Frezko has quickly become my favorite taco spot in the area. My favorites are the barbacoa and…read morebirria. It's easier to get there now that they've completed the construction at the intersection of N. Tarrant and Riverside. There's ample parking. The restaurant itself is not big but not small. There's 3 or 4 tables and counter top seating. I've ordered in and ordered takeout and have consistently received good service. The food has always tasted fresh and delicious. Will continue to be one of my go-to lunch or take out spots.

Happy cinco de mayo on taco Tuesday yall! I went to Frezko taco spot around 8p because I couldn't…read moreend my day before having a good taco! I ordered: à la carte barbacoa street tacos fully loaded (all the toppings), à la carte carne asada street tacos fully loaded, and an order of Birria tacos. The good: -All the tacos were tasty. If you stop and grab your own fresh produce (cilantro, white onion, and lime) then you will enjoy them. -The people are friendly. The needs work: - I ordered a lot of tacos and I was given 0 limes. This should be a crime. Atleast a misdemeanor, especially after repeated violations! -Birria tacos consume is a step or 2 above brown water these days: very thin with no flavor. -The onions and cilantro on the side are not fresh. It's like the produce is tired after sitting out a day or two. - I purposely ordered à la carte tacos (they are $3.50 per taco), but when I get my bill I was charged for 1 à la carte taco and a half order of tacos. The half order is 2 for $8. I told the cashier at the window what I ordered and she said "it's basically the same thing", I said no, it's not, I explained the difference and then she asked if I wanted her to ring it up again. I said no and she offered me some beans which come in the half order of tacos. Yikes, just give a girl what she ordered next time. - Drive thru speaker was not working properly. Overall, will I be back, yes, but is this my go to? Not anymore. Frezko Taco Spot, you can still be in my life but we are no longer exclusive. We can't go steady anymore....

I love that it's customizable with the menu so you can build each order how you'd prefer. The food is fresh so it may take a minute for it to come out but not an absurd amount of time. This location is near the Walmart / it's parking is just enough for the size of the restaurant. Customer service is on point, they have a self order option so you can do that or ask all your questions with a team member. Restaurant is always clean. Typically is not to busy so you can sit while you wait. Xoxo.

If you are looking for a step up for Tex Mex, this is a good spot. I wasn't greeted when I first went in but the ordering is super easy and convenient with their kiosk upfront. One of the staff did offer to help me with my order and they assured me they were there to help if I needed it. He was friendly and had a great disposition. I wasn't sure why more people weren't inside eating because the ambiance was nice and I liked how the seating was arranged. There was plenty of space between the tables and chairs and the walls were visually stimulating. I ordered to go and I didn't have to wait too long for the food. I drove about 10 mins to get back to the hotel and the grease from the meat had already solidified. I ordered the carne asada tacos with everything on it and it came with a cup of beans. There was a good amount of meat and toppings for each one. The beans were salty in my opinion but to be fair, I don't eat a lot of salt anyway. The meat was savory and they didn't skimp on the serving size but it was greasy so I tasted that just as much as the meat which was off putting. I ordered it with flour tortillas but they were so thin that it all fell apart when I tried to pick it up so I ended up eating it with a fork! I would try it again but maybe with chicken next time it even their quesadillas. I think it's definitely worth a try though.

Both of them pair well with whatever you order. They provide you with 2 salsas one of each with your order. I ordered 3 tacos and got two salsas. Today I ordered 6 tacos and asked for more than the two they provided. So he charged me .50 cents for each extra salsa I ordered! I don't mind paying for the extras as long as I can get what I want! But I believe it's reasonable to assume that the more tacos you ordered you would get a couple of more salsa's with the order? I do understand a small business watching the controls as some customers would take as much as they can get for free! I'm just a person who really likes my Mexican food to be drenched in salsa! I normally use one container per taco if I'm able to get it? Sometimes it's a hit and miss? But like I said I don't mind the extra charges for the salsa cups I wanted! I just think two cups is just not enough for 6 tacos and this time it was hard to pay that price! He did give me the taco Tuesday prices but by the time I paid for the extra salsa it made it regular price so I guess I save $2 so that's something Go check them out they i'm at dialysis have a drive thru and are fairly quick with the orders and I've like everything I've tried so far! Just keep in mind the extra charge for the salsa as it's posted on the menu board as well
