They don't care. They got your money already. -The very last sentence of the FAQs is this: We reserve the right to add 15% gratuity to any and all orders. So, if I tipped 20% on a meal that was incorrect and took one hour and 45 minutes to arrive, you can add 15% on top of that horrible experience.
