This specific Wingstop location has some of the nastiest employees. They are borderline disrespectful. My husband called to place an order and a woman named Sherelle/Sharelle (unsure of spelling) answered and requested we hold. We didn't mind as it is a Friday at dinner time. She did not make us wait too long but when she asked the name and my husband answered, she claimed she couldn't hear him. He repeated it a few more times and we weren't irritated at all by this point because we do not know what's going on there and it could be loud or the service on the phone may not be good. Either way, she hung up on us. He called back assuming the call was just dropped and we got no answer. It was sent to voicemail saying they couldn't complete my call. I grew skeptical and had him call off of my phone and in the middle of the very first ring we were greeted again by this woman. I hate making assumptions but I'm nearly positive she forwarded his call upon seeing him call again. Anyways, she proceeded to take our order and claimed the call was dropped. Okay, fine... after everything my husband said, she would reply with a sentence followed up with his name. (Example: "would you like ranch or blue cheese, John?" or "the total is $25, Mr. John.") Written out, it seems almost polite but the sarcastic type tone she used said otherwise. At the end of our phone call, he asked her how long it would be to which she said "not long, John." My husband said okay, even though he was hoping for a time frame. She said bye and just hung up... This woman clearly does not enjoy customer service oriented occupations and maybe she'd do better cooking the food or taking the trash out. Interacting with people is 100% not her strong suit. I won't return to this location although it's closest to me. I'll continue going to my regular location on Wiles and Lyons, they are kind and professional there.
