it difficult to justify stopping in regularly. In short: great grilled options when available, but the ordering process and overall experience need serious rethinking.
