No residual grease on the serving plate/box. We've tried the wings, the chicken sandwich, and chicken & waffle (tenders). All items were very good. The only thing I didn't care for is coleslaw. It's little too sweet for me. I think next time I'm gonna go for Mac & cheese or spinach as the side. Also, they have options for mumbo sauce and honey mustard. The service was also great. The food came out within reasonable time. The guy who took order was helpful and patient.
