I like Arby's and I eat their frequently but in regards to their steak bites that is a big pass Today I tried their nine piece which was $9.29 so roughly a dollar a bite They are apparently smoked, which I don't have a problem with and I assume they smoked them so that they can make them last longer however, in today's case, I think they've lasted too long The bites were very tough and I'm a person who likes my meat well done so I have no problem with chewing something that might be a little tougher because it was dried out more cooking it but these were terrible for a dollar apiece. My husband likes the Arby's and since it was Bogo, I got the hamburger. The burger was the size of the slider (beware of the yum-yum sauce on the burger mine was drenched in it). We thought for what we got it was way over priced. Don't be mislead by the word Bogo. We got 1 medium Curly fry, and 1 small crinkle fry with two drinks and we paid $19.00 which for what we got we thought it was way over priced. This Arby's is among the best. I've been a customer for 7+ years and it's always spotlessly clean including the doors, windows and floors. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is always hot and fresh. I would rate this location as THE best fast food restaurant I have ever visited. read more

People need to give Arby's a few tries, a lot of reviews I see are just one try off the menu and it's a real shame. It's super close to my house which I like, and the food is always consistent unlike McDonald's read more

I wish Arby's was just a little consistent. Sometimes the beef is cut thick, sometimes it is thin. Sometimes there is some roast beef on the sandwich, sometimes it is all bun. This location was out of mozzarella sticks (are these going away?!), but they had crinkle cut fries. The fries were hot and tasty: I regret not getting a cup of cheddar cheese sauce for dipping for 59 cents. My Classic Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich? Meh. Could've been better, especially for the price. I like the old school Coke soda fountain: the new Freestyle machines suck. And the restaurant was very clean inside. All the staff seemed very nice, and everyone was wearing a cloth face mask. Staff also did a floor walk while I was there to wipe down dining room tables and tidy up trash bins. Guests were greeted when they entered, and I heard the manager coaching the team on service time goals... the first time I've heard this since I worked at Rally's a long time ago. This is definitely the best Arby's I have ever been to. Wow! The food and service was phenomenal. We had two very large orders, and we got them both in about 3 minutes. The whole restaurant was very clean, and while one worker was cleaning up she stopped and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend stopping here! read more

The food at Arby's is always consistent and I like how they continue to make an effort to change their menu. The staff at this location is extremely friendly. The only downfall to this location- they have changed their hours. They used to be open later in the evenings, until 12am, which, was great. I definitely miss that!! read more

This was by far the nicest inside of an Arby's I have seen. The store seemed very clean and the guy at the register was nice. I tried the brisket bacon flatbread. Could def have used more meat but there's never enough when it comes to brisket! Theirs is very good for a fast food restaurant. I could eat a whole plate of it. The thing I was VERY disappointed about is that there was not a changing table in the restroom! I would think a huge portion of their clientele is families and where do they want us to change diapers? On the floor?. Overall it was a pleasant visit. read more

This is the worst Arby's on the entire planet! I went in there today to order a simple roast beef sandwich and a side salad. I waited over a half hour and never got my food. I then asked for my money back as I was running late for work. The shift manager acted like I had no right to be angry about the wait. It then took her 10 minutes to open up the cash register to give me a refund. She didn't apologize, nothing, instead she acted like I was the problem, not them. There were many other people waiting just as long and they were also getting really angry. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It's really bad! read more

The girl at the register was not polite and didn't give us a good experience. She was very rude when my girlfriend walked up and got a new cup because at the bottom of the first cup, there was black residue. She had a bad attitude and was not happy to serve us. The food took very long to come out and it wasn't as good as the one in Daytona. Moral of the story...don't come at this Arby's location. Avoid the Ormand location, food and service is terrible. read more

Was impressed with the staff and service on Thurs Aug 4th about 12:30. A customer in front of me had several separate orders which would take a while to fill. I have 1/2 hour for lunch and was so glad to see another employee step up to the next register and take orders. I appreciated it and I'm sure those behind me did too.
