I have never been to this place nor have I ever gone to a sitdown barbecue place. Since I was really overwhelmed I asked the waitress to let the chef pick. I'm so glad I did. I have never ordered hash and he chose it. Really really good! He also chose my favorite breakfast meat and eggs the way I like em! This little camper converted to food truck was a big hit with everyone - the donuts are truly amazing and serving them hot elevates them to incredible. The staff was very friendly, it's nice to see a happy team working their ass off especially at this time of the morning, it was pretty cool to see people line up and the donuts and coffee being dealt out so efficiently. If I was from the area I'd definitely hunt these guys down to indulge in these quality hot donuts and delicious coffee a few times a week as well as booking them for early morning business meetings, family gathering or any other event. Last week I drove past this place while running an errand and had no idea it existed. And it's very close to my work so a mental note was made. So when the salad I brought for lunch today didn't sound appealing...I knew exactly where I was going. I got three tacos (1 chorizo, 2 carnitas). I grabbed a seat under the seating pavilion and waited (im)patiently for what I knew was gonna be a great lunch. How did I know? Three picnic tables full of Spanish speaking construction workers on their lunch break were devouring their food. And let me tell you....my hunch wasn't off, not even by a little. I snapped a few quick pics for Yelp and dove right into the chorizo taco. WHOA! Yes...that good! And the carnitas were equally as tasty. They also came with several lime wedges and two different sauces. One was a smokey chipotle kinda vibe (with just a hint of spice) and the other was a bright spicy sauce with a lime zing to it. Both were very good on their own and even better mixed together! The menu is small but the food portions are not and the pricing was very very reasonable. For reference...the tacos are NOT street taco size (which is what I assumed they'd be and why I ordered three). They are normal size tacos and two was definitely filling. I love the covered seating area that they provided and the service was super friendly. I think I may have just found my go to lunch spot!

Tim's truck hosts a wide variety of prepackaged items a vast majority of them being home made. Its great that he shows up when I don't have time in the morning to grab breakfast, he has a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches from ham egg and sausage egg and cheese bacon egg and cheese on either a bagel Texas toast or my favorite a croissant. If your not into breakfast thats ok too Tim has many lunch options as well.
