I have visited this location one time and will not be back. The wings were extremely greasy and had barely any sauce-some spots were even dry with no sauce at all. I noticed Sunday when I found the receipt that we were charged an additional .79 for "extra flavor" 3x (we ordered 20 wings). This is completely separate from the .79 charged for 1 side of buffalo and 1 side of ranch. The final straw was the extremely poor customer service when we called to inquire about these additional charges. A girl named Tara (and I use the term girl as she sounded like a high schooler angry she had to work on the weekend) could not seem to grasp what we were referring to although it was clearly stated multiple times. When we offered to come up to the location with he receipt we were told "that's fine but I'm not changing anything". This has to be at the top of poor customer service & incompetent staff! read more

The 1st time I tried the wings from this place they were incredible. Cooked just right & crispy. However the last few times I went back ( including after raving to family about the lemon pepper wings) it was terrible. The wings were full of grease and didn't appear that they were fried long enough. This has happened on 2 occasions. The 1st time I considered it just an off day so I gave them another chance but after experiencing the same bad wings 2x in a row I will not be back to this location. Save the heartbreak and find better wing elsewhere. read more

Deplorable customer service and management! We frequent this location at three times a month and to receive such poor quality customer service from a manager, totally unacceptable. We ordered 20 wings all flats, even paid extra for all flats and our order was not completed to order. Instead of all flats, we received a mixture. We called to speak with a manager, Tara Trotter and our concerns were completely disregarded. We were told there was nothing she could do and we would have to pay for another order. Furthermore, we were instructed to call back because she was busy...we will never order from this location again and cannot express our disappointment in how our concerns were disregarded and dismissed. read more

I was delighted to find a Wingstop had opened in my hometown of Cary. I've been 3 times and each time I've been greatly disappointed with the service and how the counter people ignore customers. I must admit the wings are my favorite. I just wish they'd get a crew that cared. 1st time I made a web order and paid for it on line. When I arrived, my food was sitting on the counter behind the register. 3 different crew members passed by and couldn't be bothered to help me. All they had to do was pick up the bag and hand it to me. After 5 minutes, I made a little noise and someone looking frustrated gave me my order so I could leave. The 2nd time, the crew was not busy with any customers. Someone finally wound their way up to the front to hand me my order. They were not pleasant, nor appreciative of my business. Tonight was my 3rd and final time. They were still working on my order, 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. The wings were awesome, but they left out my fries. I called and after 3 minutes they agreed they left them out. He apologized and said when I come back in, he'd give me 2 orders, not just the one I ordered and paid for. I said I didn't want to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. He agreed that was too far a distance. He said he'd credit back my credit card for the missing fries. I said we were missing our complete meal. I requested they do something extra and he said that it was store policy to not do anything extra. I guess you can only get some compensation if you are willing to drive 30 minutes for an order of fries. As good as their wings are, it's not worth the frustration. Until they get someone working that cares about customers, I will not come back. It's a shame. I've always thought highly of the franchise and their food. This restaurant is absolutely horrible. The general manager there is no clue what customer service is. I placed an order or about 15 or so wings with french fries and a drink which came up to about $24. After placing my order I asked the cashier if I could have my wings fried extra crispy.Her response was sure. After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes for my order I noticed that the general manager was handing out orders that had been leased after mine. I simply asked the general manager since she was the one that was handing out food, How long will it be before I received my order? Her initial response was they ordered something different from you. So I responded well when should I expect to receive my order. Her response was then you ordered extra crispy so you should expect it to take a little longer (with an attitude) as if I hadn't just spent spent nearly $25 dollars. When my order finally came out she tossed my food on the table as if I were a dog! My initial reaction was to give her a piece of my mind, however, I'm a restaurant General Manager and I know that there are better ways to handle those situations. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and I'm telling everyone I know to not go as well. The crew there is absolutely AMAZING! But, the GM should definitely find another profession...she is horrible and so is her attitude! read more

The wings were DELICIOUSLY hot and full of flavor. The order came out quickly. My favorite flavor being the lemon pepper! I agree the color of the fries are a little different from the other triangle locations, but to me "fries are fries" I dined here for the wings and not really the fries. read more

We'd never been here before. Placed an order for pickup and the cashier, Tara was very unresponsive and cold. She asked for the name of the order, my husband told her then he waited for a response... he didn't get one. So he mentioned he has the order number if that helps. Still no response... Then she tells him the total, he pays, she hands over the receipt without saying a word. And he walks out... the food itself was terrible, all 3 flavors! Worst wings and fries I have ever had! Everything was greasy beyond belief. The fries were the color of drk brown sugar and when you picked one up grease oozed from them. The wings were about the same. All you tasted was grease. Its like they just left everything in grease after they were cooked. I have eaten many wings from many places. Pure junk.
