We've been here a few times and although wait times are long sometimes, we really don't mind it too much. The food is always good and fresh and service is great. Went back up to counter again to show customer service our order, and it was apparent the 'gal' that was working there at the time... was mocking me and stated she called my name (I'm deaf) and didn't know where I was at. (I was sitting in view of the counter) Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this particular location on multiple occasions, not just with myself but with my entire family. A group of teens , whom we owed lunch to, chose Wingstop so it gave me a chance to check the place out. Due to being a large order I placed it online the day before. Pick-up was right on time and the entire order was correct (which was a bonus). The group mainly wanted the boneless wings in a variety of flavors and french fries. The serving sizes were sufficient and the wings/tenders were tasty. Crispy and tender and the flavorings were good. The french fries were tasty with a hint of sweetness to them.  I also wanted to try an order of "real" wings and chose their original hot wings with bones. They were ok, but not something I'd drive across town to get.  Depending on what you are looking for, Wingstop may be an option as their boneless wings are good, but for traditional buffalo wings I would choose another restaurant. read more

all right, where do I begin? It was great customer service. Everyone looks extremely kind and the restaurant was clean. Ambience was fine. It was pretty modern. Everything was up-to-date. However, the wings were pretty mediocre. I got the mango habanero and hot honey, and I didn't think that it was very spicy nor had much flavor to it. I also got french fries fries with my order and they were pretty soggy. we will give it one more shot next time we are in Harrisburg. The best part about it was the customer service. read more

Terrible. Service is incredibly slow regardless if its a small order, i got a 10 piece order of corn this evening and was told it would be ready in 55 minutes. When i arrived after waiting a full hour, my order still had not been made and the employees were standing around in the kitchen not doing anything. The place stunk so bad. The corn is delicious and very hard to mess up so I'm very surprised they were able to fuck it up hahah. When i finally got my order after waiting an extra 10 minutes, the corn was covered in a ridiculous amount of extra seasoning that i had not asked for. Really shitty service. read more

We found the wings and fries to be very heavy with salt. Flavors were very good, especially on the fries but just way too much salt. We ordered takeout for dinner and we couldn't finish. For a newer place, it's not as bad as some of the one star reviews indicate and definitely not a five star experience at this point in time. Anytime a popular restaurant opens a new location, everyone wants to try it; then they get overwhelmed and no one has a good time. Soggy wings, cold fries, slow service, yadda yadda...it's your own damn fault for coming here in their first month, and if you ordered delivery or took them home, you're a fool. Wings are meant to be eaten in the restaurant for maximum satisfaction. If you can't do that, expect soggy wings. There is no way to keep them crispy on the way home. Period. After my three visits, they're good, not great. Monday and Tuesday 50 Cent boneless bites is a good deal and a nice way to try their different sauces. The traditional wings are good but a little bigger than I like, and they weren't as crispy as I would have liked, maybe due to the place being very busy. Or me not ordering extra crispy wings... I love chicken wings. I love juicy, crispy, flavorful, wings. That being said... I live within two blocks of this place. When I saw they were rolling in, I was skeptical, yet excited. So I wanted to wait a few before I spent some green. Tonight, I ordered on the app. It was smooth. Easy to navigate. And it was accurate. We ordered 20 boneless with fries and two sauces. Do I normally order boneless? No. Why? They are normally skimpy and soggy. These were meaty and had some nice crunch in the breading. Lemon Pepper - Could use some more citrus but was ok. Hickory Smoked BBQ - straight delish. Mild - I will go hotter next time. I just wanted some basic buffalo flavor and I think more heat will do it justice. Garlic / Parm - Good flavor. Decent. Overall restaurant was clean. Good service. Food was on time. It was hot. When I stepped up and gave them info, it was in my hands within two seconds. So. Is this place amazing? Well, it's better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Is it fantastic? Maybe. I need to try the regular bone-in wings. But overall, I will give them an easy 4/5. Great job Wingstop! read more

Finally somewhere in Mechanicsburg with good wings! I tired waiting till the hype died down to avoid a long wait time but that didn't work out to well. 1. I ordered using the app online and my food took maybe 10mins longer than expected. 2. Everything came out FRESH! So if it takes a few mins longer to get fresh and hot food, then I will happily wait. 3. I order a 8 piece traditional with 4 lemon pepper and 4 mango habanero. The lemon pepper was amazing but I think Buffalo Wild Wings has the best mango habanero wing flavor. 4. Boneless wings are for kids. 5. Their ranch dressing is amazing as well! All in all I will definitely be a regular customer and I'm glad this restaurant is right in Camp Hill! read more

We were waiting for the "newness" to wear off before coming here, and the other day whilst in the area we decided to stop and "wing" it. My daughter and I ordered 30 wings to go, 3 different flavors. And a LARGE side of ranch because everyone claims it's amazingness. We received a coupon to review them for free fries which we did immediately. We waited some time for the order, and it was extremely busy in there, lots of to go orders and only 2 other parties dining in. We didn't mind waiting, and when our order was ready we couldn't wait til later so we dined in and we looked like crazed cavewomen ripping a tearing and exclaiming. They were fantastic!!! The staff were super friendly and nice. It's sad they have alot of bad reviews, one must realize they are busy for a reason because they have good food?! We waited 50 minutes to get our order. They seemed to be more focused on getting the door dash and grub hub orders out the door than on the customers waiting at the tables. Finally after waiting nearly an hour, the fries were plain with no seasoning, the wings were fatty and to top it off, we found a black hair about 4" long on the wings!
