Came here for a quick bite, [[HIGHLIGHT]]upon walk in most of the lobby is closed off. They only had 3 tables available for seating[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], while waiting for our order [[HIGHLIGHT]]my child needed to use the restroom & was told it was unavailable. Now of course things happen right, but this is what we're told every single time we come here. And we come here often, no matter the day/time restroom is never available to paying customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Crazy!! Pretty sure this is illegal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I forgot to mention no trash bin in sight, we had to throw our trash outside wingstop in a shared trash bin next to chronic tacos.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Which by the way is where we ended up going to, to use their restroom, super friendly there!

It's the lemon pepper order recommended on the wall inside the store.

This review is strictly about the atmosphere--and more specifically, the working conditions I witnessed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I stopped in to place an order and was immediately hit with stifling heat. At first, I thought I was overreacting--until I noticed not one, but two thermostats behind the counter reading 88 and 89 degrees.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked an employee if the AC was broken, and they said no--it simply wasn't turned on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What's more concerning is that there was no manager on-site, according to staff, and it seems employees may not have the authority to create a safe and comfortable environment for themselves. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a customer, this was uncomfortable. But as a human being, it was upsetting to see people working in such extreme indoor temperatures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Under California labor laws, employers are required to provide a workplace that is safe and healthful. While indoor heat isn't as heavily regulated as outdoor heat, employers still have a responsibility under Cal/OSHA's General Duty Clause to prevent heat illness--including in indoor settings. Franchise owners should take better care of their teams. No one should be working in an environment approaching 90 degrees without proper ventilation or relief. I hope this location reconsiders how it treats its staff--not just for the sake of customers, but for the health and dignity of the people running the place.

Everything went well, staff was extremely helpful and kind and my food was fresh. And Karen was beyond amazing and knowledgeable about all the meals, deals and sauces. I'll definitely be back!!

We've gone to this location several times being that it's the closest to us and the food is always good. The last two times we went, our wings were way over cooked. Our food was to go, and they put it in the regular trays as if we were dining in. My bread rolls were also not even warm. One thing you can always count on here is bad attitudes and terrible customer service - it has not gotten any better the 4 years we've been coming. read more

Okay so we love Wingstop! We love the sports one in Anaheim and the riverside location! This one I was happy to find & starving! Walk in.. Waiting & waiting no one in line but it's Friday so maybe they are busy but way short staffed but wait no they are laughing and chatting about the lakers! Seriously! Okay but I love Wingstop it's okay I'm in a great mood! Then I order & go wash my hands .. Bathroom is sooooo dirty ., toilet paper all over the floor & sink! I hated the narrow path to the bathroom so crowded with high school kids I could barely squeeze through it.., but Again I tell myself it's Friday lol Had to wait to get a table cleaned but Okay it's Friday right! I get the food it's all COLDwe ask for new fries they argue with us saying we let them sit too long and that all the fries are coming out extra dark they would "refry" them and WOW really!???? The thing about chains is you know what you're going to get. Sometimes different locations have different things about them. Here you can expect a decent wing sometimes really crispy sometimes just regular (i order them extra well done evry time). The ranch always seems to be made a bit thinner than other locations and i've always received blue cheese as a mistake a couple times. The freestyle machine hasent had all the flavors for quite some time now.. I would say about 3-6 months, but maybe i just get unlucky the times i go. Overall this location is pretty mid. I'll go if i'm getting the 70cent boneless wings but if i'm getting a meal or a bundle i just take a bit longer trip to the Norco location. read more

Ordered for pickup and had a very pleasant phone experience with Brianna I believe. Ordered a meal for two and was given a wait time of about 20 minutes. Showed up a little bit early and was pleasantly surprised to find my food was just coming out and getting bagged. Overall great experience with this location. Its one star only cause I had to put a star. The fries had no seasoning and were gross. My Habanero wings were dry in which at every other wing stop they are wet and soaked with Habanero sauce. Asked for ketchup she gave 2 packets for 3 of us. The lady with long hair was so stingy and acted like we were a bother to her. They barely gave any fries. I work at a near by hospital and other coworkers saw the food and convinced me to do a review. I should drive down there and ask for a refund and give their food back. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The one I wanted, they ran out, but they had a weihenstephaner hefeweissbier which is usually a go to and a chocolate hef. The chocolate hef was definitely unique. Came in during a world up game and had plenty of TVs to watch the games. The first bartender that served us wasn't very nice or talkative, but the second one was the one that gave me a taster of the chocolate hef. He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour. I tried out the blackened cod fish tacos which isn't on the happy hour menu but it was okay. Overall, it was good and would come back again.

I accidentally spilled a jar of hot sauce which for some reason had a loose removable lid and one of the waitresses was quick to clean it up for us. She was nice about it, too, like she could've easily copped an attitude with us about it, but didn't. A man next to us said he accidentally did the same thing which makes me think they need to find a different container for that sauce. There's a huge parking lot, so that wasn't a problem. However, the area directly in front of the restaurant and the other shops near it were sectioned off with yellow caution tape for some reason and my sister said it looked like a murder scene, which made me laugh. I'm fairly sure that wasn't the case, but I don't know why they did it. The only reason I knew the restaurant was open for business was because I saw people eating inside through the windows.

Well, I would say that the issue here is their service and lack of attention to any detail. The wings are not the same as other Wingstops. Sometimes undercooked compared to others. Not raw but not cooked as well. Plus the employees are undertrained. They are zombies with no empathy or willing to make customers happy if they caused an issue. They forget food, answer is come back, it's waiting. It should be on house or get $5 bucks off next time. Manager should track all the f'ed up coupons going out and ask wth. No accountability. Just young and immature high school kids working there with no direction. Went there this past veterans day for the veterans free wings just for giggles. The chain was giving away 6 wing combo. Showed up and asked and they had no clue. As a matter of fact, the kids acted like they didn't know what veterans day was or what a veteran Is. It's not a Pokemon creature, we actually do exist. We loved wing stop until today! !! We had the worst experience with the manager Annette at the corona wing stop ! She was very rude, disrespectful, uneducated and have to say a low life!! I had a issues with my wait time I order my food at 4:22 the girl on the phone in formed me my order will be ready in 14min I got to wing stop in 15min. When I arrived at wing stop not just that my order was not ready I had to wait another 45min. I asked the gentleman why did it take so long as he was trying to answer this rude low life manager Annette put her two sense in!! not only did she not dissfus the situation she made it worse by arguing and yelling like the fool she is. I can't believe wing stop is so desperate to hire low life, uneducated, no class people like Annette. I have already informed all my friends and family members to boycott this wing stop until Annette is gone. I took this matter to corporate they informed me that this issue will be taken care of. I wish there is an option that gives 0 stars. I'm both a doordash driver and a customer who used to go here all the time. Most of the time I usually get treated badly but I could care less, however, I had my last straw when the blonde boy who works at night gave me an attitude when he didn't have a reason to. He has gave me attitude multiple times but I just tried to understand where he was coming from but last night was my last straw. Like seriously if he's just going to give attitude to customers all the time then stay in the kitchen where no customers can see you since no one wants to see you or your face anyways. I hope you get fired and get a taste of your own medicine. Assuming from the ratings for this specific Wing Stop they do not care about what's happening. DO NOT EAT HERE! A woman with a Hindi accent is the MOST RUDE employee/manager (she wouldn't give her name/position). She yelled at me to tell me my concerns were meaningless and she does not go out of her way to serve drinks when ordering through door dash/grub hub or any other delivery service. They allow the drivers to touch your food and serve your drinks without knowing if they're hands are clean. If the drivers forget part of your order they don't care! No refund/partial refund, just straight outta luck! Save your time and go to location in norco or limonite- much better service all around and cleaner too!! read more

Sigh !!! You ever been craving something you haven't eaten in a while?? Well we had a taste for Wingstop and this just wasn't it! The wings were soooo bland. No seasoning at all. It was like they were afraid to flavor the wings. I ordered lemon pepper strips and they tasted like plain strips. And don't let me talk about the fries. They were over cooked; way toooo crispy. When you think of Wingstop fries, you think of fresh, natural, well seasoned potatoes. We didn't get that, we got tough taters and crispy shards. How disappointing!!! Wow I don't think I'll ever go here again. I don't think I've ever seen a manager care so little about customer service as I've seen here. The Yelp reviews are evident enough of this, and I truly hope the owner is made aware of what a poor job the current management is doing. On top of not even caring how a customers experience is with the company, they don't even seem to care about the employees. The manager was talking down to their own employees and had them in tears. I find this completely despicable and hope for their sake some changes are made. read more

Usually when I go to wingstop the wings are amazing, with just enough sauce and cooked to perfection, but at this corona location they overcooked the chicken and slathered the wings in sauce which makes them soggy and disgusting. The fries at this place was also soggy and dripping with oil. Service was slow too, I was the only person in the restaurant and they still took 15 minutes to cook my small order. read more

Best wings I have had in a long time. The wings here are made to order, never left under heat lamps. They have about a dozen different sauces to choose from. The boneless wings are crispy and tender and my hands are not as oily afterwards as I have found elsewhere. Service here was also great. This will become my future go to place for wings in Corona. read more

I came here last week on Saturday. A young girl with green eyes was so nice and the staff was just as great! We asked to have a specific channel put on and they did it without hesitation. This by far the worst experience I have ever had. I got my food and my chicken was raw. I told them about it at the front and they threw my wings at me. The hot sauce got in my eye and I was hospitalized. I didn't get a refund but I did get a big hospital bill. Do not come here. Very bad service. read more

I saw them drop the wing on the floor, blow it off, and put it back in the box. When i told them i saw what they did, they continued to cuss me out and say they could not give me a refund. My Wings were still hot when I got to them even after a long drive home so I assume they're cooked very fresh. My fries surprisingly did not get soggy which Is something I've noticed with other restaurants. Overall I'm very satisfied per usual and can see myself eating here again! read more
