The personnel at this location were very rude to our service animal! We placed a to-go order, and they told us we would have to wait outside until our order was ready. This place will soon go the way of the previous tenant which was Cowboy Chicken. We eat out 5-6 times weekly, and we absolutely won't be going back to Wingstop! Attempted to place an order online on Friday, but it said online ordering wasn't available for this location, which was fine. I then drove 20+ minutes to the restaurant to place my order in person only to find a note on the door stating the restaurant wouldn't open until after 1:00 PM. It was already after 12 so I decided to wait 40+ minutes. I walked to the door again at 1:03 PM to find another note on the door stating they wouldn't open until after 2:00 PM. This restaurant kept me hanging on doordash for about an hour after not updating the order status. My food was waiting in the restaurant for around 45 minutes, getting cold, because the restaurant did not update the order status. I called to make sure the order was ready and that they updated the order, ten minutes later my order was cancelled. Whoever answered the phone was rude as well. The time before I ordered Cajun fries, and they didn't come with my order. I understand this is a new business, but if you use a company like doordash for delivery, you should be confident in how to use it. Ordered wings extra crispy, and waited and waited and waited. 25 minutes to get an order of wings and they were not busy-only 2 orders came out while I was waiting. I read a lot of negative reviews of this location, but being a fan in other areas we decided to give it a try. With most new businesses there are hiccups, and Wingstop was no exception. I place an order on Saturday morning 11AM to be picked up Sunday morning at 1130AM. Sure enough, I got a call from Wingstop at 1230PM on Saturday asking when I was going to pick up my order. I told the lady that my order was for Sunday, and she replied that it came in today. I reiterated that it was for pickup on Sunday, and I guess she got flustered because she hung up on me. I will not hold this against them though because based on how new this location is I'm sure she was a new employee and simply did not know what to do. On Sunday I called the store at 1115AM to make sure my order was going to be ready at 1130AM and was assured that it would. When I arrived my order was indeed ready and still hot. We ordered the 15 piece meal for 2 with bone-in wings hot and large fries, and I added two crispy tenders hot. The wings were meaty and tasty, and the flavor was perfect. The thing we noticed was that they were not sitting in a puddle of sauce, which is probably why they stayed crispy. The tenders were large and meaty and did not stay crispy after being sauced, but this did not detract from the flavor. And the fries? They were delicious and well seasoned, but a large order was way too much for two people. We ordered ranch and blue cheese sauces for our meal, and both were very good. I ordered this for pickup because I wanted to try a new wing place and I don't think the recipes of this franchise were at fault for my experience, but the fries were severely undercooked. They were very soft and lukewarm and I had to wait for my order to be ready, so I don't think they got cold--they just tasted like they were not done at all. If I could give no stars, I would. My sister went to this location with a coworker a couple days ago and placed a to go order inside the store at 2:07 pm. They waited until almost 3 o'clock for their order. After seeing multiple people who were in line after them they asked the girl working the front what was going on. She flat out told her she could go somewhere else if she had a problem because someone had a mobile order and another to go order in front of her. One of the orders happened to be a man's who was 4 people behind them in line. My sister explained she understood the mobile order being fulfilled first but not the man who was behind her in line. That's when the girl at the front became irate. She literally turned around to her coworkers behind her and said "I'm about to drop a 5 on this B****h" in front of everyone in the store. She was talking about physically fighting my sister over a wing order she had been waiting almost and hour for. I reached out online and received a $5 coupon that's I will not be using because I, nor my family will EVER use this location again. Please hire people with manners and that don't turn to physical violence when someone asks a simple question. We used to use this location for our kick off games and parties when we needed wings but that will no longer be happening. Wing Stop was one of my favorite restaurants. Always great food with the downside of a long wait and terrible service. The last time I went in, I ordered my food around 10pm. I waited in the dining area for several hours. My friend went back to his car to wait because he was exhausted. I went and asked if they could just make it to go because it's nearing 1am. They said they could and it'd be just a minute. I was there until about 2 before I got my food. They didn't call my name. Instead, I asked how much longer because they couldn't give me a refund, and the girl got an attitude with me, saying she called my name at 10 something and I'm lucky she's letting me have it because I've wasted their time and dining space. Obviously, I'm officially upset. We argued for a few minutes and I go to the car to my sleeping friend. I open the bag, the food isn't even right. I go back in and the same girl yells at me when I walk in. She's already telling me to leave. Keep in mind, she's not in any management position. She's a team member. I ask to speak to someone else and she tries to jump the counter and screams "fuck you". Her manager holds her back and tells me we can figure this out another time. I tried to go back in the next day and he said he didn't know what I was talking about. Today, I go in around 6:15 and order. The manager taking my order got mad at me when I said boneless because he already typed it in as bone in even though he never asked. I didn't get my food until 7:25. I'm ready to just get home at this point so I don't even look inside... mistake. We were missing cheese fries and my 'garlic Parmesan' was not it. There was no garlic and they literally sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top of the wings. So I ate plain wings with a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top. I regret going back after the girl tried to jump the counter. The only reason I gave them another chance was because I loved the wings. My only regret is that I am unable to give them zero stars. On Sunday, May 2, I went to what will be my first and last visit to Wing Stop. I placed an order, received a ticket at 1:57 and was told my order would take 8 minutes to prepare. After waiting 38 minutes, I checked on the status of my food which had been sitting on the counter but never brought to my table. The cashier according to my receipt was Duck or Alexander, not quite sure? But he was easily the most incompetent individual I have ever had the misfortune to come across in a fast food establishment. His incompetence was only exceeded by the manager whose solution was to dump out the fries and then fix new fries and offer me a free brownie. When I got to the car the fries were incorrect, I had no napkins and no straws and my tenders were cold. I took the order back into the restaurant and asked for a refund. The timestamp on the refund receipt is 2:43, almost an hour after entering the restaurant. I cannot recall when I have been as enraged as I was by the gross negligence, complete disregard and overall incompetence of the employees at this restaurant.
