I recently went to Chick-fil-A and I personally think that the waffle fries are thin and you can see through them. Maybe just the ones I but that's my opinion. The wait for food was a bit long as they were slammed, but it tasted good. I used the bathroom after I ordered and one of the employees was looking for me to hand me my carryout order after I came out. I recommend parking in the common area parking to the south as the on-site parking was full and you may get crammed in there. read more

Possibly the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They are VERY busy but only one cash register open when the line is the longest and a very slow mature lady on that one register. When they opened the 2nd register the guy was not much faster. When the mature lady left the register for some reason a younger lady took over and took two orders much faster than the other took one. read more

Or more like needed some coffee in my system due to a very early start. This was my first visit to this particular Chick-fil-A as it was the closest within the area I was visiting for work purposes. I almost forgot my change but, thanks to the amazing drive through crew member. They literally yelled for me to turn around to get my change which was a hefty amount from $50 after purchasing a $3 beverage. We both laughed when I mentioned, "Obviously I need some coffee in my system." The customer service is great, the staff is professional, friendly, and patient. First of all, this is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in! The food was excellent and plentiful! The manager greeted us before we got our dinner tray. I volunteered that it was our first time dining at Chick-fil-a. She said the deserts were her favorite. Then she asked what flavors we liked. After a few minutes, we received fabulous shakes - one chocolate and another strawberry. They were truly delicious! What a thoughtful, outstanding gift to brighten our evening! The icing on the cake came while we ate and enjoyed our shakes, we observed a conscientious young man, dressed perfectly in his uniform wiping down the tables and seats with sterol wipes. When it comes to fast food, I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil A. This particular location is easy to get to when traveling on I-95. For this reason, we often stop here to grab a sandwich when we're heading to Orlando. I've never been inside, but the drive-thru provides fast and friendly service. In an effort to be efficient, I used the mobile ordering feature. The wait was over 20 minutes for nuggets and fries. I don't know if they were short-staffed, but they needed to button up. I will say, without complaint a cashier started handing out coupons for free CFA sandwiches to all of us waiting as an inconvenience. Their restroom was horrid and reeked of urine.
