Its a sports bar but its never been too loud or rambunctious, I can still enjoy conversation with my fiancée. The 50 cent boneless wings on Wednesday make it inexpensive for a good night out. It was cut up in little tiny squares. It was hard. It was old and there may have been 2 ounces of chicken. Certainly not freshly cooked. So for $13.50 I basically had head lettuce, a little cabbage, a tiny bit of minced tomatoes and such a small amount of chicken that tasted like it was cooked earlier in the night. Honestly I love wing warehouse. It's like walking into a hometown bar and every time you can count on hav vine the best fried food that is possible to have. We had wings, a fried shrimp appetizer, and spud bites. All of ere great! They have lots off beers on tap and a full bar as well. It was very quiet on a Sunday night and quite enjoyable. I was serve food so hot it burnt my tongue "chicken wings" when I asked the server why they would serve people food so hot she said it was in 400° oil. What do you expect? I said I expect you to let it rest a couple minutes so I don't burn my fucking face off. I asked if they had delivery and was told no when they are saying during covid they have it. Ordered wings, fries with ketchup and onion petal with sauce and two blue cheese. Tiny wings, only 1 blue cheese ( charged for two), no onion petal yet charged fries cold must of been made before wings. The restaurant was dirty, floor sticky and smelled like a Chuck e Cheese. There were no tables (Cavs game was on) but once we did get a table, it was a very uncomfortable seat. THe food (which was chicken wings, by the way) was not good. It wasn't terrible, but it was desperately lacking flavor and was not prepared with any skill at all. Stopped by for wings, hoping that going to a place we had not eaten at would be good. The place had been here a while and survived COVID, so we had high hopes... The smell of slightly burned oil should have deterred us, but we were hungry.. both of us had wings. The wings are a decent size. She had mild garlic, it was just so so. I had sweet chili pepper (pretty good), and spicy garlic Parm (mediocre at best). Because it was nice, we ate outside. The patio had reasonable chairs and tables, but they allowed smoking. I guess that was nice for the 3 or 4 puffing away, the rest of the patrons had to suffer. The server was attentive, pleasant, and informative. However, the kitchen staff left part of our order off the initial food delivery. We told the guy delivering the food we were missing items, but nothing happened until our server returned and we informed her. She got the missing item and took it off or bill, so kudos to her, but she should not have had to do this (and we did not ask her to, so bonus points to the server). Sadly, when the tater tots arrived, they were crispy but smelled of the burnt oil.... All in all, we will not return because of low food quality and the smokers. read more

I have been there several times. First the owner needs to address the awful reverberation due to the high ceiling and industrial décor. I've been in there when they had karaoke night and you couldn't distinguish what song was being played due to the awful acoustics of the room. The wing sauce is oil based, and the wings are usually slightly under cooked. Invest in some acoustic tiles, and don't rely on some college kid DJ to tell you everything sounds good. overall the food is OK staff is pleasant, room noise is unbearable even when they're not busy. read more

I got their potato pierogies & you could tell that the potato inside was made of instant mashed potatoes and not fresh, just had that awful frozen taste that freezer foods often do. My friends and I paid our first visit to Wing Warehouse a couple weeks ago. The 40cent wings deal is what incited the urge to take this trip. Wing Warehouse is located in the Fishcreek plaza, near Stow. Pros:The food is reasonable priced ($0.40 Wings on Wednesdays, cant beat that!) I have only had the wings and the flavours are not only unique but give you a feel that there is something for almost everyone. Close competition to Buffalo Wild Wings for sure. Cons: The service isn't the best. It takes forever for the food to come out. Asked one of the servers how a particular flavour of wings would taste and all they could respond to us what with "I have never tried that before." for atleast 5 different flavors. I tried the honey garlic butter, garlic Parmesan, teriyaki, and barbecue hot wings. They all were quite delicious and I was very pleased, but both of the garlic varieties were especially PHENOMENAL. The honey garlic butter was something unusual that turned out to be genius. I also ordered the sweet potato fries and got them with a spicy ranch type sauce because I like that combo best. Where to start. Our family went out for dinner here tonight. There were nine of us and we were seated right away which was good. Unfortunately, except for our server, that was the only positive thing I can say. First and foremost our server was great but had way too many tables to handle. At one point we had to go up to the bar to order extra drinks because we didn't see couldn't stop by for over 30 minutes. It wasn't that she didn't try she just had too many tables. It was was evident the management team had skimped on scheduling resources tonight and everyone in the place felt the impact. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the fries on the kids meals were barley warm and we had one order of wings that were wrong. It took over 30 minutes to get this corrected. Yep - 30 minutes for wings... I want to stress that the servers did their best and helped each other out whenever possible but again this was all about poor management. I'm guessing the bartender (a big gentleman) must be related to the owners or in management because, for lack of a better term, was a bully. It was evident the servers were afraid to ask him for drinks or god forbid make a mistake because he would confront them loudly in front of everyone. Again - I chalk this up to extremely poor management (by the way - they were conveniently absent or hiding tonight). So my recommendation is this - if you want to enjoy a meal and cocktail in a friendly customer focused sports bar - skip this place. Their focus is clearly on the bottom line. My boyfriend and I are regulars there, we go there, to this location, at least once a week. Some waitresses even recognize us. But, we went there today, and weren't even acknowledged by the wait staff when we walked in. We seated ourselves as we usually do, and we sat in the same section as usual as well, and waited patiently for our drink order to be taken. After three waiters/ waitresses attended the tables around us while not even acknowledging that we were at a close by table and ten minutes had gone by without even being greeted, acknowledged, or having our drink orders taken we left the restaurant. We then decided to try a different location because the fifty cent wings still sounded good. We ended up going to the Cuyahoga Falls location on Wyoga (forgive my spelling) Lake Rd. There we were waited on nearly immediately after we were seated. The wait staff was very nice, considerate, checked on us very often, and the food was delicious. Even better than the food we usually receive at the other location. I would definately recommend this location over the other without a doubt. Their wait staff was great and the food was awesome. We waited over 30 minutes for fried food. When we received it, it was cold. Our waitress was wonderful and brought the manager over to ty to help. The manager told me she would "take what she could off of our bill". As someone who served tables through college, that comment implied that she would comp the food due to poor quality and time, but we would have to pay for our beer. When I received the bill, only a few of the cheapest items were comped. I paid reluctantly and then my mom went back to the manager dumbfounded at the price of the bill.
