I placed an online order from the parking lot. The estimated wait time was 16-21 minutes (it was 8:57 pm). I went in to get my order in which I saw my order with my name. The gentleman gave me my order but wanted me to show him my online order. It took me a minute because I had just signed up. I showed him and he gave me my order. I noticed he didn't give me my drink and let him know and he checked and handed me my cup. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I go to get my soda and the area is closed right next to it and they have a table chairs blocking it with a caution sign. There are also 2 chairs in the same area where waiting customers are sitting. The area is pretty tight to get your drink and have all your food in your hands.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm finally able to get my drink...my favorite from this machine...cherry coke :) welp of course they are out of cherry coke..infact they are out of EVERY flavor add on..the only had Coke. I guess Coke it is. As I'm trying to get my Coke in the tight quarters en employee decides to come out and squeeze through all of that and the two customers as well as I...to get water. I finally finished trying to get my lid since it was in the closed off area and table was blocking it. I get in the car to drive home. I order from wingstop quite often and nothing is better than the bag being warm and the smell of food on the drive home. Well halfway home I realize that was not happening. I feel my bag and it's cold. I look inside and the corn is sitting on top of my 6 piece tender meal then my veggie sticks next to the corn and at the very bottom is my dressings. Corn is super cold. Like it had been sitting in the fridge. I live 10 min away so this was halfway home. I got home and checked my meal. It was mildly warm. My clock said it was 932. Only 15 min give or take from me picking it up at my designated time. It shouldn't have been that cold unless it wasn't even cooked at all. It seemed just thrown together. The Cajun spices didn't even really stick because there was no moisture. If something is hot like corn it creates moisture. I took out the other items. Veggies were old the carrots were starting to turn white and the celery was the small top flimsy pieces. Tenders half were super soggy because it was the sweet honey glaze and temp was luke warm. Lemmon pepper was luke warn and hardly any lemon pepper. Because all of these items were placed on top of my dressings thus causing one of them to crack! I'm not sure what else could have gone wrong but thought this was worth sharing. read more

I called this place to make an adjustment to my order and was left on hold for 5 minutes until had to call again to make sure i wasn't on hold the second time. I requested my wings to be cooked an extra 8 minutes and my cajun wings to be wet and extra seasoned. I received my delivery order with the wings raw in the middle and not full in sauce or seasoning. I spoke with the manager kim regarding an order that I had placed on 12/28/24 I called the restaurant after I got home to let them know that the wings I had ordered had hardly an seasoning on them to the fact you couldn't tell them apart and that the wings weren't crispy and I had to place them in my air fryer to crisp them . The manager kim informed me that she would place my name in their book for a 10 piece wings next time I placed an order .
