Not to mention the bad was torn and open, so it questions as to who didn't properly close it or open my bag. Did a online order through there app. After the long line in drive thru finally up to get my order. Ask to be sure all was there and assured it was inside the sealed bags. Unfortunately just 3 of the 6 that was to be in the bag was there. After trying to just get a refund for the missing items when calling the store was told all refunds had to be approved by the store manager (sounds like a real issue with getting evening orders right). Then was told they could not put it back on the card but have to go back to get a cash refund. I called in to make sure they were open since it is 8:30 and some don't open early. The lady informed me that they open at 7 a.m. everyday , I then asked to make sure that they do in fact serve regular food at this time since I don't like breakfast and she said yes. I drove over here only to be told that I could not order the food I wanted because lunch doesn't start until 9. Every taco bell in my area will sell you regular menu items as soon as the doors open.
