Love their Sapporo draft beer as well. When I went during the 2-3pm time frame- service wasn't as good as the 4-6pm time frames (our typical time we go). The radishes and sauces are so good! The ambiance is just so/so- their wall is kind of peeling off on one side. But food has been consistently good.

Took a while to come out, but when it did, it was super hot & fresh. Sauce ended up being a bit spicy, which was misleading. My kids still enjoyed it, though (with lots of water). It was way too saucy & and sweet, in my opinion. The skin is super crispy, but it was just too thick. Radish, fries, & cole slaw were tasty. Skip the mac & cheese, completely flavorless (my 2 year old enjoyed it though, but also her favorite food is plain rice rice). Overall, I've had better Korean fried chicken. But still willing to give this spot another try. Service was good, & it's a very chill, kid-friendly spot.

Without going into details of my order on 8/3, I want more to tell you how Robin ameliorate my last order today. I called, spoke to Robin, and explained my continuing dissatisfaction with BC since COVID. I detailed the shortcut taken on my order resulting in Robin not only wanting to make my experience 'right', but the steps he's taking to ensure the BC experience, what once was years before he joined, is still what he hopes it return. I can only hope the family is back involved and not just private equity as every restaurant has worsened once PE gets involved. Let's all pull for Robin.

We ordered the king donkatsu, Gimmari, Tteokbokki, and Fish Cake Soup, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Gimmari was surprisingly huge. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Next time, I'm coming back for the stone pot bibimbap and kimbap. I saw a table of non-Korean customers enjoying them cutting the kimbap like steak and eating the hot stone bibimbap with forks and they still cleaned their plates despite the huge portions That said it all. My only "complaint" is that the king donkatsu is so huge it takes forever to cut it into pieces... but that's definitely a good problem to have! Highly recommend Morak for authentic Korean food, great portions, and friendly service!

The Food: I had their Spicy Tuna Kimbap, Spicy Pork Belly over Rice and their King Donkatsu. Everything tasted amazing. The Kimbap was proportionally generous and the spicy tuna was on point with the spice level. The Spicy Pork over rice was easily one of my favorites here. The spicy marinade on the pork was flavorful and the meat itself was tender and cooked just right. As for the Donkatsu, it was absolutely huge! A big piece of pork cutlet fried nicely let me in a food coma. The Service: Service was great. I ordered at the kiosk to see pictures of some of the food items, but you can order at the front as well. Food came out within a reasonable of time as well. They have a area for utensils/water and another area for you to bring your dirty plates after you're done, so that was nice. The Atmosphere: Spacious with plenty of seating. The Bus to FlavorTown missed my stop!…read more Before I write my review, I would like to state that I am a HUGE Guy Fieri Fan, I love the support he gives to the restaurant community and bringing small restaurants to the forefront. He has put restaurants on the map with his show! Now to my review. My wife and I ordered the MacDaddy Mac and cheese, and the fried pickles to start. The Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless, the pickles were good, but there was no dipping sauce. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich, which was described having smoked pork, ham, pickles , Swiss cheese, mustard and "donkey sauce" on a pressed hogie. I asked to have the donkey sauce on the side. The sandwich did not have mustard on it, there was what appeared to be a cheese sauce, pickles and the meats. The pork had this off tasting smokiness to it, it really wasn't tasty at all. As someone who has eaten many Cuban sandwiches in Jersey City NJ, the northeast Mecca for Cuban food, there was no comparison! My wife ordered the Real Cheesy Burger which was under cooked, soggy and thin and tasteless. We were really disappointed, especially since we are fans of his show! I know this was their first week, but as I said, The Bus missed my stop!! Two stars for the Prompt Delivery!!

Ever since that fateful day, its been part of my destiny to eat at least a popeyes chicken sammich a week.. at first it was two or three a week. I won't go into why I enjoy it so much that its my go to fast food grab because I could go on forever and ain't nobody got time for that. First off this location is literally in my backyard and its nicer than most locations I've been to and I've been to a lottt of popeyes locations ok. The service is good, food is always fresh, and the place is super clean. What commended me to write this review is one recent typical trip to the drive-thru that was anything but typical. I ordered my usual, spicy chicken sammich, extra sauce, extra pickles. Bombz! So I go to pay, grab my food and pull over real quick cuz the bag felt a bit heavy. I did a quick inspection and lo and behold not only did I get my extra sauce, im a saucy guy, extra pickles, veggies are good for you, but I got an extra PATTY! Whaat?! I mean a whole I mean an entire Phat chicken patty?! Yo, it was the best day of my life. Whoever did that for me. I luh you. I hope this doesn't get you in trouble.

The employees are rude, orders are NEVER made correctly, something is ALWAYS missing, and there is honestly no point in even saying anything because you're met with an attitude when you do. It feels like they just make the food however they feel like making it instead of actually following the order. They are noticeably much nicer and more attentive to food delivery drivers. Those orders constantly seem to take priority over customers who are actually standing there waiting. Today, we waited around 30 MINUTES for a carryout order while they literally put a rush on a delivery order that came through while we were already waiting. Our pizza is almost never ready at the estimated pickup time. Then, after waiting all that time today, the order was STILL completely wrong. The pizza itself was dry and cold, with a burnt crust that was also missing the garlic parmesan we ordered. The garlic parmesan was missing from the breadsticks too, so instead of what we ordered, we basically received PLAIN BREAD with a side of BLUE CHEESE dipping sauce. We also PAID for extra marinara and somehow received CHICKEN DIPPING SAUCE instead. How do you get that many things wrong on one order, especially after making someone wait 30 minutes for it?! There is also frequently someone standing near or directly in the entrance smoking, sometimes with the door open. It's disgusting to have to walk through cigarette smoke just to enter a restaurant to pick up food. There is a shorter gentleman with glasses who I believe may be the manager, and unfortunately our experiences with him have been some of the worst. If he is management, that honestly explains a lot about the customer service at this location. Today was the final straw. After waiting 30 minutes and receiving a dry, cold, burnt and incorrectly made order, we threw everything away and are now heading to an actual restaurant to eat. Another complete waste of our time AND money. We will not be back. This location seriously needs to address its management, customer service, food quality, order accuracy, and cleanliness around the entrance.
