About 5 minutes later a different employee brought out a noodle dish that had tofu. I got my waitress' attention and asked if this was my order. She checked her receipt and saw that she incorrectly input it as tofu instead of shrimp. She took the dish to be remade and brought it back steaming hot with shrimp. It was delicious. However, this is when I noticed I never received my sprite or summer rolls. I don't know if she forgot to enter them originally or what happened. However, my experience was sullied because I had to ask for everything more than once.

The wings were definitely the highlight! Big, juicy, slightly crispy, and cooked fresh to order. With 31 flavors to choose from, it was tough to decide, but that just means I'll have to come back and try more! The fries were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. They also offer other apps like mac and cheese bites, fried okra, and even desserts, which I'll be trying next time. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I dined in with a friend and we both ended up ordering to-go meals as well -- it was that good. There's even a private section available to rent for events like birthday parties, baby showers, or grad celebrations, which is a nice bonus. Also, very nice owners! I'll definitely be back again soon!

The clerk who took our order was helpful as I was juggling two kids and deciding what to order for the fam. And after we quickly got our food, she came over a couple of times to check on us, helping us get some extra silverware and napkins. The spot was clean, and the noodles were what you'd expect, which means decent portions, tasted pretty good and at a reasonable price. Also love that the kids meals come with smaller size Rice Krispy treats -- my kids' faves. My husband and I were able to eat something that wasn't a burger on our long drive home, and my kids actually ate their meals too. Noodles & Co. is a solid food option.

The young male team member actually noticed there were multiple tickets that were printed so took the time to ask me if I had been double charged, which was very much appreciated. Napkins and a fork was provided inside the bag. The shop was clean in the areas I observed. The order was made exactly as I requested. There is a one star deduction due to the ingredients, not being absolutely the freshest, but I would not put that on the staff fully, and more on the chain.

Entered and thought I was in China Town in Chicago or in China Town in San Francisco. Very quaint, very nicely decorated. Travelled quite a distance so decided to go all out. Started with a selection of appetizers ... eggs rolls, bbq pork, crab Rangoon and deep fried shrimp. Nothing stood out as special. Egg rolls were large but little flavor, pork was slices of pork loin in bbq sauce, other two items average at best. For entrees we ordered Pepper Steak, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and the special House Fried Rice. Portions were modest in size and lacked flavor. There didn't appear to be any garlic or ginger in the dishes but there was plenty of soy sauce. We expected a more flavorful meal. Service was friendly and modestly attentive. We ended the meal with almond cookies which were quite good. We were pleased to experience the 2nd oldest Chinese food restaurant in Wisconsin. Food 3, Service 4, Ambience 5: Average 4. Would not return.
