My husband placed an online order last night. We ordered 50 boneless wings: lemon pepper, original hot, and hickory smoke bbq. Also ordered 2 fries and ranch on the side. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!!!!! The wings had absolutely no flavor. The lemon pepper did not have the right amount of seasoning. The bbq sauce did not taste like bbq, and the original hot tasted very sour. The fries were soggy and black as if they had been sitting there for days and refried them. The ranch had a watery texture to them, didn't taste like ranch. We wasted so much money. I was a regular client at WING.STOP corona at Ontario Ave however recently I had order a mild lemon pepper and hickory BBQ. As u can see in the photos they didn't put any sauce on these they had just fried them, and the bottom is covered in oil, I had talked to the manager Kim she was not helpful at all and not having provided good solutions to solve this only tried covering it up. It's always good to solve issues rather then to just try and cover it up and always to make a good job providing the meals people had paid for. read more

Found a screw in my fries YES a screw ... extremely disappointed. When we took them back the manager was very chill as if it happens often. She made an excuse for why it was in there. She said "well it probably came from the potato cutter, it probably fell off while cutting potatoes..." um I don't care where it came from it shouldn't be in there. Also, it was dirty and could have been rusty and it was in my food!! Gross! The manager didn't want to give me a refund at first she wanted to only give me new fries. I demanded a refund and she only refunded 1 of the 2 meals I ordered and didn't even want to do that. I've learned that each Wing Stop location is a little different. I was accustomed to freshly made wings, plentiful fries and tasty corn from Chino Hills. What we got here was overly chewy wings that taste like they've been sitting for hours, half a basket of lukewarm and cold, large fries that appear like someone just helped themselves to it and finally, seasoned corn that was just okay. I would suggest maybe trying the Norco store because this Corona location ain't it. Also, the customer service was lacking. The wings are tasty, but I think that Wingstop is slightly expensive by the time you get your sides and a drink. There is plenty of seating both inside and on the back patio if you're looking to dine-in, but I think one of the biggest perks of Wingstop is how great they taste at home. They would not give it to her even though I screenshot the confirmation and also forward the confirmation email to her. They were very rude about it as well. I called to complain about the food being 40 minutes late and the rudeness in verifying that she was legit in picking the order up. I was placed on hold and no one picked the phone back up for 15 minutes. My wife watched them pick up the phone put it on hold and not pick it back up while she was waiting for the food.
