This is currently our favorite CFA. Friendly staff go the extra mile. Last time we were here we ate inside and they waited on us like it was a five star resturant! This time we used The drive through bec our puppy was with us. The long line kept moving quickly. The food here is perfect every time. Immaculately clean restaurant. New ownership has exceeded all our expectations! Food is always hot and perfectly cooked. Usually we treat ourselves to milkshakes here bec they are really, really good but this time we behaved ourselves. Lol The wraps and salads are great but this time I chose the deluxe Spicey chicken sandwich which is now my new favorite! My hubby enjoyed his 4 peice strips. We each got a large French fries. They were served hot and mouthwateringly delicious. Both of the 1 star reviews should be removed bec this place has a new owner and everything is fantastic. This has to be one of the best fast food locations I've ever visited. They always keep it clean and they have events throughout the year to engage families in the community. Whether its inviting families to a Christmas event or having daddy daughter events with piano playing in the background and waitstaff, it's always great! It's so awesome that I can pretty much travel anywhere in the country and Chick-fil-A is there in the mornings to appease my biscuit cravings and in the afternoon when I need fresh brewed sweet tea. While I was working down here I actually had a corporate apartment right across the street. I was late for work a few times because the sign was too much to resist. I might have made it to work more quickly if their drive-thru was more efficient (but it's really immature to blame someone else for my bad choices). Regardless, I was here as often as possible. Rude and inconsiderate staff. This location is close to the beach and we thought it would've been okay to order if my boyfriend didn't have a shirt on after heading home from the beach. However, the staff was waiting for him outside of the bathroom to tell him "what makes you think we would serve you without a shirt on?" before we even got to order. It would have been understandable to politely tell him that shirts are required to be served and we would have been on our way but the way they went about it was uncalled for. My boyfriend also asked them to inform me that he had to leave since I was still in the bathroom and when I came out of the bathroom none of the several workers that knew the situation said anything to me after 10 minutes of waiting inside. read more

I come here frequently because it is the only Chick Fil A in Ormond. i frequently order curbside because I'd rather not wait in the line or have to go inside. Lately, they have been taking down their curbside lane to get to the parking and making it a second drive thru. So i have to sit through the drive thru line to even park for my curbside delivery. I'm also made to wait to park by employees because they assume I'm waiting in the drive thru line and make me wait with them. What is the point of having curbside delivery if you're going to make curbside orders wait in the drive thru lane anyway? It's ridiculous. I wish they'd erect a second location already. Great for fast food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have awesome milkshakes. There is a cool kids play area for the kids with hand sanitizer for when they come out. The play area is behind glass for minimum noise. Nice. I am not the biggest fan of chicken, but I really like it here. They are closed Sundays. Probably the best chick fil a I have ever been to! My husband and I were driving back to Virginia from Orlando and stopped here. The drive through was quick and efficient. They got our order right as well. What set them apart was the fact they gave our dog a treat (she had her head out of the window), as well as provided breath mints and sanitizing wipes in our bags. I hate the drive through line and like another review, the orders are rarely correct. Today I went over my order three times with the young lady on the mic, got home and it was still WRONG. Seriously, what is so hard with two biscuits and a sausage burrito. Someone needs better training. We love Chik fil a and this location is the closest to our house. The restaurant is always very clean and the employees are always super friendly. We came here for "Back to School" night and when we went to order, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that on Tuesday nights, if you make an adult meal into a large size, you get a kid's meal free! To the surprise of most of my friends, I had never eaten at a Chick Fil-A until a few weeks back, when we were on our way to Daytona and decided to swing in here for breakfast. How is it possible I went that long without the deliciousness of Chick Fil-A and their chicken biscuits? Overall, I enjoyed the place, but it was hard to live up to the hype, as I'd heard that it is just the greatest fast food restaurant in the world. The service here was great, as it is in every Chick Fil-A store, I mean what kind of fast food joint has people refilling your drinks and picking up your trash? Simply awesome. The food is just as good. The chicken tenders are so juicy and breaded just right, the sandwiches are yummy, and the breakfast... The bacon egg and cheese biscuits are stunning, but the chicken biscuit could be the tastiest thing I've ever eaten. EVER. The biscuit was PERFECT, I could've eaten about 40 of 'em! The milkshakes are also the bomb-diggity. Definitely recommend the cookies and cream! Since eating at this particular Chick Fil-A, I've eaten at a few more and left super satisfied every time. Very slow to get your food. Seemed disorganized in the back. Got several orders wrong. The good thing was the front of house staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was average and not as good/fresh as I've had at others of the same chain. Finished with a milk shake, very good, but my wife's ice cream cone was the wrong size which they corrected as soon as it was pointed out. Recommend the chain, but maybe not this particular one.
