Bad service with a bad attitude, with underqualified adolescences running the place. If you want to sit at a table for 15 minutes with no service and when you finally get it, you get an attitude and lip, then this is your place! Again, if you want harassed by the staff for them having crappy service and a crappy attitude, I highly suggest that you bring you and your family here, like I did. This place is a joke, starting from the top, the managers and the GM, are clueless on how to run a business, It's very apparent. Other BWWs in the area are in the green and doing well. There is a reason this specific location is falling. Not suggested for anyone let alone a family. Avoid this specific location at all cost. read more

We went for the second time to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Once again no one was working the door despite a sign saying wait to be seated. Then despite plenty of seats being available in the bar area they took up stairs where all the sports tv were off. The manager (?) said they'd put the tvs on. But that must take an act of congress to complete. She wasn't very busy but acted like turning ona tv was the world's hardest job. The server was very nice. And helpful. read more

When you walk in you notice that this place is huge. Ridiculously huge. A huge staircase that sort of breaks up the place. Seating to your left. And apparently seating upstairs. Apparently you're supposed to wait for hostess to seat you. There was no sign or anything to tell you that. Waitresses and servers all came out and no one said a thing. We naturally sat ourselves only to be told we needed to wait. After finally getting seated properly on to the food. Here is where what we got what we are used to. Tried the limited time buffalo flat bread that was spicier than I expected but was still good. Son got his normal Parmesan wings. Had a local beer on draft. Watched some college football on one of the many tv's. No complaints with food. In fact even the service from here was fine. Pretty simple fix. Fix the seating situation. Server or waitress to address people walking in. Will be back. read more

The worst service ever. Don't go here. Horrible experience. Waiter came and took our drink orders and left, never returned. 45 minutes later, I wandered downstairs to try to find someone to ask what was going on. The manager basically told me too bad and if you don't like it, you can leave. She was just so rude. Awful experience. read more

Went here with a friend and the service was just horrible. The host was rude and did not greet us at all! We ordered 2 appetizers: cheese curds and buffalo chicken dip. Our cheese curds came out with about 10 cheese curds on the plate. Our buffalo chicken dip didn't come out for like 30 minutes. Our server had no idea what was going on and was genuinely just a rude person. The host brought out our food and practically threw it on to the table and didn't say a word and walked away. Never going here again. Terrible service!! DON'T GO HERE!! read more

The food was good. The night we were there they were out of French fries so that was a little disappointing. The biggest issue was the hostess who was clearly handling multiple jobs because she was seating people then running to the kitchen and also checking carry out orders. She was clearly hot but she did not smell pleasant at all. I find it hard to believe no other staff member would be kind enough to say something . She was very friendly and pleasant but needs to be advised. read more

The restaurant is filthy, with multiple dirty tables left until someone needs to be seated. The service is good, and the servers are nice, but the food takes long to come out. I ordered a burger during a slow period of the day, and I waited an hour for it to come out. In the end the burger was mid. They're clearly understaffed, so I wouldn't recommend this place until the management gets it together and hires a good team. read more

Decent Buffalo Wild Wings. Same quality food as the other spots, but they do have some egregious waiting times in terms of bringing your food out, especially when busy. I'm not sure if there's much they can do about that. Fried pickles that I got weren't fried for as long as they should've, but my Buffalo Mac and Cheese was very solid. The staff are very kind, but there's definitely room for this location to improve starting with the little things. read more

The service here is not dishonest. It's simply horrendous. Understaffed. Undertrained. Inattentive . Feels like a bunch of college kids being managed by college kids. They really are kidding around. I will never come back to this location. Trash. read more

Terrible service, one of us never actually received their food. They offered to take items off of the bill but when we did the math it was still the same price despite showing that one meal was removed. I would have done zero stars if I could. Do NOT under any circumstances eat at this restaurant. I have never had food poisoning so awful in my entire 28 years of life. All I got was chicken tenders and fries. I could have never imagined a sickness so horrible and I do not wish it on anyone else. Save yourself the toilet hugs and don't ever eat here. read more

Went in for dinner last night with my family before going to see Santa. The last time I came to this establishment was during the NCAA finals earlier this year- the service was so bad I swore to never come back... I should've stuck by that. When we walked in the place was pretty empty (about 4 tables). There was no one to greet us, so we went to the restroom. When we came back, we waited about another 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. We should've just left then. My husband and I received two different menus with different wing flavors, our server was very unknowledgeable when it came to the menu, the wing flavors, and what beers were actually available on draft (as the draft list was also apparently outdated.) we finally found beers, but they unfortunately took 20 minutes to make their way to our table. Our boneless wings were so over cooked they were honestly comparable to rocks. Our server was no where to be found, and eventually another table had to go and find her so that we could all pay our bills and get the heck out of that place. I will not call my server out by name- because as someone who has worked in the service industry for years I don't feel like she was ever properly trained and I was also under the impression the expectations for everyone in the establishment has been set extremely low. Save your time and money and avoid this location. read more

We enjoyed dining up stairs! Although we were saddened by the fact they were out of Dr.Pepper. Though we can not complain as for it is a delicacy. I felt a little uneasy as the marinara was chunky. It looked like salsa. Yet it tasted good. Our waiter was very kind! The burgers were very good! We were given 3 extra tenders for the wait. We are very satisfied with are visit! read more

Wish I could give less of a rating. Full disclosure it's Labor Day and possibly short staffed. We arrived, sat at the bar, bartender said she'd be right with us. There was one other customer at the bar cashing out. Maybe five total tables in the bar area with a server or two. Ten minutes passed. Bartender nowhere to be found. She comes out. Grabs a glass to get a drink. Fills with ice. Pauses to send a text or three, then fills the drink. Comes back about 5 minutes later. We order everything, asking for appetizers too, which should be coming out before a meal if I'm not mistaken. About 45 min later, our food(sandwich, traditional wings, and a wrap) came out with the boneless wing and mozzarella sticks appetizer which definitely sat in the window forever because the sauce was caked and almost dried onto the wings. All the food was cold. Bartenders sense of urgency is absolutely horrible. Won't ever come here again. Management needs to stress work ethic to these young kids that haven't had a job before. Unfortunately this is really an epidemic with all restaurants. Get it right BW3! read more

Me and a couple of my buddies got the 20$ boneless all you can eat wings. Each round of wings came every hour and when they did come out they were cold and had a few wings missing everytime. This Buffalo Wild Wings is in a prime location, right in the heart of downtown Kent. They have a unique venue in that there is an upstairs as well. Coming into BWW, my friend and I got seated right away. Our waitress came quickly and told us about the specials. The specials were very good deals, $5 burger and fries / $5 select tall beers. We ordered our drinks right away and the waitress was quick to get them. It was after we ordered our food that we rarely saw our waitress once again. The food came out in a timely manner. At this time the restaurant was not very busy. The section we were in had about three different waitresses for the tables around. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (with grilled chicken) with french fries. Sadly, the sandwich ended up coming to me crispy instead of grilled. Throughout eating our meal, the waitress would look over to see how we were doing, but never actually come to the table. It wasn't until I was almost done with my meal that she finally came to refill my drink. This location is typically very good, service can just vary. read more

I'm leaving one star only because it's not an option to have zero stars!! Went for wing night tonight, as we normally do every Tuesday, only to end up eating at a different restaurant. First they were filling every table available in the area we were in with some of the tables about two feet away from each other. As if that wasn't enough of a reason to leave, next our server brings our wings to the wrong table (next to us) and gives the people our wings. Ok...well next he brings them to our table and says "they didn't touch them soooo" Glad to see they are taking COVID and normal food safety code precautions serious! read more

Had already written this place off because of bad experiences in the past, but we got a gift card for Christmas so we tried again. Ordered to-go so my wife and I could take it to the park and eat. When I picked it up, I asked if the drinks were in the bag and the guy said yes. We drove to the park and pull the food out. No cheese on any of the fries. I call and she credits me two large fries. Not ideal, as I already planned on not going back. I get off the phone and my wife asks where the drinks are. Expletives follow. Drive back to get them and circle the block a few times for a parking spot. Fun. Go in and get the drinks and she asks "Do you want the fries now?" I know she meant well, but no I don't my barely warm food to get any colder. We also didn't go back to the park for this reason, we just parked nearby and ate in the car. This isn't the worst single experience I've had at a restaurant. Hell, it's not even the worst I've had at this location, but you bummed us out on our date. At least this place is consistent. read more

10/10 service. Service was AMAZINGLY beautiful! I mean it was like, so amazing. I felt so gorgeously euphoric while sitting in the downtown Kent bdubs. Lyrik was my Server and we was chopping it UP! Terrible service, every time we go it seems. The server didn't come to the table so get me a drink, I ended up going up to the bar. The bartender didn't turn around because she was too busy counting tips. After 5 minutes I returned to the table. Then saw a new bartender and went up to ask her for a beer that I could bring to my table. While I was there I asked to refill my son's lemonade. My husband was never offered a refill. The server could be seen laughing and flirting, and playing with her hair. Never washed her hands before she picked up people's food, either. Gross. So disappointed-this location has such a bad reputation, for having bad service. And I'm not picky, I served tables for 15+ years. What a shame. read more

This place has been going downhill for a long time. First of all upon walking into the restaurant you can tell that it is not clean and the tables are not well wiped down. I cannot tell you what genre the music was but it was the worst. Neither of the 19-year-old kids or the parents knew what it was or liked it. The restaurant was freezing cold. When the food came it was good, however both my husband and I had to rush home to the restroom. Totally not worth it and over it. Our server was nice but naturally the bill was wrong. Will not be back. read more

The place is poorly run and the staff is disorganized and ill-trained. We waited over an hour and a half for four meals. Each was brought out separately so that the final person was just receiving food while everyone else was finished. Choose something else downtown. I can always counts on the food from bdubbs to be consistent and bomb. Our waitress Erica was incredibly nice and obviously works very hard! I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews but maybe it's crazy on a busy night. I got the new Santa Fe chicken salad and I changed out my sauce for my chicken which was no problem. I used just the Hot wing sauce and they gave me a side of it to add as I please with the ranch. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our food. It only seemed like forever because we were starving! There's plenty of tv screens and I'm sure it can get packed but it was pretty low key. I'm overall happy with my experience and I have nothing bad to say about it. read more

I was picking up a delivery order and the service was absolutely horrible. I walked into the restaurant around 8:08 when the order was suppose to be ready and I had to wait 30+ minutes. at first they told me 5 more minutes 3 times. I've been here for several UFC fights and basketball games and it has always been good. Attentive staff who made sure we had good seats and the TVs near us had what we requested which isn't hard because there are TVs everywhere. I prefer the second floor seating. Food came out hot and quick and my glass was never empty. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I use to go to a different Bdubs but it went downhill plus they stopped showing the fights so this was my first shot at a replacement. Happy to say it meets my needs. Good picks off the menu are the boneless wings (I like Spicy Garlic, Caribbean Jerk, Hot BBQ, Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic Sauces), Black and Blue Burger, Buffolitos, Steak Wrap, Ultimate Nachos, Onion Rings and Fried Mushrooms. Craft beer selection isn't the best but it isn't terrible either. There is usually something of interest to me. read more

This is a terrible place because they hate business and treat customers disrespectfully. Why is it an hour wait at 9:30 on Tuesday when two rooms are empty? Because the staff closed those rooms to wind down for the night. The staff pretend to be "sorry" but they are not. They let people walk out so they don't have to work. I hope this is not management's position. Not the first time! Every time my friends want to go here they are not too busy and the staff look angry that we showed up. It's open till 11. Honestly, this visit was bad enough to make me never want to come back. The server was extremely pushy when we first got there. As you would expect being so close to the university, quite a few college students are employed here. Service and timeliness is atrocious. Restaurant can be at 15-20% capacity and yet takes 20-30 mins just to get an appetizer!!! Requested wings to come wet with extra sauce and got virtually breaded wings with a dab of sauce on them, some didn't have any sauce on them. Not to mention the workers standing in the area where they put orders in the system where acting very inappropriate on the clock. A man that was a waiter kissing another employee on the neck while hugging from behind and kissing another employee on the cheek. If I wanted to go to the club I would have. Not Buffalo Wild Wings. This place needs to get its act together. It speaks volumes as to why the place never reaches 50%+ capacity. read more

I've been going to BW3 for 15 years but that's over! The service was terrible the last time we were there 3 weeks ago so i ordered online an hour before the desired pick up time for carry out today, to be picked up at 3:00 in the afternoon. First, the order wasn't ready until 3:15. Then the wings( both dry rubbed and buffalo) were dry. We ordered a chicken Caesar but didn't get it nor did we get any carrots and celery requested. The computer was "down" so $40 in cash later; I threw away the dry wings and my family split some boneless wings. I should have flushed my $40 down the toilet. The manager Kelly said I'll get a store credit for the items in the order...why bother? I won't be using that!! My advise...don't go there and,if you get takeout and Ferris' name is on it,check it carefully. Oh they do doordash...I can only imagine how messed up that would be. read more

Their food is similar to that of Applebee's or TGI Fridays. It's gimmicky and typical of the college bar & grill type of place. The service was friendly which is a huge plus! But the food was just ok. Mostly frozen items deep fried and served with sauces. The wings were pretty good though. I had the bourbon honey mustard and it was pretty tasty. Service from the bar was average but some people at my table complained that their cocktails were weaker than they should be so they ordered shots instead. read more
