This is my first time dining at Wing Stop. I ordered all flats 10 piece Garlic Parmesan wings with Parmesan French fries. There's a $1.00 up charge for all flats. The cashier was pleasant and because they were really backed up with orders he even helped out in the Kitchen. The only problem with that is I never seen him wash his hands. That's a MAJOR no no for me and needs to be addressed and corrected by management I also didn't see their Health Score posted. The ambiance was very noisy and busy with people waiting on their orders. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes or more on your order. Overall, the wings were delicious but I didn't enjoy the french fries. I will try Wing Stop again and recommend to my family and friends. It was the Garlic Parmesan for me. read more

Just came out of the wingstop in Beloit Wi. Absolutely horrendous customer servic. My boyfriend and I were mocked by employees upon entering and trying to order. We were very nice and tried to laugh it off at first but they continued to mock us and refused to take our ordera. We ended up leaving but i've heard too many stories from friends about the inappropriate behavior from workers. The employees also were not busy and it was at 9:45 pm when they close at 1am. read more

I went in and ordered some wings and a man child who looked high af was so rude after messing up my order I asked for him to please remake them and he told me he can't or else I would have to pay again, I think his name was Enrique, honestly I don't think I've ever been disrespected so much by an employee anywhere, he called me fat and said that I just wanted a free order cuz 12 wings wasn't enough to satisfy me, first of all It was for my 8 year old, who was standing there watching this man tell me how he didn't believe me and told me that if anyone looked at me they would believe him, I'm 5 foot 4 and 110 pounds, he had bloodshot eyes so I seriously think he was high on something, never again will I go to this Wingstop, and if anyone management wise sees this I would seriously take a good look at your hiring decisions! read more

Ordered 2 orders of the "large" thigh bites for $20. According to the picture online and price of $9 per item I figured two orders would feed myself and my 2 young kids. Nope! When I got home and opened the bag there were 2 small styrofoam containers that were half full with the nuggets, most were crumbs. One normal size person could have eaten both and still be hungry. I tried to call the restaurant twice, of course with no answer, to ask if I received the wrong order. I drove back to question this and the manager confirmed these were "large" orders. DISGUSTING!!! Food was so gross!!!! Service is awful!! Restaurant is so dirty staff does not care

Food is so good but the o my the front line staff is need some guidance. The girls at the counter never once came to clean the lobby which desperately needed it! We were there for about an hour waiting for our food and then eating. The entire time we were there an employee who was pregnant just sat in a chair behind the front counter. Not once did she get up to help customers or her coworkers. She only moved to pull her shirt up to rub her tummy and every so often pull her shirt down! I was in complete shock as the manager never said anything to her - I'm not sure if she was clocked in but as a previous fast food employee and a consumer that is not something I want to see. I have been back several times since and thankfully haven't seen this again. The food is always hot especially in comparison to BWW that seem to find it acceptable to serve dried up chicken to consumers. I always have to order extra sauce on the wings otherwise they don't seem to have enough. read more

service was terrible when I try calling, they hung up 3x on me and when I came to get my order fixed in person they took the bag and threw it away then proceed to tell me it will be dealt with in the morning. Wouldn't even try to correct my order my fries were soggy and had no Parmesan cheese on it read more
