I love Birria ramen, it different than taco and so tasty, not to mention, I get 2 meals from one bowl. I think its the best I've had. The whole fish was so good, they cook it 3 different ways and their rice n beans have awesome flavor and not just a side thought...to look pretty on the plate. Definitely a go too spot. Been trying get my husband to go, now he is wanting to go back soon. Looking forward trying the loaded baked potato and lingua taco in the future

The torre was fire! Tired the agua fresca with a tequila shot OMG. The server Karla exceptional! Very friendly and quick.

The reviews didn't lie. This place was amazing! The food was 10/10 and service was one of the best we have experienced. They went above and beyond making a special drink for our daughter. The beef tongue taco was the best I have ever had! Highly recommend.

Monday night was another thing. We just wanted to stop in for a drink which we found out it was martini Monday and show tunes. Kind of a match made in heaven...lol... And I believe it was happy hour all night as well. Martinis special starts at 8.00 I think, depending on what you want. It wasn't crazy busy but a good amount of people. A fairly good amount of tables occupied and the bar area was very much utilized. One person's bartending while another was out on the floor taking orders. Dirty martini extra olives for the win. Quite tasty with either vodka or gin. I mean for the price, it was nice. The service was great and everyone was pretty friendly. Bar area is well maintained as well as both inside and the outside patio. Only downfall, the show tunes being shown was a little underwhelming. There's other bars not far that is a little better but the drink special that night was great. We're slowing checking out the entertainment schedule and each night that we've been has been fun. So far, LOVE Friday night with the queens. If you want a fun and amazing night with a fantastic show, come Friday night. Seats can be reserved for groups or individuals or open seating along the bar if you can find one. Some nights are quiet but lively during happy hour. It's also a place that has a long happy hour compared to 2 hours at most places. They like to have fun and entertain. It seems more of the locals and regulars that frequent this place. Not crazy wild but fun. Plus nice happy hour.

Plus the drinks were solid and not crazy expensive like LA prices! We joined this venue for my birthday- My friend made reservation to secure us a seat. We received seats at a bar like seating environment, but there were also tables for larger parties. For those who do not have reservation, if space is available you can curl up to the official bar. Customers seem to pour in about 15 minutes before performances. Mostly parties and/or groups of individuals. The performers were very lively and enjoyable. Especially the MC! From experiencing other places, what I like to see is more performances on stage before they circle the room and take money. The performance from the dance teacher in San Diego was amazing- very artistic. Was happy to see three performances from her! If coming, prepared to have fun and bring some money to show your appreciation for the talented performers. Having a pocket full of dollar bills will get you far!

It's still a place that nice to just stop by and grab a drink. Depending on the day/night it can get pretty busy if something is going on. Different events tends to have all the tables reserved. Sunday afternoon we walked in after an early dinner which there was a good amount of people already. Not overly busy but a good crowd. Bartenders are alway sweet and fun. Lively and friendly. Guest, a lot tends to be locals and regular as they pretty much know each other. The crowd is mixed. It was a little surprise but also nice to see Christmas in July. They had the place hanging with holiday wreaths which I believe is part of a contest and charity. Also, a backpack drive for kids before school. It's good to see that places like this would host events for charity. Roost lounge isn't a wild party place but they have fun their way and the people love it.

We were told they serve breakfast buffet and a light lunch. We were hoping this will still be enough for our family of 4. It was more than enough food! As a matter of fact, this is the best hotel lounge! They serve a breakfast buffet with an omelet station (weekend only), light lunch, snack, light dinner, and dessert. We were beyond full by the days end. Plus their selection of drinks were plentiful. Service here was impeccable as every staff member came by to check on us, bring us drinks, clean our plates, and chat. Even on a busy weekend, there's plenty of space to sit. Nice poolside chill experience…read more We spent the afternoon at the adult pool and loved the peaceful, quiet vibe -- perfect for relaxing under the sun. Plenty of umbrellas for every chair. Service was great, with servers coming by every 15 minutes or so to check in. Super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food does take a little while to come out, which makes sense since it's coming from the main pool kitchen, but it was worth the wait. The nachos were a standout -- loaded with guac, cheese sauce, beans, and melted cheese. And the portion? Massive. Easily enough to feed four hungry people. We had 2 and made a decent dent. Drinks were also solid -- pricey, as expected at a ritz, but well-made. The piña colada with a rum totally hit the spot on a 100-degree day. Refreshing, strong, and a bit of tropical bliss in a glass. Would definitely come back for the chill atmosphere, great service, and tasty poolside indulgence.

Looks like the Ritz Carlton is earning its name once again by hiring and recruiting staff that understands why we come to this hotel. ALARO has been serving us for several days as well as Ame and Edson. This team operates together flawlessly and with grace. They are quick to recommend if you find yourself in a tough spot after looking at their fabulous menu. Not once have we been offered something subpar. Today Alvaro even went to the extent of ordering ingredients from one kitchen to another to make us a specialty cocktail. AME, has been accommodating and making sure that our kids and the entire family has everything they need even when we don't know we need it EDSON another superstar in the team has just been amazing. The fact that I am taking time out of my vacation to write this review should speak volumes as to how happy we are to be here right now and our trip is not over yet. We have another few days to enjoy and we will. We want to thank the entire Ritz Carlton team for their hospitality. But the majority of the heavy lifting is being done by the staff of the Air Pool. So THANK YOU!
