Do not offer delivery on your website if you can't get the order right. Then when the order is screwed up tell the customer that there's nothing you can do. If I could give no stars I would! When we walked in the dude at the front was rushing us to order then just walked off and said well let me know when your ready! The fries were gross. I ordered online and showed up the time the email said and still had to wait 45 min for my food. I ordered on New Year's Eve and came in to see only two employees behind the counter. I don't know who the manager is or who is in charge of scheduling but they really messed up. There is one cook and one person on the register. Not smart at all! Very disappointed! Visited this location from out of town one night around 10ish. I don't know if it's a bad neighborhood but there was people hanging around and it was just an unsafe feeling. I love wingstop but this particular location isn't that great. The wait is always long no matter if you order online or prior to arriving. The workers distract each other and keep customers unnecessarily waiting. On the bright side, their wings never fail to be delicious. Honey BBQ and the lemon pepper are by far my favorite and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. I just wish the customer service wasn't so bad otherwise I'd visit here more often. read more

We ordered 40 wings with 4 different flavors ( I know it sounds tough) but upon getting home with had 40 wings with 3 flavors. Now as I call to retrieve the 4th missing flavor the manager says he put all 4 in but to come on up to get their mistake. Upon arrival the manager (also the cook) asks me if I returned with the wings. Now keep in mind I am feeding a hungry family of 6. Why would I bring the wings back just to get cold? He then argues with me about what he "didn't" make a mistake on. Customer is always right buddy. 10 wings aren't going to hurt your restaurant. New Management made a TERRIFIC difference! Customer service is better than I've seen since the last time a couple months ago! Food came out Fast, HOT and Fresh! If you order online or call in you better come at the time it says it'll be done now because they are on it! you may wait 2 minutes or more depending on how busy...but other than that everything was perfect! They usually have the same night cook with the tree tattoo on his arm! He is a beast in that kitchen and he'll try to make you happy at what ever cost! The issue is not the food. Let that be clear the issue is with the horrible customer service and wait time. I have called multiple orders in and they constantly say be ready in 20 mins. I show up in 20 mins and guess what they haven't even started the food. I tried ordering online maybe they will be more efficient, I was wrong once again. Stated it will be ready in 18 min and I showed up to once again the workers have not even started... to me it seems that ownership probably instituted a policy not to start until they receive payment, so they don't have eat the lose if they don't show up. We have heard a lot about this place so last night we decided to check it out. We called ahead to ask if there was seating. The guy who answered had to ask 2 people if we could eat there. Odd. He said yes, so off we went. We prefer to eat in because the food is hotter.we arrived at 6:10pm. A few takeout orders but absolutely no one was sitting inside. As a matter of fact all the chairs were leaning against the tables...like they were closed. That was the first clue this would not end well. We questioned the cashier about eating in and he had to ask 2 people before someone e said yes. So, we ordered. Wings and fries for both of us, extra crispy, a soda and a beer. We sat down at the only semi clean table and sipped on our drinks. 20 minutes later I went up to get another beer because wait was so long. 15 minutes later we went up to ask about our food. We were told it was on the shelf with the to go orders and it had been therefor 20 minutes!! WTF!! No one called our name, which is on the receipt, no one brought it over to us, no onesaid hey..your order is up! SERIOUSLY WTF! So we grabbed our food and ravenously at it 45 min after we ordered it. Fries were soggy as heck! Well, yea...they were steaming in the bag. Wings were tiny...I mean tiny...not crispy at all. Soooo, $32 later we got poor service, soggy fries, puny cold wings, a dirty table, no table service at all. To think we passed Houligans and Ale House on our way there. You have been warned. Tried the garlic parm wings at the suggestion of worker name Dominic. To my surprise they were absolutely delicious. Went back in to order the same wings when Dominic wasn't working and they were hard and not as tasty. Recently I visited again and Dominic had returned and so did the good flavorful wings. OMG! If you go in ask Dominic to prepared your wings. The way he prepares them are outstanding. Don't know he does differently or right but it must be cooked with love. I was about a min away from asking for my money back. The worst customer service ever! Made a carry out order under my name. Clearly a female name. My fiancé goes to pick up the food, clearly a man. The staff says "Denise is here!" So now he's highly offended. Through out the whole time of him waiting for them to bag up the order they keep referring to him as "the female name given". Had me a hankering for some chicken wings and saw this place had just opened up so I gave it a try . I should have listened to the prior reviews . The wings are tiny like that of a Cornish hen and the chicken fingers are closer to nuggets .i got a 6 piece mixed meal and you could of fit all 6 pieces in the 4ounce cup that the dipping sauce came in . For $9 you would expect more than appetizer portions . The only good thing was the mango habanero sauce on the tiny chicken wings . A guy comes walking up and says lock was broken. Finally I get in and say I had an online order. I pay and then see them grab my ticket and start working on my order. What is the point of ordering online if they don't start cooking until you arrive? I received my order 15 min after the expected time. I have been to prior WingStop's in the past and enjoyed it. The wings are so small I think they may come from pigeons. The fries are salty enough to put on New England roads for winter. I have never been so disappointed by a wing place for the food typically it's other things like time or waitstaff. So I am a fan of Wing Stop and have eaten at many across the country but this is the absolute worst location I have visited! Before you continue reading do yourself a favor and eat at the BWW down the road! Overall the food is consistent with other locations where this store fails is with its customer service! Once we got to the register it took 5 minutes to process a simple order. This is due to the fact the lady working the register stopped mid order to take phone orders not put them on hold. She also would stop and hand out other orders in between processing our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times through this process. The icing on the cake was this cashier got an attitude and told us we just needed to be patient. I'm sorry I have never been treated with that much attitude at a casual dining restaurant. If you deal with a 6 ft tall black lady with shoulder length hair expect horrible service. Again don't give this place your business you will regret it if you do! read more
