Food is always good and normally quick, however everytime order ranch it's never there

My recent visit to Wingstop was incredibly disappointing. As a long time Winstop lover, this place is gross. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an excessively long time to acknowledge my presence and take my order. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown lady was cursing to another employee about a customer who had just left. I hope they don't talk that way about me. The order was wrong, as per all the reviews on here. I mean, it's wings, fries, and ranch. It's not super difficult for the other stores. The Voodoo fries were garbage. Undercooked (raw) fries, soggy, greasy, with coagulated cheese. It was pretty awful. We have ordered here enough to tell you, this isn't a one time event... they have problems cooking the fries. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Never had any complaints with my orders, but recently they've gotten lazy or careless. I'd really prefer that you didn't box the grease with my wings. Last I got, a dry rub, there was at least 3/4 cup of the frying grease sloshing around in the container. That does leak through the paper bag and onto car upholstery. This is becoming a regular occurrence. Not something I'll keep going back for. Try to remedy this. read more

Ordered food, didn't get my veggie sticks that were ordered. Then open my wing box, I ordered a 10pc classic, 2 different flavors. There were only 6 wings in my box. Spoke to both "managers" who have no clue, nothing was done. Basically spent money, didn't get what I paid for and management to incompetent of solving issues. read more

There was not a manager on site tonight otherwise I would have complained. How do I know? Because they TOLD me. No one knew how to take a gift card. They finally took my to-go order. 4 girls came in behind me at least 10 minutes later ordered to-go (all On-Site orders). They were all fulfilled and gone before mine was ready. The 4 that came after me were offered bottled drinks (they took 3 Dr Peppers & a water). I asked for one because the fountain was not working property and I was told NO because I already had a fountain cup. The also did not have the advertised Dallas Cowboy flavor. An apology to us and a reprimand for these employees should come from corporate!! Why was there no manager on duty????? Next time we will drive an hour and a half to go to our favorite Wingstop. Service has been great every time we've gone, our orders have been correct and good. The wings could sometime use more seasonings but overall they're still good wings. They have big rushes so it's understandable that they don't have as much time to get the wings coated perfect so I give them grace. The staff is always nice to us even if they are super busy. Waited 40 mins for a to go order of wings, chicken sandwich, & cheese fries. Got home, 20 mins away, no chicken sandwich, no dipping sauces. Called back, got the run around that a manager would have to call me back tomorrow to issue a refund. I am sure to get my refund I will have to call Liz or Jamie myself to get it or go back in there. I was hesitant to go here after seeing the rating but we decided to try it anyway after seeing most of the issues seemed to be "forgotten ranch" on to-go orders. Not to say that's not important, that ranch is half the reason to go to wingstop, but since we were gonna done in I figured we wouldn't have that issue. The service was fantastic. Everyone working was very friendly. The tables and store were clean. (Only issue I have is for the love of God replace the toilet brush in the bathroom...ew) The food was great. Perfectly cooked. Food's not bad. The employees and customer service on the other hand...my wife and I were dining in and the kids in the kitchen were rapping, mother f'er this and that, n-word this and that. Didn't even phase them when an older lady came in to pick up her order, kept acting like hoodrats. My advice would be wait till you know your order is ready, get in and get out. I paid 15.43 for a 12 pice bone in, garlic parm. I was told I had to buy any dipping sauce I wanted at 1.60 each. I purchased a cup of dipping sauce, being my order didn't come with at least one dipping sauce already. To my surprise I got half a cup of dipping sauce for 1.60. Then the wings was just pure greasy and very lil taste of seasoning. Terrible service, tasteless food, for a mighty hefty price that's not worth going back. read more

Staff is always super friendly. Restaurant is clean. The food has room for improvement (flavor is always great, but the quality of meat cuts could be better, but that's out of employee control as far as I'm aware). Wait times are usually 15-20 mins depending on the order but I've never had an outrageous wait time. Love visiting this location read more

I saw that Wingstop received very low reviews. I stopped by last week in Decatur and was extremely pleased. The service was wonderful. We where even offered free drinks from their fancy soda machine while we waited for our order. The wings where much larger than the wing stop I used to go to in Albuquerque- I will definitely return! read more

Ordered ahead on the app. Got there and they said something had happened and my order was messed up so they had to start over and it would be another 10-15 minutes. I was not the only person in there having to wait extra for their order. I watched them argue with another customer. I asked them to hurry as I had a crying baby and didn't plan to have to wait. Very bad experience. Arrived at the estimated time and food was still not ready. There was a lack of leadership and over all seemed unorganized. Waited at the restaurant for 30 mins (50mins after ordering). Food sat at the counter for 10mins until someone noticed it was ready (no attention to detail).
