They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. This thing is huge, probably a 1/3 beef hot dog on a large bun with a crusty outside filled with sweet and spicy homemade chili. You can barley see the dog when it's served. Ask for onions and pour on some hot sauce and you have something special! I think this monster runs about $6 and totally worth it. Both were very good on their own and even better mixed together! The menu is small but the food portions are not and the pricing was very very reasonable. For reference...the tacos are NOT street taco size (which is what I assumed they'd be and why I ordered three). They are normal size tacos and two was definitely filling. I love the covered seating area that they provided and the service was super friendly. I think I may have just found my go to lunch spot!

I talked to the owner for a while and she told me how she has worked in a Mexican restaurant in the area for years and was always disappointed that they rarely carry any of these delicious fruit-based snacks that are so popular in Mexico. She was extremely friendly and charismatic and definitely has a passion for this new venture of hers. She offered samples of a few different items off her menu and we decided on an order of bionico. Bionico is a modern Mexican twist on a traditional fruit salad. It gained popularity in the 1990s in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. Rosita's version contains fresh cut papaya, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, apples and banana. She offered it with toppings of granola, coconut flakes and pecans. Then it is drizzled with a generous portion of a sweet crema. The bionico was so good! It was so much better and more refreshing than the best ice cream you can get in the area. Another person ordered a Piña Loca which is another refreshing fruit-based treat. She also offers some savory snacks such as the Chicharrones Preparados and Ceviche which would go great as a side with some tacos from Taqueria El Paso next door. Perfect timing as I was thinking about dinner and had BBQ on my mind. The owner went over the menu with me and let me sample all the sauces. I decided on a brisket sandwich ($7) and a side of mac-n-cheese ($4). He loaded up the brisket and let me sauce it myself. I went with the "Mike's Butt Sauce", a vinegar/pepper sauce that was both tangy and spicy. He also loaded up a generous helping of the mac-n-cheese. The brisket was tender and delicious, especially with the sauce which was excellent. The mac-n-cheese also tasted very good. I really like that they use full sized penne pasta instead of the standard elbow macaroni. The owner told me that he and his partner both have full time jobs so this is mostly a weekend gig for them at this point. They plan to be in this same spot 6x during the month of October and can be found every Sunday at Madcap Brewing in Kent. It's reasonably priced, the portions are generous and the food fresh and tasty. I enjoy the ribs, the pink tint to the meat with some nice bark and a tender interior is delicious.
