I was so excited to see a new Wingstop location that's closer to where I live. Here's what I liked : Customer service is patient and friendly, for some reason the woman ordering in front of me wanted to taste 4 flavors and go on and on about how spicy atomic is I had an issue with my order and the worker at the counter tried her best to help Here's what I didn't like : Very small inside, customer were standing way too close to each other , when I was ordering there was a man so close you'd have thought we were together . (And ofc I asked him to scootch back) My wings were fried long and hard, not the normal way. Def overcooked smh I ordered Lemon Pepper- when I opened the container, there were bare wings and what looked to have been Lemon Pepper seasoning on the wings after the container was closed- whomp whomp, who forgot to put flavah on my wings? lol I asked for Cajun on my fries, when I checked that - same thing. Just looked bare and like someone shook some over the top. I was so happy that we got a wingstop so close to our house, but I've had so many bad experiences here at this location. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, there was only one person working. I was standing there for ten minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then, a second person came from the back and asked if I was there for pickup, I said yes, she asked for my name and gave me a small bag. I told her there was more and she began to argue with me that this was it. I think I know what I ordered. She then found the big bag with the wings and almost threw them at me. Horrible service, I ordered a meal deal that comes with a large fry and 3 ranches they gave me a small fry and no ranch. I don't have a problem with mistakes because I understand there busy, but when I requested to please get my ranches they gave me horrible attitude. I ended up just paying for it, when I shouldn't have. They were all on their phones in the back, and laughed about other costumers very loudly. When I went to go pick it up, I got in line. When it was finally my turn the girl at the front took the name for my order and went to go check if it was ready. Then when she came back she had no food and didn't say a word to me. Immediately she began attending the next customer instead without letting me know anything about my order. So I got back in line and finally got my order only to come home and find out they were missing the seasoned fries I ordered... so I went back and to add insult to injury, they simply threw the fries in the plain brown paper bag without any seasoning, cold and stiff.
