OH YUMMY is all I can say about the bone in pork chop with roasted vegetables. The firecracker shrimp is one of my husbands and my favorite appetizer! Every time we have been in this restaurant the food has been excellent and I can say the service was even BETTER. I cannot say enough gracious wonderful things about our server Josh B! He has served us the past couple of times we enjoyed our evening meal there by the water. He is so pleasant and very welcoming. Great experience. I had noticed that Wingstop had a wing sauce that had ginger in it. I had been wanting to try it for awhile. I finally had the chance. I ordered the Small 6pc. Wing Combo consisting of Spicy Korean Q Boneless Wings, regular fries, and a Dr. Pepper. The Spicy Korean Q was delicious. The fries include a particularly unique blend of herbs and spices. Have to give this Wing Stop definite props. Have gotten take out from there which is always been good. But also have to say I have eaten in several times and the service has been excellent and so has the food. Their new chicken sandwiches are amazing. And I have a special thank you to their manager Angela. I was there with friends and we all ordered together but somehow their food came out first. There was some confusion with the tickets or the names but Angela and the rest of the staff made sure that everything was correct and got me my food as soon as possible and was sweet enough to add a few extras. It was much appreciated and she was very personable and sweet about it. That's the kind of service that you would hope to receive from any restaurant. So thank you Angela! We will definitely be back. Hello, I'm writing this in hopes that someone higher up in charge will see it and take action. This past weekend my family and I placed a large order for about $50 worth of wings through Uber eats and once our order arrived the wings did look well done on the outside but once my fiance and I (very much pregnant) began to eat we bit into raw chicken. We tried to resolve the issue through Uber eats where we placed our order but once we realized the app could not help us with this problem it was too late to call into the store so we waited until the very next day. My fiance called in and explained what happened, looking for help but "Jen" the manager was very Nasty, Rude and disruptive throughout the entire phone call leading him to just asking for the corporate managers information which "Jen" claimed not to have so my information was taken and it was said that the information would be relayed and we would receive a call back from someone higher up the same day, we reached the whole next evening without ever receiving a call so my fiance then called again and spoke to someone else who said our order would be replaced in full we would just have to pick it up in the store which was fine even though we really just wanted a refund but it was made clear that they were unwilling to do that. Today, November 8th 2023 I myself called in to let them know that my fiance was on his way to redeem our replacement order and "Jen" was yet again very rude and disruptive, she even hung up in the middle of me speaking so at that point I just left it up to my Fiance and my mother who were on there way to the store because I had a meeting to attend. My fiance and mother arrived to the store, walking in they seen an employee eating while on the line and "Jen" came up and basically made him re explain what had happened with our order only to be even more disrespectful and disruptive in person leading to my mother rightfully telling "Jen" that "Jen" should not be in the position that "Jen" is in and "Jen" then threatened to call the police and basically kicked my family out of the store. My family and I have been big supporters of wing stop for years now and have never experienced this treatment, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a food franchise / restaurant and I just feel like with me being a fluent customer and most importantly me being with child.... this should have been taken way more seriously and we should never have been treated the way we were. This Wingstop is a disgrace to the franchise. Shortly after they opened the odor of raw sewage began to permeate the restaurant months later it's still there and a major deterrent. Nonetheless I was hungry enough last night to order some wings and picked some up on my way to work. I specified I wanted them fried well done. When I got to work to my dismay the wings were soggy, the fries were soggy and cold and my job is only 5 minutes away. I called the next morning and the manager was as unapologetic as can be. She said she couldn't do a refund and couldn't replace the 30 unless I had them I let her know I had at least half the order she said ok bring them in. Negative stars if I could. Ordered 20 boneless wings and a large side online. Picked it up, got home, opened the wings, and they all had bones. I don't like wings with bones, I feel like they have gristle and tendons and veins and I find them unappealing. I don't eat them. I called the Wingstop and told them about the mix-up. They offered to replace them, but I live in West Akron, around 20 minutes away, and it was already 9 PM. I first spoke with an employee who was sweet and apologetic, but told me she was new and unable to give refunds and that she would take my name and number and her manager - who was apparently too busy to speak to me - would refund my purchase "probably". I told her "probably" wasn't good enough, that I wasn't paying for food that I wouldn't eat. Her manager then finds time to talk to me and is unmoving in the fact that I would have to bring the food back to get a refund or exchange despite my offer to send a pic of the food. I mean even if the wings got eaten, the fact is the order was wrong which is enough reason to refund my money....We go back and forth and finally I say fine, replace the wings I'll come get them. I also mention the corn I ordered and say that "they can replace that too since it will be cold by the time I get back." Manager says "you don't have to get an attitude with me" I VERY MILDLY responded, and she says "okay well maybe we just won't replace them at all." So I hang up and drive the 20 minutes there with the food to get my refund - no apology, no voucher for w/e (not that I'd ever eat there again) and supposedly got a refund although I have a feeling they voided the order rather than refunded me because what they gave me for a refund receipt doesn't have the price on it, just 0's and nobody could explain why. Terrible customer service. I'm a small business owner and today I ordered 100 wings to be delivered to my employees for lunch to thank them for their hard work while I'm in the NICU with my newborn twin babies. Nowhere on the WingStop website does it say that they contract with DoorDash for their deliveries. The "DoorDasher" called when she was delivering our order and we told her that she was at the wrong address. She then went to a different business and left our food. They ate it. I called WingStop to see how we could make this right; I had over a dozen hungry employees waiting for their lunch. The shift manager told me "this is not our fault", "this is not my problem", "you're coming at me with this attitude" and "I have to call my manager and have them call you about a refund". This was over an hour ago and I haven't heard from a manager. Mistakes happen but this was an unacceptable response. I would NEVER tell a customer that a mistake was "not my problem". I'm so upset that I tried to make a kind gesture for my employees and instead they waited for food that was never delivered. We regularly cater food for our employees and we will never order from WingStop again. read more
