best wingstop i've been too and Dana's customer service is out of this world give that girl a raise !!!!

Things to consider is that people are paying for your service to be adequate. This is the second time that I have ordered food for someone and they have called me complaining. This was a takeout order so I was not able to dine in or else I would have been able to correct this situation. The dining room is nice. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE ,They don't wear gloves . I walked in to order and instantly regr walking in. It took them 34 mins to make my order, while the worker looked stoned and all the other workers were just doing absolutely nothing not helping do a thing. Finally when I received my order after waiting so long , the gave me the wrong order so I said something and the employee said sorry your gonna have to wait for us to finish the new orders . I would never step foot into this place again. They need all new employees and please teach them to put on some gloves cause seeing him touch his face then the food and then the screen is just soo scary to look at . read more

A joke. I've ordered delivery from here twice and they forget entire entrees. Just went in person for the first time and could barely get helped by "employees". Seems more like a hangout spot for them while they laugh and smoke in the kitchen instead of making food. Don't order from here unless you like waiting about an hour for one entree. Pretty pathetic. read more

Is this the same place others are complaining about? I have been coming to this location in Daytona for several years and have always gotten great food and service. I even had outdated coupons which they still accepted. I noticed it appears take out is very popular at this location maybe more than sit down. The place is always clean. It does take about 15 minutes for them to cook your wings but that's expected, who wants wings that been kept warm under a heat lamp. I never got cold or burnt fries but I do ask them to leave off the sugar which they do. I am not used to sugar on my fries. Overall I will continue to come to this WingStop especially during Bike Week. read more

The online site is easy and convenient. The menu includes many options and deals. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and they make every effort to verify the order is correct before I leave the restaurant. After trying many other brands and restaurants, I am confident to put here that the WingStop on IsB is the best restaurant for wings in our area. read more

Be prepared to wait what seems like forever for your order even if it's online or over the phone. I ordered online hoping to bypass the wait time since I've ordered here before in person, and unfortunately there wasn't any difference. However, their bone in chicken is still amazing and crispy hence why I gave them 3 stars. I would suggest avoiding mango habanero unless you'd like to lose a few nostril hairs and taste buds, but definitely try their Korean bbq, Parmesan and lemon flavor! I didn't get the chance to take a photo of my meal or the place. Just keep in mind that there will be a long line when you first walk in. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Our waitress came by after we were sitting down for about 10 minutes took our order for two beers. We waited another 10 minutes and saw our beer sitting on the bar. My wife walked to the bar to inquire about them and saw our waitress standing by the kitchen with four other waitresses, drinking sodas and talking. My wife asked the bartender about the two beers, and she gave her attitude, but brought the beers to the table finally. Took us forever to get our chicken wings, but we did not get our buffalo chicken dip. Our waitress disappeared again on us. We were in a hurry under a timeline and needed to get going. My wife went to the two girls at the front kiosk and inquired about where our waitress might be. They gave her some excuse that they didn't know, but she would be back around soon. At this point, we told our waitress when she finally did come that we did not want the buffalo chicken dip and for her to get us our check. At that point a party came in and sat down behind us. She immediately took their order and then disappeared. We waited another 10 minutes, went back to the front desk and asked for a manager. The girl at the front desk went to get a manager, but a manager never showed. Our girl finally came back with the chicken dip which we had already canceled and we told her that we were in a hurry we needed to cash out and we did not want the chicken dip. Long story short we were in this restaurant for an easy hour our waitress gave us the worst service I've ever seen, and there was a manager request who just never showed. Stay away from this place. read more

I love how this specific wing stop has very good wings and fries among ranch, I have never had wings this good in my life. Also the cashier was really nice and let us try a sauce. the inside of this place is really decorated and looks really good, I recommend this place a lot so 5 starts 12-5-23 read more

Been ordering to this location since they opened. And today we had the worst experience. They made mistakes before multiple times on our orders but did not make a big deal because Im in food business also. So I will just let simple mistakes go. But today team members are rude. We ordered using the app like what we normally do. Got a confirmation # after paying and also email of my receipt. Send my daughter to this location and they told her it's not on their system. My daughter showed them our confirmation # and team member said they can't make it if it's not in their system. Eventhough we have the confirmation # and receipt showing that it's been paid and they keep saying they will not make it. It's the systems fault they should make our order. We did our part as a customer. We paid the order and drove 30mins to this location. For nothing. I called so they can explain to me and the team member said if its shows pending on my bank account that means did not go through lol... I told her if you used your debit or credit card it will show pending until the next day. If you don't have money of course it will be declined. This issue needs to be fixed. Fix your system. It's not our fault. Gave us a confirmation # sent an email that our order will be ready in 28mins. Then we showed and won't make our order. read more

I do not recommend this place. Wings we disgusting dry and cooked hours before and covered in sourse and when served cold. The fries were soggy and left in oil for ages. I had my food in the store and tables were a mess. Never going back again. read more

Food was amazing. The customer service was even better. The staff are very friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order online and checked the app for updates on my order after the time they told me it would be delivered has passed. Called the store because the app stated that it has new completed but I did not get my food. So I call the store and guess where my food is? At the store still now my card has been charged and my food is on your store. So the owroen who answered the phone gets a manager Kayla on the phone who was not helpful nor did she try to help. I asked what happens to my food of it does not get delivered since the apparently partner with Door Dash. So my card has been charged I have no food and no one but me seems to care about. So much for customer service read more

Amazing!!!! I visited this establishment not knowing what customer service I was going to get and as soon as you walk in You're being greeted with such hospitality. The regulars are greeted before they fully step in the door. The food was fresh, nicely packed and hot. I could sit in there all day to watch how they treat the customers. If you haven't tried the corn you don't know what you're missing. read more

yall hella lazy,no effort in the food food is VERY salty the fries are so bad, they're barely cooked and they need a totally different change in fries, they're cheap fries, I did a survey for some free fries but I take back my decision for wasting my time to do the survey because their fries were that bad. The garlic parmesan tastes like absolute feet. Buffalo is fire tho read more

The entire staff here needs to be fired and start from scratch. They all have attitudes and too busy goofing off and chit chatting instead of working. We placed a mobile order at 10:19pm it is now 11:09pm and still waiting. By reading other reviews, I guess Management does not care of the lousy service they provide. Ridiculous!!!! read more

The food was average. The garlic Palm didn't taste like there was any Garlic . The forgot my boneless wings. I drive back to the hairdresser. Sit and open my food to find the boneless chicken missing. I call them and they say I need to drive 20 minutes back to the store WITH the food to prove I didn't get my boneless wings. They were rude about it stating if I didn't like it I could call their GM. DAYTONA BEACH ON ISB Wing Stop. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Food is always good but Jesus dude, I place a mobile order which usually takes 28-30 minutes till it's ready, which is fine. But when I get to the store when my order is "ready," I have to sit and wait ANOTHER 30-40 minutes for them to make my food because they start when I get there. read more

They really should change their estimate time to 30 min. I Made an online order at 1105. I showed up at 1120 and was told that they were working on it. The time is 1140 and I am still waiting. A manager came out and told me that the wings will be an extra 12 min cooking time. So basically I waited almost an hour for wings. read more

Fries was Burned to a crisp. Had to go in twice to correct our Togo order left the sides out of the bag and the customer service was horrible they had bad attitudes that I wanted my Togo order fixed the right way with everything I ordered like it was a issue to make it right. Everything was over cooked and burned. By far the worst wing stop I have been to in the whole untied states. The food wasn't done on time and the one who replaced the order was super rude then threw fries on the counter at my wife instead of handing it to her and was cussing about it with the cook. 0/10 hands down worst place to go in Daytona. Be better and get better employees that are not ghetto and nasty. read more

Customers were being rude and staff was doing their best to keep up with orders. Angelo did an exceptional job giving updates on everyone's orders. Even with one customer yelling and making a scene, he remained calm and collected. Food came out a little later than usual but was perfect and not rushed. I'd much rather having nice coated wings and fry's then something rushed and half assed! read more

We work really close and had a few really good to-go orders a while back. However, it just gets progressively worse and worse every time. The first time I ordered, I asked for all flats- didn't get them. I asked for extra crispy- didn't get them. The next time my team ordered, we were missing 4 orders of fries. The "manager" swore he packages the food himself and they were there, but they weren't. It took an hour for them to call us back to advise they would do a refund. Today we ordered and we were missing 5 things of ranch, my boneless wings were worse than the classic wings, 1 person asked for all flats and didn't get them, and two of us ordered Dr. Pepper and there is literally no syrup in the soda. For a $16 lunch (delivered) I wont be ordering again. Houligans is right across the street and their stuff is better priced and better quality. read more

Girl at counter was pleasant . Catrina explained the menu as we were first timers. Wings were small. But hot and fresh. flavors were okay. Handcut fries were good. The odd thing on the menu were yeast rolls loaded with butter. We tried them. Reminded of the old Quincys rolls. Place was clean. Counter girl checked on us after we recieved our food. Which was nice because this is not a full service place. read more

To only have 2 people working on a holiday when you KNOW it's going to be busy is ridiculous! You need 1 person alone on the register for walk ins, one for phone/web orders, and 2 cooks- one for web and call ahead orders and 1 for walk in orders... This night is not fair to these 2 working tonight, I mean I had a 630p pick up and here we are 640p and it's still not ready read more

If I could give wing stop no stars I would. When I arrived at the store no customers were in there , so I was under the impression that it would not be a long wait. I ordered my food at 2:09pm and didn't receive it until 3:10pm. I waited a whole hour just for a 10pc wing combo. The staff was very unprofessional, laughing and arguing while customers were inside. The workers seem like they did not want to work. No one didn't apologize for the long wait or try to offer an incentive for the wait. I had to go up to the counter to ask about my food. Overall it was a bad experience. And I usually don't write reviews, but I had write one about this experience. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me & a friend came here after checking out of our air bnb by the beach to get food before we hit the road. The manager accused us of soliciting & loitering because we had our bags with us. After repeatedly telling him we were gonna order food he kept bothering us. As soon as I placed my order online he asked me & my friend to leave. We didn't do anything. After seeing proof of my order he left us alone. We felt uncomfortable & discriminated. Will never come back to this establishment again. read more

Terrible service, so slow I would never come here again. You have to wait over half an hour despite order ahead.

First time here since living here for 3 years. Great food amazing fries by far my favorite.

Flew into town for a weeklong workshop and was excited to stop by Wingstops (as it has been several years being in the area that had a Wingstop) Well stopped in Sunday and there was a sign that said no boneless, tenders, or rolls--I know right wings restaurant with 2/3 of their protein not available. So walked out, I was like okay I get it, maybe their truck comes on Monday and ran out. But returned MONDAY and the same damn sign was taped to the register, and I overheard two customers complaining they had waited 30 minutes and never had to wait this long before. Walked out again. The two people behind the counter didn't look like they knew what they were doing, and I say that as a observer because neither one greeted me when I walked through the door--either time. As a chef myself I get it, sometimes product runs out, especially right before delivery BUT to be out two days in a row points to one thing, poor management because apparently product wasn't ordered correctly. Needless to say, never went back to try for a third time. And good luck trying to call in order or to freaking ask if they have food to sell....seriously though kinda pissed wasted two days driving over there for nada. read more

The food get 5 stars. The staff get 1 star. Truth be told one staff member. The gentleman that helped me had a nice attitude. The young lady was nasty nasty nasty. The the gentleman that help me make the changes to my order thank you for your professionalism. To the young lady, do better.
