We got some great wings! They were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, with a crispy skin. The sauces we picked were Cajun and Louisiana hot. Both were perfectly spicy. The Cajun reminds me of a seafood boil flavor. Spicy and garlicky. The Louisiana hot is similar to a buffalo without the vinegar after taste. Definitely recommend! read more

I ordered boneless wings - we'll take a look. these are chicken nuggets. these are not wings at all.The flavor was gross. I got immediate indigestion after eating two. I won't be eating here again. Worst wings ever. read more

It's been a hot work week. I setup a LARGE order for my tradesmen on the jobsite. They've worked hard and deserve a good lunch. The general manager Darvin was awesome and took good care of me, and my guys. We all had a great lunch, I appreciate Darvin and his team. read more

Terrible customer service. My tenders were missing on a to go order. Go back in, they first said they never make mistakes on orders then said it would take 4 mins to fix. 15-20 mins later, get my 2 tenders and the rest of my food is cold. Quality of the food is also much worse than other Wingstops. I don't recommend this location. read more

I love the wings here but the wait time is TOO long. My poor door dasher has been sitting in wingstop for 34 minutes on 2 10-pieces of wings. I feel so bad. The ambiance is fine. read more

I should have turned around a soon as I walked in. The place was humid and everything was damp. The floors were as if they dipped the mop in the fryer. Ice machine was broke. Took 25 mins to get my food and I had to listen to the employees fight about whose fault it was my order wasn't ready. I ended up eating it in the car because the place made me feel dirty. Food tasted ok at best. Would not go back read more

This place cannot get an order right to save their life! I ordered on DoorDash for pickup right before I had to go to work and yet somehow it was still wrong. I asked for lemon pepper and got some other sauce. Everything else was correct though. Worst part of it all is being I'm Always having an issue with Wingstop they couldn't even issue a refund for being given the wrong wings. read more

Worst experience at the Cary town location: kept claiming they never received order even though I showed them the order confirmation. Then claimed someone else must have taken it. An hour and a half later still claiming they don't have the order. Got the food two hours after ordering. Food sucked, undercooked everything. Barely any sauce. Luke warm like it had been sitting around. rude staff, totally unhelpful. If you hate your job or hate customers why do you work there? Never going there again. read more

worst wing stop I have ever been to gave us 2 orders of fries for 3 meals and asked for 3 ranch and 1 blue cheese and gave us 4 blue cheese and also took 30 mins to get food while there was one other table in there read more

As with other recent mentions, service at this location is trash. Placed a pickup order via DoorDash, showed up about 5-10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. Walk in, lobby is full of people waiting. They ask my name and say it is almost ready, great! Couple minutes pass and they hand me my bag. Now, knowing I've gotten the wrong order the previous 2 pickup visits, I open it in store and check. Guess what? My sandwich is missing. After waiting at the pickup window for somebody to notice me, after people walk by numerous times, somebody asks what my "problem" is? I respond that my sandwich is missing, to which he responds "nah it's in there" and walks away. I'll save the gory details but it ended up in him trying to "explain" to me that my order is incorrect because "this is a black establishment" and "you white!", whatever that has to do with him/them being unable to prepare an order correctly to save their life. Will not be going back for obvious reasons. Called and spoke to a "manager" that would call me back, no callback, so I contacted corporate too. Hopefully the little hot-head lackey is spending his recent days looking for a new job! read more

No honey barbecue. App is difficult to manage.. on 30 wing order, it only allows to add one dip sauce.. you have to navigate out of the order to add more for purchase... I can live without wing stop read more

Rude employees (April 27th @ 5pm), boxes packed upside down, so much oil you could fry more wings with it, this caused a huge mess in the car when the paper bags gave way because of all the leaking oil. There are so many people out of work right now that would gladly take these jobs, and these people don't seem to appreciate the fact that they still have jobs. Employers: Do no be afraid to fire lazy, incompetent staff, they are easily replaceable. Lazy, incompetent staff: Just quit and save everyone the headache. Me: I got laid off and am one of the people looking for work, and this is just infuriating. read more

This location has lost my business as a customer, and I'm sure will continue to lose customers with their terrible customer service. The last 3 attempts at trying to get some food at this location have failed due to the employees stating they "cannot take any orders in store and customers must order online"... I find this extremely odd given that each time I have been turned away at the counter, there has been a store full of employees with more than enough people to be able to take orders in store. It seems as though this is normal practice at this store since each time I have been turned away, it has been a different employee denying my business. Customers should have the option to pay cash and order in store, since the website does not allow you to pay cash for your order in store. read more

I stopped in around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. The wings and fries were fresh. The portions were huge and fed two people. We went with the 10 wings (2 sauce) + fries + drink. The dry rub is a must have! Fantastic price point! Quality and juicy wings! Great customer service. I couldn't complain! The atmosphere was fresh and clean. It also seems like a great place to watch a football game. I'm happy to see a Wingstop in Cary, NC. read more

I have had it with this location. They never get my order right. Don't bother ordering all drummettes (single bone wing segment) you will get more than 50% 2 bone wing segments (flats) every single time, no expectations. When I contacted the store their attempt at redemption was to instruct me to pack up my entire order and return it to the store where they would take another stab at getting it right . 7-4-20, 8:30 pm read more

The service at this location is terrible, better yet awful. Placed an online order and the system said 16-20 minutes for pickup. I stood in the lobby for 40+ minutes with about 10 other individuals who were also waiting on their orders. The whole time there was no attendant at the register and you could just hear the staff in the kitchen joking and laughing. There was also a random friend that wasn't an employee that kept going back into the kitchen to joke with his friend. They stopped taking walk in orders. read more

The hubby and I stopped to this location bc it was near where we were hanging out at plus I had a free bday coupon to use. The service was very slow and customer service wasn't too much better. I noticed a lot of people had did online orders and were coming in to pick up there food and were told it was coming up, but still ended up waiting 10 minutes or so. We ordered carry out and the wait time was a good 15 minutes or more. It was also kind of confusing bc a few people came in and ordered their food after us and were dining in, yet their food came out before ours. Every time someone asked the cashier what was the hold up or could she check on their order she just kept saying "it's coming up next". Well after waiting and finally getting our food needless to say the fries weren't hot and the wings were super small. Definitely will not be stopping to this location again. read more

I had the worst experience with this restaurant. I ordered a carryout, when we got home and opened the boxes, found out 5 wings missing. I called the restaurant and I was told I needed to bring the boxes back to prove 5 wings missing then give me a refund. It's 20 minutes driving one way from my home and it's not worthwhile to go back to prove. It's completely their mistake but there were no apologies from them at all, the whole process showed they do not care about their customers at all. The food was stale, not fresh. My whole family will never go to Wingstop again. read more

First things first this is bad but a different kind of bad ONE STAR RATING REVIEW. Wing stop is literally my go to wing spot, i pray by Wingstops famous lemon pepper& Cajun wing! 20 wings large ranch no problem. Well tonight it took a turn for the worst, we normally get carryout mind you. Well tonight we wanted to chill and eat our wings. Something just wouldn't let us be great. We order on the app, the timing is perfect. Cool, we bust open the bag, dig in. And not to be weirdos or anything but my boyfriend and i start counting the wings. HA! It gets good, we ordered 15, and there was 13 wings. Who wants to be short 2 wings ? NO ONE. Well not us. Then we reach in the bag and there are no napkins. Moral of the story who eats wings and doesn't need napkins? Love the food just not the service behind the food. Do better and we may return or not because there's a wing stop every 8 miles ! read more

This place absolutely just ruined their name after tonight's meal. I ordered a 10 piece order with two flavors and was completely disappointed. They gave me half cut chicken tenders in half done sauce. They were absolutely bland and had no flavor. They took three tenders and cut them into two and only gave me six pieces ‍I've been to multiple Wingstops but this one really outdid themselves. Shouldn't blame the brand but the management that runs it. read more

The heat on these wings are so good you would slap a televangalist for blashphamey. I have ordered from there previously and found the wings to be good. I was in a random mood tonight and stopped in for a quick to-go order. I had the Louisiana rub and Korean Spicy Q. Delicious. So keeping with my two-times in and yelp review policy, here is my opinion. They were relatively empty, but this is the when I get home I am in for the night season. Since it gets dark at 5pm now and 6 pm might as well be 2 am at the club. I walked in and the guy took my order and all was kosher. I got my drink and my food was out in under 5 mins. The best part, I didn't ask but my wings were crispy just like I enjoy them! Biting into them was like biting into a fresh pepper of spiciness. I do recommend this place. Probably don't slap the preacher unless that is your thing. read more

This Wingstop takes forever. The customer service is terrible and just takes too long to get your food. They are stingy on their ranch too.

Visited this location on 3/26. Before we were ready to order a customer went to the counter very upset as he had been waiting 45 minutes for his food. The staff (5 individuals) responded his food was ready (finally) but they hadn't given it to him. He refused the food, wanted a rebate. The cashier didn't know how to do that, had to call the manager. During this time there are other customers waiting, staff is standing around one fryer not doing much if anything while other customers wait (3 people waiting.) We decide to leave and skip getting anything due to the lack of service and employees not working. On our way out another patron tells us we made the right choice - she had been waiting 25 minutes. Not sure how the food tastes, but if they cannot produce the food in a timely manner on a slow Sunday afternoon with more employees than customers then we will pass. read more

@wingstop DO NOT GO HERE! For your NFL Playoff wings go anywhere else, because if you have a problem like I had, and you call the store, the manager may go off on you and tell you to call corporate. Then you tweet & they wont do anything even after 2 weeks still dragging feet! There are really good wing places in the area NOT named BWW. Since this incident Im only going to Ruckus or Apex Wings. These places rock and have real customer service if you have an issue. Wingstop is owned by some holdings company and they dont give a shit about you or your customer service. My issue was over the manager not putting in a small fry that I was supposed to get for a survey. This place cant even get me a replacement for a small fry. What do you think is gonna happen when you have an issue? Go to Apex Wings. Order ahead, and go pick them up because they are all cooked hot and crispy to order. Ruckus is really good too and their hot wings are perfectly crispy and saucy. Wingstop can kiss it!! Manager was literally swearing at me when I called em on the phone over a bad door dash order. She said "You cant touch me, go f'n call corporate, I dont care" . So I tweeted em. 2 weeks later no resolution or anyone even calling me on the phone (which I provided) to apologize. read more
