If you close your eyes, you'd think you were in the Big Easy. Chef Johnny does a fantastic job.

This was the veggie option of the lobster mac & cheese that they offered. From the reactions of others, it appeared that the lobster mac was very good as well.

They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. This thing is huge, probably a 1/3 beef hot dog on a large bun with a crusty outside filled with sweet and spicy homemade chili. You can barley see the dog when it's served. Ask for onions and pour on some hot sauce and you have something special! I think this monster runs about $6 and totally worth it. If you see these guys (how can you miss a big Orange Trük) make sure you stop and try something.

Oh. My. Goodness. I'll start by saying that I could live off of authentic Mexican food. The problem…read morewith loving that cuisine and living around Akron is that the Mexican restaurants that are on every corner are all a disappointment and a far cry from the real deal. In fact, we'll drive to Cleveland for incredible Mexican food before we eat the mediocre offerings here in and around Akron. I digress.... Last week I drove past this place while running an errand and had no idea it existed. And it's very close to my work so a mental note was made. So when the salad I brought for lunch today didn't sound appealing...I knew exactly where I was going. I got three tacos (1 chorizo, 2 carnitas). I grabbed a seat under the seating pavilion and waited (im)patiently for what I knew was gonna be a great lunch. How did I know? Three picnic tables full of Spanish speaking construction workers on their lunch break were devouring their food. And let me tell you....my hunch wasn't off, not even by a little. I snapped a few quick pics for Yelp and dove right into the chorizo taco. WHOA! Yes...that good! And the carnitas were equally as tasty. They also came with several lime wedges and two different sauces. One was a smokey chipotle kinda vibe (with just a hint of spice) and the other was a bright spicy sauce with a lime zing to it. Both were very good on their own and even better mixed together! The menu is small but the food portions are not and the pricing was very very reasonable. For reference...the tacos are NOT street taco size (which is what I assumed they'd be and why I ordered three). They are normal size tacos and two was definitely filling. I love the covered seating area that they provided and the service was super friendly. I think I may have just found my go to lunch spot!

I was really looking forward to this food truck, but isn't wasn't as cheesy as I was imagining. During my visit, I ordered the CheezyBurger Melt: Seasoned ¼lb Beef Patty Original Cheezylicious Sauce *Cheddar Cheese Lettuce & Tomatoes - Grilled on Texas Toast I tasted more of any onion taste than cheese taste even though my melt didn't have onions on it It was worth the try though and the workers were friendly & working together.
